You do not have to use only pics on Facebook. You can use any picture from you computer.

i think the shipping costs is great, and a free gift! yippee..shipping is very expensive. I just shipped out 5 candles in glass jars and it was 84.00 after a 15% discount…when I order stuff off ebay now I always think..WOW the shipping is expensive, but usually the seller is taking a loss.

This is great!! I wish I could use some old picutures from the time we didn’t have digital camera…Anybody know how to?
Scan them into your computer with a scanner. Not sure if you have a scanner, but that would be the only way, if you want to do it from home. Also, you can take your pic copies to a professional, who would then put them onto a CD, and then you could load the cd onto your pc, and that would be the other way.
Walmart has a machine that will scan printed pictures relatively quickly and save to a CD so that you could put them on your hard drive. It’sback in the photo area. I’m sure they are not the only store that has that service/machine available, but it’s the one I know off the top of my head. HTH!

Wow. that is the most user-UNfriendly site I’ve ever used!!! It took almost 2 hours to upload my 100 pictures. Then after it generated my mosaic, I didn’t like the main photo. It says I can change it, but every time I choose a different photo, it inserts the original one. I give up!!! Not worth it AT ALL!!!

I wouldn’t say that is normal Fernanda. I did about 5 of them (trying different photos as the main photo) in less than 20 minutes. I just got mine ordered… I used a photo of DH and I at the Grand Canyon over spring break and then used the rest of the photos from the trip to make it up with. It looks pretty cool.

I spent 2 hours uploading pics last night. When I was done it said it was uploading for over an hour so I went to bed. Was still like that when I got up this morning. So I hit refresh and got kicked off. Then I just spent over an hour downloading pics again. Only took a few minutes to upload the preview. Then I entered the promo code, but says it is invalid.

Pixable claimed it was shipped on 4/6 and I’m still waiting, they already have charged my card. Has anyone had in luck in getting one?
I have a feeling we’re not going to be seeing it. I got the same email stating it was shipped, but there was no tracking number. I’ve emailed the company several times (there’s only an email that I saw on the website, no phone number) and I’ve gotten no reply!!
That’s strange. I emailed earlier today, and got a response by 6 pm. I don’t know if I’ll actually get it, but the guy who answered seemed super helpful. Maybe check your spam folder?
I still havent received mine either and it says it was shipped on 4/2 I contacted pixable and got a tracking number that does not say it has been shipped rather the shipping info has been received pixable says it was shipped but 26 days later no poster 🙁

Didn’t get mine, either. I got a tracking number, but there’s no confirmation info attached to it, just a generic note stating USPS was notified to expect it for pickup 4/7.
I also received a tracking number but no package. I just now emailed Pixable customer service. Hopefully we all hear back and receive our mosaics.
Have any of you emailed Collin directly about this? I know it’s not her issue, but since it was for Hip2Save readers only I am guessing that she has contact with Pixable.
I emailed Colling about it about 2 weeks ago:
“I spoke with Pixable yesterday about this issue and they stated that they are encountering problems with the USPS mailing system. Apparently, USPS is taking longer than expected to deliver the products. I am imagine that your mosaic will be delivered in the next few days…if not, I would contact Pixable directly for more information. Sorry about the wait!”
I received mine after several (FIVE) emails back and forth with Pixable. My mom, who has emailed them twice) has not even received a response to her email, nor her pixable. I feel really bad for telling her about this deal when she’s paid for it and hasn’t received it.

my order was also taking longer than expected, but I contacted them over an email and they told me USPS is “taking longer than expected”. I don’t know if they did anything, but it ended up arriving a couple of days later… good luck with yours! BTW they were super helpful with me as well; maybe you should try contacting them…
