It would help us all if you let us know what stores you find these at not just that you found them, thanks.

    • couponlover97

well you could at least talk respectively to Collin, I mean your not the one taking all the time to find the deals……….

      • couponlover97

whoops i commented on the wrong post : ) sorry Lori

    • Laura

I agree. How in the world can Collin do everything? She must be running all the time with all the posts on here . . . . not to mention she has a family too. I love this site & all that Collin throws out there for me. but I don’t EXPECT it. It might be nicer to just say: “Which Walgreens did you go to today Collin?” however, I think she was generally referring to all Walgreens across the nation. and I know I am only going to check the one closest to me, even if she does tell me which one she went to (like the majority of the readers here who are also spread across the country).

      • Laura

oops. disregard mine too. sorry Lori.

    • Lori

Collin, (or anyone else) I was in no way trying to talk down to Collin, she is wonderful. I am only suggesting that us (the shoppers) help one another here by stating at the very least the state you found the Stouffers deal at. Jill on comment 12 has my point exactly, TY Jill.

    • Lori

    • A.Marie

Just had to tell you that these are at my store in Central IL.

    • Polly

      Holy jumpalloveraposterbeforeyoustopandthinkwhattheyareactuallytalkingabout!!!

Stop being so dang defensive for Collin. First of all, she is a big girl and having a blog for this long, I am sure she has a certain amount of thick skin and can (and will) speak for herself. (ie lemons!)

Secondly, all Lori was asking for was for anyone who commented to add where (meaning which Wags) they found these at.

      JEEZE!!

      • Lori

        TY Very much Polly

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

        i agree..

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I THINK PEOPLE SHOULDNT EVEN BOTHER TAKING SIDES IF EVERYONE WOULD JUST STOP TO TAKE A CLOSER LOOK COLLIN IS CLEARLY GIVING CREDIT TO THRIFTY MOM. PLEASE NOTE A BIG PERCENTAGE OF THE STUFF COLLIN POST IS NOT ORIGINAL AT ALL IS THANKS TO OTHER SITES. SO PLEASE CALM DOWN

  2. LisaM

I would like to no that too………

    • LisaM

The state may help we have several in our area, I live in N.C. and it may be a deal in another state. I like to go to my favorite store and sometimes get this deal if I had more info.

    • Michelle

Sweetheart it is not no it is “know”.

      • Samantha

OMG c’mon! Let’s stick to the issues and not worry about grammar/spelling and the like.

      • Polly

Sweetheart, a comma would be helpful in your post. Dontcha no??

        • Laura

That is just it. The syntax of the original post obviously led to some different interpretions, mine included. I did not interpret it the way the author intended. But reading back on what was written, I am still confused. The only way I really know what she meant is by reading the later posts. I guess that’s the problem with making quick statements without punctuation. I assumed she was talking to Collin since Collin was the only one who had posted something at the time. However, if you noticed, I did apologize to Lori BEFORE anybody jumped on the whole thing. I had just read a couple of other demanding posts, and accidentally responded to this one with more feeling than needed be. I’m sorry for the upset. It did make for some interesting reading (but hopefully NOT at Lori’s expense). AGAIN, I’m sorry Lori.

          • Lisa

That was sweet to recognize an honest mistake and apologizing. Thanks for doing that, Laura. I’ve done that before too.

          • Lori

            Very nice and appreciated:-)

  3. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

She does tell you that these are at Walgreens. You would just have to go to your local walgreens and see if they also have this deal. Sometimes its a regional thing, so your walgreens may or may not have these frozen dinners on clearance.

  4. Kari

    um….it does say Walgreens

  5. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Beggars can’t be choosers. Just because it’s posted doesn’t mean that Collin found them herself. She’s kind enough to report them. Most of the time when deals are e-mailed, I highly doubt they tell you which specific store it was. Come on now…do you know how many Walgreens there are? Tons.

    • Pam

Yeah, I think the people on this site are becoming very spoiled…..Maybe they would like Collin to shop for them too, HA!!!

Not afraid to leave my name, jump on me if you want…….

      • Pam

Also, many on here need to take the time to start READING more carefully as many of you have already noted…..Collin states “Possibly free”, “may be on clearance”…..no wonder they talk about the dumbing down of America.

Sorry, but it’s sooooo frustrating seeing some of the rude comments people make to Collin.

      • Anonymous

YES, I want Colin to shop for me and pay for the items too! Sorry, Colin, I couldn’t resist. =P Thank you for all the work you do. I appreciate it, even though I may not comment often!

        • Mary Beth

I also would LOVE to have Collin shop for me — maybe that can be a once a year giveaway . . . a week’s worth of Collin?!?!? (Ummmm, maybe not . . . I’m pretty sure my husband might end up liking her better!)

      • Jarrod

As long as its gratis 🙂

    • Rosie

I think everyone needs to chill out. I think it’s important to remember that the “deals” posted on all of the blogs we frequent are subject to error from time to time. Also, many deals, even in chain stores such as WAGS and Rite Aid, especially, are regional. It’s important to always check the deals further in your area. Also, our written words are not always interpreted the way we intended. I think we need to cut each other a little slack. IMHO 🙂

      • Lori

        Amen, Rosie

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

thank you! i think people are missing the point of this site! Its a wonderful site, case closed!

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

i ‘m just saying how many coupons would you have missed if it wasn’t for this site, or deals you missed out on. Great site, i love it!

        • Andrea

I love this site too. I find so many good deals on this site alone that it’s usually the first blog I read when I want to know what deals are out there. Keep up the great work, Collin.

  6. Micki

Hmmmmm…the title says Walgreen’s, the post says Walgreen’s, and there’s Walgreen’s receipt in the picture. I’m pretty sure this is a Walgreen’s deal. 😉

    • Kari

I was thinking the same thing. I think she was wanting Collin to post exactly which Walgreens which I believe is pretty ridiculous. Just my opinion.

      • Nnika

LOL..that would be silly of her to post where she got hers because i live in IL and it doesnt help me much..duhhh..when Colin says may be on clearance at YOUR local WAGS means to check yours, since some stores have national clearance prices that are similar or close to the same price ..sorry people you have to do your own foot work..lol.

  7. OMG

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT WOMAN! HELLO SOME BODY! THE POST HAS WALGREENS WRITTEN ALL OVER IT!

  8. Kristin

To those of you asking for a specific store, keep in mind that Colin most likely doesn’t DO all the deals she posts. She gets information from other sites and bloggers. If you notice on this post she thanks “A Thrifty Mom” which means she most likely got this information from her and didn’t actually discover the deal herself. Your best bet would be just to check your own store.

  9. Lachelle

I know the original post came from a wonderful gal in Idaho who has a blog but that is all I know…

    • LisaM

thank you, for that information..there are some wired up ladies on here today.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

i was thinking the same thing. I have never seen postings like this EVER before.

  10. Anon

I interpreted Lori’s comment to mean, if any of the posters following her post find the .33 Stouffer’s dinner, it would be helpful if those posters list in what city or state they found them. I find this to be a useful request. I find it very beneficial when people not only state their deals, but also indicate in what city or state they did the deal. I think there are many young mothers on this site with small children, so any info that would save them a trip would be helpful. I don’t believe Lori was making any reference to Collin’s original post. JMHO (Just my humble opinion)

    • Lori

Anon: Your a smart cookie that’s all I was requesting:-)

    • Carol

That’s the way I took it, too. Like let’s all help each other out. A useful comment.

  11. Barbara

Yes, seriously, why didn’t all schools teach the concept of inference? I can pretty much assume courtesy was not a priority.

Some entitlement attitude I have seen on this site, but have seen tons on Facebook, i.e, people demanding high dollar coupons, etc or unlimited number of coupon prints.

People, we are owed nada, nothing, zip, zilch.

We are not paying a subscription fee to this site.

I find myself looking at my friends and neighbors and wondering if they think the World owes them something.

  12. Jill

I think Lori was asking people that post that they found them to please let us know which Walgreen stores WE find them at ??? At least that’s what I hope she was asking for 🙂

    • Lori

TY Jill it’s really amazing how only a couple minds think alike when the majority think the other way.

  13. Natalie

LOL, this entire comment thread is hilarious!

    • Jane C.

I agree with Natalie. This comment thread is ridiculous. Keep in mind the Lori could have meant future comment posters to state which Wags and whether or not they found this deal at their Wags.

  14. Amanda C

So a few weeks ago I got a manufacturers coupon from the catalina machine for $1 off 5 single serves. If this works here I can buy 5 for $1.65 use my coupon pay only $0.65 and get $1 RR back right? The fact that my coupon came from the Catalina machine won’t invalidate a register reward correct?

    • A.Marie

Awww…I tried to post a comment but I messed up…Okay, here goes my 2nd try! 🙂

I think you can use the catalina coupon for this deal, but I could be wrong. Anyone else know?

      • toph

yup, you can use the catalina coupon and still get the catalina RR

  15. Anonymous

Seriously, can anybody post about actually finding this deal instead of the bickering? Geez Louise!

  16. Stephanie

Collin just delete this post altogether. It’s a catfight!

    • Shelly T.

No reason to delete the post. How else would we know to look at our local Walgreens for the possible deal. 🙂

  17. Roger

    You women.

    • Nicole

      lmao

    • Julie T

      HAhaha my thoughts exactly!!

    • Rosie

OMG! Are we all hormonal at the same time??!! Poor Roger!

    • Sherry

This is why I liked hanging out with guys when I was growing up. I couldn’t deal with girls and their cattiness;-)

  18. LisaM

wow, I came back and I can not believe these comments…crap I hope I spelled everything right.

    • LisaM

I am laughing at myself right now………I love this site so much lets all help each other and get along…….

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      HILARIOUS!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Lmao!!! This is too funny. Did these bickering women’s mother’s not teach them ……. if you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing at all. A little kindness goes a long way. It is difficult to interpret what someone is typing. If it offends you, then move on to something else. Thanks for all you do Collin.

  19. Micki

Punctuation and clarity are always helpful.

    Consider…
    Let’s eat Grandma.
    vs
    Let’s eat, Grandma.

    • Lisa

Ha Ha Ha Ha!!! This reminds me of an episode od Dharma and Greg wen she was talking to Kitty. Darhma said the same type thing! She was talking about a shower (as in, for the bathroom) and her MIL thought she meant wedding shower. You really have to see it. HA! It makes me giggle just thinking about it!! 😉

Thanks for the laugh within all the drama. Hee hee

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

love it, very funny———-hahaha I make mistakes all the time when responding. just mess up because i’m balancing a baby or goodness knows what. i’m o.k. with the mistake because it’s o.k. “NO PERFECTION DEMANDED HERE,RITE.”

      i

      ‘m balancing a baby

      i’m

      • Lisa

all my typos are due to me laughing so hard at all of this!!

  20. Kari

CRAZY COUPON CLIPPERS!!!! All of us! LoL!

  21. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

This all is just way too much. Everybody take a breath and release.

  22. Nancy

45 comments of bickering and not a single one stating whether anyone of us was able to score the deal! Lori, I got what you were saying as well and for what it is worth…it was a wonderful request. Happy hunting to all. Headed to wags in TX.

    • Lori

      TY Nancy:-)

  23. Amy

Oh my…. LOL But on to the actual post, thanks for the heads up Collin! 🙂

  24. Jaime

WOW! It’s pretty entertaining reading all these comments. Can’t we all just get along…..we’re ALL here for the same reason! 😉

    • Lori

I just want to say a big TY to all those that could understand my simple request on comment #1. I can’t keep thanking each ofyou personally. I’m just glad a few on here got what I was saying.

Collin, I did not know your readers would have such a hard time understanding a simple request and by no means did I mean to create so much bickerning on your blog.

Oh, readers and commenters: Collin does have every commenters email so she does know who says what, if she really wanted to research who is saying what and respond individually.

      • Craig

Im not sure what was soooooo hard to understand what you were asking. I understood completely.

On the flip note, Ive seen clearance stuff vary from WG to WG in the same city here in MI. Meaning, one store had item on clearance, next store did NOT.

I sure hope I “,” where I needed to.Don’t want the ladies all over me! Well, that could be a good thing!, if read the right way! LMAO!!! Happy hunting!

      • Jaime

Personally, I think 1/2 the fun is searching for good deals…Its like a treasure hunt at the store! I’m fortunate to have 3 Wags nearby so it doesn’t bother me. Besides, we can’t score all the deals and not all the stores have the same sales or clearance. Good luck everyone on you bacon hunt 😉

      • Pamela

        Oh, Lori, give it up!!

        • Pamela

Collin doesn’t have time for this high school banter!

  25. Danielle W

I found the clearance tag for $0.33 Stouffer’s at my Walgreen’s in Rome, NY Monday night. Sadly, for me, they were already emptied out. *sniffle* lol 🙂

  26. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Lori, I understand where you are coming from. The information you requested would be so helpful to all of us. 🙂

    • jd

Unless you live in the same state as collin—no, scratch that—the same city–which 99% of us DONT….this doesnt benefit you unless your willing to potentially fly across the country to save $2.

  27. Anonymous

LOL, I agree about the whole thread being funny. Is it hormonal or did everyone eat too much Easter candy? 😉

    • Craig

Hey, speaking of!, I just picked up a bag of 50% off Easter Peanut M&Ms!!!!. And this was in Grand Rapids MI btw.

  28. Cathy

Uuuummmmmmmm, how old is everyone here?

  29. Carmela G

Bummer, not .33 in Wichita, KS (or at least the one I stopped at). Thanks for sharing!

  30. Janet T

33 cents is a really good deal on these! I will have to check out my Walgreens tomorrow!

  31. Jennifer

I checked the one in Greenville, SC on East North an hour ago…..Big fat Negative! But on the positive, Easter candy half off!!

    • Craig

To you and everybody else, again, Ive seen clearance items here vary from WG to WG. Might be worth checking out if you have others near you.

  32. cheryl

    wow

  33. CM

No go in Hillsboro, OR on Cornell. Oh, and as far as bickering, you guys need to be more interesting. I suggest more mommy wars. Over gum usage. That was truly awesome, for those who remember.

  34. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

No Stouffers clearance in Winchester, Ky! 🙁 Manager said they had it on clearance a few weeks ago…..bummer!

  35. Kim

Didn’t see any Stouffers clearane here in Powder Springs, GA. I may try some more Wags tomorrow.

  36. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I noticed last week the Walgreens (plural) around here were having “summer” clearance sales. I bought over 20 ice cream bars retailed at $2.65/bar for about 30 cents each. I bought 2 9-pairs of socks packages at $2 a piece. I bought several items for summer camps for kids this summer, bug spray, tooth brushes, hats, samples of tooth paste all for a very small price. I bought the items as fillers and just to have for my summer camp stock pile with RR. Some Walgreens have good deals and sometimes you just have to be on the look out. Last week was a “bonanza” for me in finding deals and this week I am not going to the stores (except I did go to K-Mart for the double coupons and because I have gift cards to spend so no OOP.)

I think this current deal maybe at some WGs and not at others. Just the luck of the draw. A person just has to go check it out if they want to make the purchase. Clearance items vary so much from store to store even at the WGs I shop at. One might have an item on clearance but the other one does not and they are just 1/2 mile apart. Sometimes I find the info on “clearance items” on the blogs a hit and miss thing. I am caution about running out and trying to find them. I usually rely on finding my own deals for things on clearance. I find early am on Sundays and Wednesdays seems to be good days for finding clearance items.

  37. Joseph

I work at the Logan Utah Wag. We have sold through all our clearance Frozen food. Also we did the reset on the freezer like two weeks ago. It would be unlikely to find this deal any more.

  38. Shelly

One more thing to remember – if it’s not tagged, that doesn’t mean it’s not clearance priced. I usually grab whatever it is and have the checker do a quick price check. FYI, Soy Joy bars are on clearance @ CVS for .65 and are printing the $2 ECB wyb 4. I didn’t get the insert q’s, but it is still a great deal. A lot of the ‘nutrition’ type bars are on clearance. Half my stores had them marked and half didn’t. Lara bars were only .37!

  39. Gracie

There have been lots of clearance items in Tulsa the past two months, as according to one store representative, they are lowering the height of the shelves, so that a customer can see the pharmacy in the back of the store upon entering the front door. Therefore, there will be less shelf space, and a need to clearance many items. Prices differ between local stores according to how many are left remaining on the shelves. If there are just a few of a particular product, the markdown will not be as great as if there are many items of that same product.

  40. jeanMichelle

    OH MY GOD!!
    NAMPA IDAHO, is the store!!

  41. nanette

I came here to read comments about deals not all the high school BS I’m reading

    • Jodi

Then don’t post your immature comments either.

  42. amanda

I just checked teh Walgreens in Augusta, Ga area and they are not on Clearance. dang it!!!

  43. jaime

Seeing as how only a small percentage of people live in the same state as collin—there are 50 states plus some territories people…I dont think that someone who lives in Miami FL like myself is going to really benefit on deals in stores in NC (i think she said she lives there). So her posting the store is really pointless….
Besides-get your booties out there and look for yourself!
    : )

  44. Samantha

No deal on Stouffers in Southaven, MS but they did have the Ore Ida Easy fries for 60-something cents. I don’t think any of the Qs are still available for these but they were still a good deal. My husband loves them ( OK, I do, too even though I’m not usually a fry fan LOL)

  45. Toni

I found them at my walgreens ….no sign..so I scanned them…the only one on clearance was the baked chicken (which is the one i wanted anyways!) It was $1.09 and I was actually happy because that seems like a good deal! So I bought 2 and got the $1 AND coupons for $1/3 stouffers so I went back and got 3 more, $1.09 each, used $1/3 and got back another $1 RR. The cashier was amazed too. I love when that happens 🙂 I gave her a few of my stouffers coupons that printed out too! 🙂

    • Craig

Good for you. Glad some of us had luck. I went to a few here and found nothing. Enjoy.
