I had major problems trying to load this site so called customer service instead. My order went through which is great news I was also told that they will be sending me a $50 visa card for reviewing Buyers Edge material. ( I need to cancel the membership to this within 90 days other wise my CC will be charged $99 per year) Has anyone else been offered this and how easy is it to cancel???? I really don’t want to be stuck with paying $99 for something I don’t need or want.

How did you guys get stuff that weren’t “Sale of the day” stuff? I picked a down jacket that was $21.99, it was in stock but when I put SLUMBER in the promo code, it didn’t take anything off. I read someone else’s comment that the code only works on the Sale of the day items but how did other folks get theirs to work?

Man I forgot ebates BUT I did $152 worth of clothes for my niece for $12.82. Had to do 2 transactions…I paid for one and my mom paid for the other and we only paid shipping!

Everyone needs to check the charges on your account because I was over charged on my bank account and was not given the discount. When I called CS I was told this slumber code was sent out to certain colleges and someone is posting the code and the disclaimer is not being printed. This is an invalid code and is not to be used. Yeah I just noticed I’m being overcharged too. It’s a good thing I printed out my receipt because I’ll just have my bank overturn it. I understand that the code may be being used by more people than they expected but you are not allowed to say you’re gonna charge one thing and then charge another. If the code was invalid for me to use than the order never should have gone through. Another Fannie May…………
LOL, Kristen! I was reading this and thinking “FANNIE MAY” too! I got mine all adjusted back in Dec. Only one order this time….3 shirts and a pair of shorts for the girlies and, yes, I have the receipts to prove it! I hate to have to take on another company but I will. You are 100% correct…..they cannot check you out and give you a receipt for one price and then charge your card another….that is a HUGE problem for them. I’m guessing that maybe our orders just won’t get filled.
How do you get it worked out with your bank or credit card company? Just send them the receipt and they will remove the charges??
YIKES! I could run into some issues if they overcharge, as for one of the 0 purchases I used a debit card that I never use. If companies want to avoid thier codes going viral, they should do what many websites, such as Gymboree, do and use 1 time use codes. Jcpenney often has a 10 dollar off 10 dollar purchase and they have never had a problem with me using it multiple times. I hope this doesn’t bite me in the bottom! I’d love for it to work, so that I can receive the darling swimsuit coverups that my girls will need this summer

They showed up later. At first it showed a $1.00 charge pending (I’m assuming just to verify that it was a valid CC number) and now it’s showing ALMOST the full amount pending. I’m not even sure where they are coming up with the number.
Ok, so I just did a little calculating and the pending charge adds up to exactly the cost of shipping and the NON “sale of the day” items. So, they’re not charging me the for the $4.99 little girls shirt but they are for everything else. Anyone know the limitations on this promo code? Was it only supposed to be for the sale of the day items? It doesn’t really matter much to me, it shouldn’t have worked if it wasn’t supposed to. And if they made a mistake then they should either honor their mistake or cancel the orders. Not just go charging whatever they want. I’m gonna let them ship the items and then just call my credit card company to overturn it. Ughhh, so frustrating!

Check your email receipt and continue to watch the charge. My email had the correct 6.98 charge but I checked my bank account tonite and the amount was 15.98. She said that one of the toddler shirts was showing 0 but the child size was being charged. I am suppose to watch my account and see if they adjust it was the suggestion. We’ll see 🙁
Well what I did I ordered tshirts that were under $20 and has free shipping. The emails say zero and there is nothing pending. It’s really going to piss me off if they charge me full price without giving me the oppertunity to cancel. ESPECIALLY when the confirmation email shows a total of $0

Ok, so I just finished placing 2 separate orders. I had one of their ‘sale of the day’ girls t-shirts on each order plus one other item on one order and 3 others on the other. I ended up paying only shipping, $5.95 for each order, which was awesome. I just don’t understand how some of you were able to get your entire order shipped free….Hmmmm.
Also – although the site was slow to load, I suggest doing what I do while you wait, clip coupons! I have my scissors and some q’s that I printed up throughout the day just waiting for some down time. I also take this time to straighten out my desk, throw in a load of laundry, fold laundry….You get the idea. I’ll wait for free stuff….
the orders that shipped free are people that ordered specific items that said “free shipping”. on the home page of the kids site there was a whole list of choices.
I just had about 5 items in my cart and it wouldn’t work….so I had customer service call and she said the code wasn’t good on sale items and no kids items….BOO! ;0(
interesting because i bought a kids shirt and most everyone has on here…. i guess we all wait and see
