Just ordered mine online. I’m assuming I can just take in the VV coupon for payment. I tried entering the coupon code online multiple times and it kept saying it “wasn’t a valid coupon code.” It must not be set up for online entering.

If you are having trouble finding this one, it is listed under brands as “Special Offers” not under “Rite Aid”…

I clicked on the link Collin provided, then scrolled down to the in store coupons. There is a photo of the mouse pad and $12.99 off. I clicked on that and it took me to a page with a video to watch. After the video, a screen came with a coupon to print. Hope that helps.
I watched the video and printed the coupon. It says FREE Photo Mousepad from in-store Photo Center or http://www.riteaid.com but at the bottom it says in fine print “Not valid for online purchases.” Hmmmm…. anyone able to do it online??
I’m pretty sure that means you can’t order it online and have it shipped. I’m not 100% sure though.
I have looked all over the site and cannot find the vv for that anywhere 🙁 looked under special offers etc like suggested. did they take it off???
IT SAYS SOMETHING LIKE FUGI FILM AND SAYS 17.99…….AFTER THE VIDEO…GO TO REWARDS AND YOU’LL SEE THE COUPON. NOT SURE WHY IT SAYS 17.99 OR FUJI FILM?
It says $17.99 because when you watch the video you get 2 coupons: “Free Photo Mousepad (value $12.99)” and “$5 off Any Tim McGraw or Faith Hill Fragrance”, so add those values together and you get the $17.99. The FUJI film is the sponsor of the photo contest they talk about in the video I think. When you click to print, it prints both coupons. Hope that helps.
I have never used RiteAid for photos before. Actually, I just signed up for everything (got very confused doing it). I watched the video, printed the coupon and now I want to make the mousepad for my Mother in Law. It says on the coupon $12.99 value and shows a collage design. When I go to look at the mousepads they are on sale for $9.99 and I wanted one with a single picture… this should still work, right???

I did this once at walgreens, where the coupon said “not valid for online purchases.” I thought that meant you couldn’t have it shipped to you, but it really means you’re supposed to take your photos, usb, or camera in and do the process instore (why???) anyhoo, my coupon wouldn’t work when I took it in, but the manager came and bypassed the system for me and explained why it wasn’t working. So, to make a long story short, I think it will just depend on the manager! 🙂
Once you print the coupon is does says in small print, not valid on online purchases. So i don’t think this is going to work. but the coupon does say, “FREE Photo Mousepad (value $12.99) from in-store photo center or http://www.riteaid.com” This seems to be a misleading coupon to me. Doesn’t make sense, It says, “for in-store or at http://www.riteaid.com“, but then it says in small print “not valid for online purchases”. This is misleading, but im ordering mine anyway since the coupon isn’t correctly stated. 😉

I’m having trouble finding the place to order the mousepad. I viewed the video and got the link (actually she said two different links) I tried them both and I am seeing nothing about a free photo mousepad. All I see is a page that says “Photos My Way” and then I have the option of going into my own page where I can upload photos, etc… but I haven’t uploaded any. But I have not received a coupon or anything. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Coupon is good through 6/30/10. As far as when it will be available for pick up – I have no clue, I get to find out myself. 🙂
