   I am so mad at myself for not thinking of this before I ordered them, but if you go through ebates, you will get 2% back, and if you are a new member, which I am, you will get $5.00!!!

  I signed up for ebates and it asked me what sign up gift I wanted so I picked a $20 hp giftcard. Do you have any idea how I get it?

   have tried FF and IE and neither will let me order these. first gives me a phone number to call. If you try after that it just says application error.

   Well, I keep getting the error message as well, when I go to put the labels in the cart. I’ve tried several times and in two different browsers and it’s just not working. So, I finally called the phone number that came up with the error message. They said there is an “issue” and they’ve reported it to be worked on. She said it “went down” about two hours ago.

   That probably means that they’ve reached their limit of $1 labels and aren’t taking any more orders. LOL

   I’ve tried like 10 times to order some labels. Every time when I click Add to Cart it moves really slow then says “We’re sorry. We are unable to process your last request.” It’s very frustrating. I think I’ll just give up and try later tonight.

  Whew! I got them ordered on 3rd try. Maybe it’s because I ordered the deluxe holder instead of the free one!

   I called customer service after several failed attempts. They were very nice and did call me back. I did get my labels maybe 3rd or 4th time. Customer service person said the web site was slow due to so many people ordering.

   I have tried at least 10 times. Get all the way to “add to cart” and then goes back to home page without anything in my cart. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!

    AAAAARRRGGHHHHH! I have been trying for such a LONG time, I can put in my order but it will never let me “add to cart.” Hope others are having better luck:)

    I’m also very frustrated. I tried ordering my labels 3 different times and on two different browsers. I figured I would order some every day labels and also some Christmas labels. My every day labels were added to my cart after the second try, and my Christmas labels never made it. Hopefully, I’ll be able to order them before the day is out.

    Everyone must have been hitting it all at once earlier. Although the site was slow to show the options for designs, all worked fine for me. I was processing around 7ish. Once you enter the coupon code it kicks you to a screen where it seems like it didn’t take it, but just click to continue to check out…I got a cute design for Christmas cards (although I won’t need 250 this year).

    Received my $1 address labels and dispenser today…very happy with the results although, I am not quite sure how to insert the labels in the dispenser. The labels are on the underside…don’t know how to explain it but can some please help me. 🙂
