Site was very slow and difficult to use! Would not recognize my street address but couldn’t ship to a box number 🙁 Ended up cancelling the order.

mine said that too, the first 3 times. i came back here and resubmitted the link above and it worked, just very very slow. I found that waiting for the page to completely load first allowed it to process

Does anyone know if you can order more than 1 (i.e. for other family members) and have it shipped to your address (rather than address on the label)? Thinking gifts for later. Site is so slow it’s taking forever to figure it out and wondering if I should just do my own and be done!

I am having so much trouble getting these. I get to “add to cart” and it tells me to call customer rep then I hit the back button and resubmit it and it tells me to go back to the homepage. I will work on it again later.

I was unable to get these as well. I resubmitted it several times double checking my address…it kept telling me to make sure it matched my statement, or that they were unable to process! FRUSTRATING!
I got the same darn thing. It was the correct address too… blah. I was hoping to use these as address labels on my weddings invites later this year too.
The same thing happened to me and I called the #. The lady was super rude! I will no longer be purchasing items from them even if they are only 99cents!

I just created mine with Mozilla Firefox and it went thru just fine. Also, the site was amazingly fast also, so maybe traffic has died down somewhat. Super easy to create! Love the cute pumpkin designs too. I have some fun Halloween labels coming! Thanks Collin!
Just ordered them. I didn’t need address labels for myself, but I did make them saying “This belongs to: Nick M.” so that I could put them on my sons school supplies that he takes to school. I didn’t have any problems with the website, I use IE.
I had no problems it went through fast and ordered my labels for $1.05. That’s what I call inexpensive 🙂 Thanks!
I’m a “Mac” and I had no problem with the website. I was using Safari. I just picked out the labels, created them, added them to my cart, and then clicked “add coupon code.” I hope it works for others, too!

I was having trouble also, so I went back to Office Max home page and saw my order was saved under “view cart”. I clicked on it (upper hand right corner) and my order came up and I was able to process. Hope that helps!
I’m so bummed. I was looking forward to surprising my dad with these for his business (he is always looking for ways to cut business expenses) and the darn site is “Under Construction”. After I spent all the time to design labels (which took a while because it was so slow), it won’t work anymore. I hate when companies do this – and I have a theory that they pose a “site problem” because they don’t want to give any more deals. Or…maybe it’s just people taking advantage…..whatever it is, it added to my bad day. Suck….
Have a better day, don’t worry because I see posts for this often- either from Office Depot or other sources (maybe not $1 but pretty cheap). Sometimes I get mad when I can’t get to the store before everyone else too, but some days you win and some you don’t. Hope your day gets better!

Hint – create an acount first. I didn’t create an account first and then I had to create the labels again.
That is really strange because I didn’t creaste an account. I had no problems making up my labels and I even checked out as a guest.
I checked out as a guest and didn’t have any problems.
I should have said check out as a guest or create an account first. Don’t create an account after you create your labels. At least I had a hard time with it when I did that. Although maybe it varies.
