it said it was a duplicate on mine…ol well…

anyone else having a hard time logging in? It says that I have zero points and is asking me for my date of birth. Very strange! I’ve had this account for several years, and just logged in last week.

I just called corporate ( I have over 2500 points, and it says 0…I totally flipped out!), and they said the system was down and to call back in 2 hours. I thought it might be pretty lame if someone tried to hack my account..for diaper points! I hope they fix it soon…

Anyone else having problems with the Pampers site? All of my gifts to grow points are gone and it is errors out when trying to process the code.
Happening to me too. I’m hoping the site is just having an issue that will be resolved shortly.

Me too. I logged on earlier to enter the code, but it was taking forever, so I closed out, went to the store real quick and when I logged back in, I have 0 points!! Whhhhatt?? I hope this gets resolved soon, the same thing happened with Huggies and I had to start from scratch with them. I will be beyond peeved if my Pampers points just disappeared!!
Yikes did that ever scare me! I’m glad I’m not the only one having issues. Zero points for me to! I have lots of points with 3 kids! No way am I starting fresh from zero. I’m going to check back with them later when they’ve had a chance to regroup…and re-issue my points!

Anyone have points that they wish to share? Dear husband’s cousin is having triplets, so I am making 3 separate laundry baskets full of baby supplies. Fun! I would love to purchase the padded potty seat with my points. Thanks.
My points went to zero also. ACK!! And I cannot get this code to work.
I just called and they said there is something wrong with the Pampers web-site. They are working on it but it might not be fixed until Monday or Tuesday. Hopefully our points will return quickly!
Don’t you just love how we all call the same place and get different answers? I talked to Sylvia who said our points are not lost, they are still there. The are having technical difficulties, and they are working on it. She said I can call back in an hour, and try to log on to the site tomorrow.
So, say yourself a call on hold, and just wait it out 🙂

I can’t even get it to bring up the gifts to grow section. It also says my point total is back down to 0. Do the points expire?
They can pull the offer at any time, but I believe the site said the offer was extended until Mar 2011. I’ve been doing GTG for many years now and each year as it gets closer to end date, they’ve extended it.
Just wanted to update, when I was able to log on this morning, I see the program has been extended until Dec 2012!!
This is random, but they say that every year! I’ve been with them since 2006 (yes…3 babies in three years!), and every year, it’s like they get so excited to announce, “It’s been extended another year!”. I think they do this so people will log in their points quickly and keep buying Pampers. BUT, I’m convinced it will be extended FOREVER, b/c now they have competition with Huggies’ Rewards. Just a thought…
