ArtsCow is a company based in Hong Kong. Keep in mind that if you use your credit card to pay for the transaction, you will get charged a foreign transaction fee. I ordered from them once before and noticed the extra fee charge from my credit card company…but still it’s a good deal…

Last time it “likers” was interpreted as “friends”. No one liked my comment and I still got my mousepad.
I just shared the link to my Facebook & got the code for the free notepad.
And I just now received the confirmation email. I pay through Paypal & have not seen any extra fee. This is now my 3rd separate order with them.
It will not give me my confirmation email (yahoo). Shoot!!!
After it would not work with my yahoo account, I changed it to my hotmail account. I did recieve the email confirmation but no coupon code expect the one provided on the artscow page. The code was for $1 off NOT free memo pad with free shipping!!!

In the fine print, it does say if you have received a free gift before (mousepad) and haven’t purchased something else, that the promotion doesn’t apply. It appears, from my account, that they are charging s/h for this reason.
I’ve done lots of deals with Artscow. I just ordered the memo pad and it worked. Plus, I do the “share to earn” program for facebook on their site and have so far earned $16! I use this $$ toward shipping when they offer free products.
I love ArtsCow. I’ve ordered their photo albums, the mini change purses, a digital camera bag, purse hangers…..all kinds of stuff! It has always come and is nice quality.
That said though, I ordered my free Facebook mousepad thing on July 12th and it’s STILL being shown as “processing” on my account. I think 6 weeks is a little long to wait for something, even if it’s free. I wish they’d catch up on their mousepad deliveries before they offered up another freebie.

Mine came through as “FREE” just fine. Not sure why others are having problems? I have ordered twice from this company and has had no problems.

I am not sure what happened with everyone else, but mine went through with no problems…I didn’t get charged for anything, and I got an email with my order information when it was complete. Hopefully it was just a glitch, and now it is fixed?
I gave up and tried again! I found my mistake… hth. You have to click on “here” which is the very last word in the 1st direction line. Seems like it led me right to the page that gave me my code. It was not sent in an email.
I have a code but when I try to “Create” it keeps telling me I need to install Silverlight. I have installed it several times and it keeps telling me to install it!!
Anyone having this problem or tell me what I’m doing wrong?
make sure you close your browser and re-open or maybe even restart your computer or it won’t fully install

i have never had luck with them. every time something is supposedly free, i go thru the hassle of following their directions, creating my item to only realize at check out they catch you with some form of required fee!
the memo pad is suppose to be free with free shipping…but it’s not! at check out they want $1.99 shipping even with the promo code they provided me after i followed their instructions. so bummed!

Said my code expired! After it took me forever to download that Silverlight ! No luck.
I am a MAC user, can I still install Silverlight??? I am having some issues, maybe computer related or user, not sure.
