I LOVE my book! It’s amazing and all of my friends and family love it and ask where I got it from and how much it was! The pictures spread nicely across the pages and don’t look grainy or anything even though they are blown up to stretch across the whole page! You also get to design the cover so it’s a nice picture instead of a cloth or store decorated cover! Plus picaboo is easy to use!
Does anyone know if the FREEBK can only be applied toward 8 x 11 hardcover books or will it still deduct the 39.99 if you get a different style book that costs over 39.99?

Thanks for posting the details, but those are actually what prompted my question because it says that the cost of a large, hardcover book will be deducted from the total, but it doesn’t actually state specifically that it has to be one of those books, just that the cost of a book that size will be deducted… so you could read it as up to 39.99 will be deducted from your total, regardless of the book size. I was wondering if anyone had tried this?

I can’t wait to see how mine turns out. My husband has been bugging me forever to get some of my photos printed. I put together a portfolio-type book of photographs I took in Glacier National Park over the past few months.
I completed mine, the total came to 8.99 and I applied my Groupon (from OK City that Collin posted about a couple weeks back) towards the shipping which brought my total to 0. Haven’t received my book yet but wanted to let those of you know who were planning on combining the deals that it worked out. Just be sure to enter your groupon code as a GIFT CARD not as a promo code. That took me a little while to figure out.
I made mine and added 9 additl’ pages (just couldn’t narrow it down) and it charged me about $2 per page. I wouldn’t recommend doing this again…just stick to the free 20. I wound up paying $28 after shipping taxes and extra pages. But still, for a super nice 30 page book, I think I’ll be really happy.
Just got mine yesterday. I had also gotten the 100.00 gift card for 25.00 through Groupon and was able to add the two offers together. I put together a wonderful photo book from our 2 week Florida vacation. I was nervous about the Groupon card, had never heard of them before.
rest assure, Groupon is amazing. I’ve boughted numerous things through them and have never been disapointed. plus retailers like you to use them especially if youve never tried out their store/resturant.

use promocode FREEBK at checkout. it takes off a 20page book price of 40$ and you have to pick from the first three options of book covers, the custom, the linen and the leather… there are several other very pricy covers that arnt included in this deal.

I’m a bit frustrated. I have been working on my book since last week and wanted to finish it today in time for the end of the promo. The problem is that it won’t open up my book. I never had problems opening it up before, but today it won’t do it, so I can’t finish it. It keeps saying, “opening book” and the processing line is filled all the way and it just stays there. I have turned off my computer, walked away, refreshed my browser and nothing. Now I don’t think I will be able to finish it since I have an event at my son’s school tonight. I have e-mailed Picaboo, but haven’t heard back yet 🙁
I can’t get my book to finish processing… it’s been sitting there for 3 hours! And the website keeps crashing so I can’t get the live chat to work to ask them….
Dawn, I have been having the same problem all day. It’s really frustrating. I already e-mailed Picaboo and plan to do it again tonight. Hopefully, they will allow us to finish our books and still qualify for the promo even if ends up happening tomorrow or the next day. I believe the problem is on their side.

To the last two commenters: I’ve had this problem for the last few months and still cant get the book to open. Also I’ve just started a new book and it will not save. The same “processing” line will stay up for hours on end. I’ve tried contacting support but there seems theres nothing they can do. I am beyond mad! I love Picaboo. I did our family Disney book on it. It was the only site that I could find that had Disney Backgrounds that wasn’t on the Disney site that was going to cost me an arm and a leg to make a book. I’m so pleased with how it turned out. Everybody that sees it loves it.

I love my book and I received it within 3 days which was a pleasant surprise! It took a bit of time as it was a new program, I think the next time will be easier since I know the process.

Really? I will try that this evening. Was afraid to do that because I wasn’t sure if my book would be deleted as well. I was so scared that it would. Wonder how long they will/if at all extend the promo since I still have to finish it but won’t be able to attempt it till late tonight. In other words, it will probably not be until tomorrow till it’s finished 🙁
Maybe if you contact them again and tell them that you had so much trouble and couldnt finish it they might extend it for longer. I hurried and ordered mine today but luckily mine was almost done and I stayed up late last night to finish. I am so glad I got it to open!

I got my book yesterday, and I love it!! Turned out really nice, and saved me a bunch of time trying to scrapbook a trip.
