Wish I hadn’t read this. I immediately cancelled my order due to panic. Then read the bbb report. There were three unanswered complaints in the last 36 months. No huge deal. I thought an “F” would be really bad and 3 complaints with a company that does so much business is not too that scarey. Now I lost my credit and the eyeshadows I had purchased :(. Is anyone else coming up with errors for various payment methods? That first I had one shadow and it equal 3.99..then added the code and it went to 10.01 then added a second eyeshadow and it went back to 3.99..but hey better for us! except the color i wanted sold out
