Don’t get me wrong, I love this site and all the great deals and I really appreciate all of Collin’s hard work, but I feel like I need to comment about Drugstore.com before people order from them.
I know some of you got great customer service, but after the horrible experience I had last time with Drugstore.com, I won’t do business with them regardless of how great of a deal they’re offering. When they ran out of the free-with-purchase items before, they sent the rest of my order ($25 worth of vitamins and hair care products) and the customer service representative was completely unapologetic. In fact, she listed off the other discounts I’d gotten and told me that the website states that promotional items are subject to availability. Given her response, I wouldn’t be surprised if they ran out of the games and went ahead and sent the samples while charging everyone $5.99 for shipping.
This might be true! I actually ordered the nice soap previously and two bottles came with part of the soap leaking out. I emailed them and they gave me a total refund with no problem. I think it might just matter who you talk to and what their personal pull is within the company.
The latest deal with all the penny items came to my house leaking all over the inside and outside of the box and ruined everything. I won’t order from them again.

I called about trying to add something to my order and it was too late so they gave me free shipping to use on my next order. I was able to use it tonight and get the game for just the price of the game. It is crazy how people’s experience can differ so much.

Love it! Got the exact same deal as you-we love Disney shows AND scene it in our household. Sorry to hear a negative experience about drugstore.com, though. This is my first time with them, but as far as customer service goes, I would try it out again-even just calling back and explaining your dissatisfaction the first time. I worked customer service and it can vary person by person at times (unfortunately) and they may be willing to work with you to get your business back.
Look out that you don’t put more than one 4.98 item in your cart. It is highly sensitive that each computer and each account holder only get one item at 4.98. If you try to put more than one in your cart just to check prices it seems to go haywire and kicks them all up to original price. I originally wanted the racetrack, but it kicked it up to original price and I couldn’t get it to go back down again even after clearing out my cart. I ended up getting the nail salon to work, so I’m happy.

One of the things I hate about the drugstore.com site is that shopping there is never consistent. One person has a problem while another gets a deal. I’ve also noticed that if I click around the site too much, I end up losing special offers. It’s very frustrating.
I noticed that the last time I placed an order through them. If I clicked around too much, or added items to my cart just to see what price it would list, it would raise the prices on all of the other items in my cart. It was annoying & took forever, but I did finally get it to go through the right way. They also seem pretty quick to pull the best deals once people start ordering. I did get my items in a reasonable amount of time & there wasn’t anything wrong with them. I definitely wouldn’t want to rush while trying to place my order so I could be sure everything is listed for the right price.
Perfect – – mine worked out just fine…..and I got the little spa factory for my daughter….she can mix her own nail polish….I’ll throw the 25-cent emery boards in her stocking to go with!

Hi, I just ordered the exact same things as posted but got the aromatherapy set instead. I did not have any problems. Let’s see if it ships. My last order was so great! I got all of the free samples including the 3 piece bath set. I hope this works. I put samples in Xmas stockings. Michaels had 90% off on Xmas stockings so I bought a bunch. I have been collecting samples all year for family to put in them. I just realized the other day I am going to have to pull the stockings out and start organizing them. Xmas is just a few months away and I actually want to be done by the end of November with Xmas shopping and wrapping!!!!

I just wanted to let you know that on drugstore.com there is a section of items that you can order that will score you free shipping. The least expensive item is a 500 count bottle of ibuprofin for $8.49 (I believe)… now even though that is about $3.00 more than what your shipping was it is better to have gotten something for your money versus just paying to have it shipped…(that’s what I think anyways!)

I placed my order for a toy and the freebies, but then after reading the comments, I became afraid that they would cancel the toy and ship me freebies and charge me $6. So, I canceled the order and placed a new order just ordered the toy. So, if they don’t have the toy, I’m charged nothing.
I don’t know what I did wrong, but they charged me $29.98 for the race car set, and when I went to immediately cancel the order, they emailed me saying they can’t cancel it!!! I called customer service and they told me the same thing because I paid with paypal! I’m so upset right now, the only way to cancel it is to write ‘refused’ on the package. VERY bad customer service! I will never order anything from them again, even if it’s FREE!!!
I just checked my order and my car tracks set is on back order??? I am hoping that doesn’t mean it is eventually going to be cancelled!

Most of my stuff was shipped except the emery boards. It said back-order but then I got an email this morning that it was canceled. My mom on the other hand ordered after I did and they shipped everything but the toy. It says it is back-ordered. But if that gets canceled she will just return the other stuff. She’ll just right refused on the box and send it back. Because of course they still charged her shipping for 4 very tiny items.
