    Had one order cancelled last night, but the other one has a tracking #, but no info. Not worried either way. If I get the other order, great. If not, no big deal. I feel sorry for the company. Someone made a serious mistake and it took a while for them to figure out what to do. No one is perfect. I appreciated the letter they sent explaining they were cancelling the order… the discount to go with it may not be $50 off $50 or more, but $25 off $50 or more and free shipping is still a great deal! I am hitting the clearance section to see what goodies I can find. I am not going to pitch a temper tantrum (though I would have loved the almost-free boots,) but I think I will try to put myself in their shoes… 🙂

      Couldn’t agree more! 🙂 I think they’ve certainly learned a valuable lesson about one-time-use codes, too! 😉 I just wish that the funds tied up in this would hurry up and release- got shopping to do! 😀

          The charges on my account have been reversed as well, so I’m happy that’s been resolved. I am still bummed about their crappy customer service, though. As a long time customer of this company, I expected a lot more professionalism than I received and I’m sad that so many potential customers have had such a negative first time experience with what normally is a fun place to shop for plus sized clothing.

    I have one order that says “shipped on 10/13/10” but then underneath that it is supposed to say which company is shipping it (the carrier) and by that it says “Not yet shipped” and further down the page it says “DO NOT SHIP”. But I checked online and my debit card HAS been charged. So I just wait and see if the order comes or should I call about the charges now?
    My other order does not show on my debit card statement but on the WW site it says that it was shipped via DHL. But, again, it doesn’t look like it has been charged. Do any of you have any idea what’s going on here??

        I haven’t gotten any kind of e-mail either. My status has an order tracking number but then when I click on it, it says there’s no shipping information. I guess we’ll just wait and see what happens.

          I havent gotten an email either…the charges have dropped off on my account, but you would think that they would at least send out an email to everyone…horrible customer service!

    I got a “good news your order has shipped” message. I did receive the original email from them with the code in it, I clicked through that. We’ll see what happens… Did anyone else get this message or has everyone canceled?

    Cancelled..that stinks! Big Time! I was looking forward to all my goodies! I havent gotten a message or email saying they cancelled my order but it does say contact customer service for order details..guess its cancelled!

    I am still waiting on them to release my money back into my account. It still shows as pending. If it hasn’t changed by this afternoon they are going to be getting a call from one angry momma. Especially since I cancelled my order when I saw all the ruckus about it a few hours after I placed my order 12th & was told it should take three days to cancel the pending charge with my bank.

    I’m in the same boat as a few comments. It shows its been shipped but never got a email saying that and have a tracking # but no carrier?? should I call or just leave it alone??Just a bit scared to call as it sounds like their customer service isn’t great!!! any suggestion?

    how lame of them. I never got any such email from them either. I went to go check my order online and it said “call for status” so I assume they cancelled my order too. Hope they go bankrupt 🙂

    I just got my order. I ordered originally, then found they canceled the 50 off 50 orders (including mine.) When the FB site said a new code that was supposed to be $25 off $50 and a code for free shipping/free shirt, I placed another order only to find it gave me 50 off 50 and free shipping too. I ended up getting 2 pairs of sketchers sneakers (it only exempted sketchers “Shapeups” from the code offer) for $3.74 total, shipped! They were on discount for about $20 something each plus the free shipping. That turned out to be how much they charged me and the shoes arrived today. I too got a tracking # in the email so those of you waiting still it may just come and be ok.

    I’m sorry for those it didn’t work on but I’m happy I got my order for the price I was promised. Thanks Collin again for letting us know.

      I did the exact same thing – using the re-issued coupon code, which was supposed to be $25 off $50, but turned out to be $50 off $50 – my order went thru fine and I got my items without problem at $50 off $50!

    Very lame!! I got an order number so today I called and asked about my order and she said they canceled them all because that code was only meant for a few. Told her it was bad customer service that they never emailed to tell me my order was canceled or anything. I asked if they would offer me another code to shop again and she said no!!!
    Will not shop with them again.

    I understand both sides here, I think the company made a HUGE mistake, and needed to make some type offer, and LOTS of apologies. However, I do not understand how those that ordered multiple times think the company can just give you $100 or more in products! It probably still would have been changed, but my feeling is 1 per customer!
    (BTW, I’m reading this because I was curious what happened, did not have an order pending – do think the company handled POORLY!)

    They cancelled my order too – without even an email to let me know. I’m not interested in doing business with them again. I understand that mistakes are made, but it is good business to send out an apology letter at least to let people know why their order was cancelled and that their order was cancelled.
