    Well, I just got off of the phone with customer service and they automatically cancelled my order. They said that it was the wrong total so it was automatically cancelled. I am glad they did that rather than try to send me a bill.

    Just talked to customer service as well, I placed 2 orders yesterday first one for me then one for my mom she said the first one is on its way but the second one was cancelled when I asked her why she replied I have no idea, I think they need to have some type of meeting with these poor cs reps that have no idea what to tell these people, they have to take all the heat for the companys mistake.

    My 1st order seems to be going through, but the second one just disappeared off teh radar and is no longer even shown under Order Status listing. I assume that means they cancelled it, but they never sent me an email about it.

      First order now says it was sent for shipping on 10/13, but items listed say DO NOT SHIP, so I guess they are pulling these out of the shipping process too now. It is really a shame, because this is my first ever experience with them and I wanted to try their products and likely would have gone back for more at full price. Now I don’t think I will ever shop with them again and will be telling others not to as well.

        I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Some one person obviously screwed up big time with major fallout. You can bet several people got fired over it. But $20 off a $50 purchase is still a really good bargain, especially with the great prices they have. This is my first experience with them as well, but I’ll try them again.

    I just spoke to two people at customer service. Both say the order shipped today and for the original amount of $13.04. My bank acct yesterday showed the $13.04 charge, but does not today. CS told me that the amount yesterday was just an authorization, but the $13.04 charge will show up within the next day. Hoping my order doesn’t come with a bill, but so far it sounds okay. BTW, I placed my order at 1:20 pm CST.

    How skeezy. For all of you who were overcharged, you can always file a small claims suit against them. I guarantee you it will cost them more to defend your suit than it will to refund your money. If this is the case for you, ask to talk to the highest person they will let you talk to, and tell them you plan on doing this unless they make your order right.

    I just spent about 30 min on the phone with customer service.

    When I went in to check on the status of my order it said I needed to call. The first person I talked to said it was canceled but didn’t know why. I was transferred to another very helpful customer service representative. She said she didn’t know why it had been canceled but that she would reorder it for me using all the same coupons. In the end my total is the same as it was yesterday. She told me none of it was my fault so she was taking care of it for me.

    I hope it all works out.

      I did the exact same thing as you…my order disappeared so I called CS and first lady didnt know why so she transfered me to a second lady who didnt know why either but she helped me re-order with the same codes accept this time the code only took of $20 and so I declined. Glad my card didnt get charged!

      Had almost the exact same experience except when I checked my bank acct the rep charged $65 instead of the $6.99 that she told me she was charging. Another rep said it was reversed but I have filed with the BBB. They are an accredited member so it will hurt them to not respond positively to complaints. I am still shocked that there were unauthorized charges placed on my account. I even specifically said, “I do not want my credit card charged anything further” and was told, “don’t worry, we don’t do that…” yeah, right! Be sure to check your bank accts.

          You can start here- http://www.bbb.org. Click on “File a Complaint”- the process is REALLY easy. Just FYI, Woman Within is authorized in New York state under the corp. name “Redcats USA”. When you do a search that is the company that comes up, but that is correct- it is listed on their website as well. Haven’t heard anything further yet from the complaint but sometimes it takes a while. Good luck!

    I have been checking the status of my order periodically, this last time it says I have no current orders. They never sent an email saying they were canceling my order or anything. I hope my CC gets refunded without me having to fight with them. I will not do business with them again, not because I did not get to use the coupon code, but because of the customer service issues.

    My order was not showing today either so I filled out the online form. The first response said one item was no longer in stock so I no longer qualified for the coupon and they put the order on hold to see if I wanted to add another item. She also said I would only get $20 off today though. So I told her to cancel it. Second person responded and just said it was cancelled and attached a new offer for $25 off $50 with free shipping but I am no longer interested with the way it was all handled and all the posts I read in here about this company. I did point out to both ladies that the item they were saying is no longer in stock was in stock when I called in the order yesterday and is still showing in stock on the site. They both ignored that part of my comments though.

    My order disappeared as well now – it was still there at 2 today – but now gone. I sent them an email – so we’ll see what they say. It’s fine if they want to cancel it and I’m not charged – but it would have been nice to let people know!

    I actually liked some of their more expensive items… and was curious about the quality. I would have ordered probably much more after this order came – for the full price. I did place an order for quite more than 50… so not just totally free… and my order disappeared as well – no e-mail or anything from them at all about it! With this customer service I am definitely not ordering from them again. ;-( A mass e-mail reply about order cancelations with a simple statement why would have been easy to send out to everybody. But this? I understand that they probably received a LOT of orders but it would have been better for them to either honor them or cancel the orders in a nice way. So many people would remember their name, their web site, their products, people would talk about the deal and what nice clothes they have received for a long time. Instead we get treated this way – not even an email with cancelation notice, explanation and apology. I shop online for at least 15 years now and not a single time did I get an order canceled without an e-mail notice about it. And only a handful of my orders were ever canceled – usually they just ran out of everything I have ordered in that case. NOT GOING BACK! Period. What a bad customer service / PR step!

    What really stinks is that I have ordered with them in the past and was an email subscriber. I ordered yesterday and my order showed until a little while ago. I have emailed their customer service as many of you have. I let them know that it was wrong to cancel an order without letting a customer know and that I will no longer give them my business in the future.

    I placed my order immediately after Collin posted the deal. It still shows the correct total, and says that it has been processed for shipment. However, when I click on the order, the status of each item says “DO NOT SHIP.” Has anyone else seen on an order?

      Same here – despite indicating that is is processed for shipment I clicked on order number and it states DO NOT SHIP

        Ditto, DO NOT SHIP. Called, lol, and was given the option to order with the $20 code, ummmm after this fiasco, no thanks! 😉 Hopefully, the charge just drops off rather than dealing with a charge and refund. Ah well…. 🙂

        Mine says the same thing, I am really ok with it though I was nervous about all these conflicting stories on here so I would be glad if they cancel it because I didn’t want any future problems….they told me I couldn’t cancel, so if they want to cancel it anyway GREAT…..

      Exact same thing with me. I guess they are pulling all the packages that are already on the mail truck?! My CC was charged so if they are canceling (which is totally fine with me), I want my $1.41 back…LOL

        The really sad thing is I actually order from them on a regular basis and I am signed up to receive emails from them BUT I never got a confirmation email for my order. It shows shipped with a tracking number but also beside each item says Do Not Ship.. whatever.. sigh. Thanks Collin for posting the deal it was worth a try!

    So here is the thing that I think is bizarre…I just decided to check my order status, both of my orders say that they have been processed for shipping (which means they should arrive in 10 days) but both of them have the wrong number of items on them. My first order shows 7 items on my e-mail confirmation but when I check my status it shows 8 items were shipped.

    When I checked my 2nd order, the e-mail confirmation shows 5 items but the confirmation on their website shows 12 items.

    The totals are both still the same so I’m not sure what the items are that they apparently added…I guess we’ll see in 10 days!

      I ordered 4 items and it showed 7 but I found out it was counting one deleted item and the 2 coupon codes as items. This was of course, before they canceled it!

    I just called and mine was canceled as well. He offered to reorder them with a coupon code for $25 off $50 with free shipping. Uh… no thanks. You’re not going to take my $7 order and then say that I can’t have my order, but if I really want it, I can have it for $25. To me, the customer service was awful. At least HSN sent out e-mails saying that they were canceling the snuggie orders. Woman Within was too lazy to even send out an e-mail.

    I have called CS for a total of four times throughout the WW fiasco….finally today have another opinion and what seems to be a final answer. I think yesterday they were still trying to figure out what to do with this whole thing..and today they decided to cancel ALL orders that used this code. So, for those that still think it may be going through I would call and ask..I went all the way to the top and was told a simple “sorry”. Not too happy with the fact that they didn’t honor the code. It seems as it was a real code, but only meant for a select # of people. I think they should have honored it for those that had already placed their orders before they caught the mistake. But, I understand from their point too. Lesson learned. Thanks Collin..really am thankful for all the deals that really do work in our favor! Way more good ones than the bad..but is is entertaining reading all the comments! So, thanks again for your hard work..and warning labels..we all chose to do this one..so no complaining to Collin!

      I agree that Collin totally warned us and is doing an awesome job bringing us stellar deals. I, too, am unsatisfied with WW’s CS. I wonder if they realize that they’ll likely be losing far more money due to a damaged reputation than they would have by honoring the orders and getting thousands of happy customers.

    Has anyone gotten a shipment confirmatin yet? Looks like we are all going to get cancelled. My order still says order processed for shipment. I called twice yesterday to cancel my order and was told I couldn’t and one rep even confirmed my total of 1.99 so if they didn’t want to lose their money why didn’t they just cancel the order when I asked them too. Just think that is kind of weird. I really don’t care if I don’t end up getting my order, really it’s not a big deal. I just want to know!

    my status also said to call.. I called spoke to Raul who then transfered me to a CS rep Mike who said it was in collections???? huh??? I was paying by credit card.. Called another 800# (collections) they told me it was because of my ship to address was my work address.. and apparently some one from my work had ordered from them and it ended up in collections.. my order is now cancelled .. good greif… lol

    My order shows “processed for shipping” and my acct has been charged for my original total of $15. I will be excited if it actually continues to go through. With deals like this I always expect it to end up canceled, but I figure its always worth a shot 🙂 I placed my order maybe 20 minutes after it was posted so maybe they just cut it off when they realized their mistake.

    I just looked at my order and it say do not ship yet and hour ago I recieved an email from UPS saying my package was shipped and should arrive in 3 days. They better NOT have shipped my stuff and changed the total!! Can they do that??

      I dont believe they can. If they wanted to charge you full price they should have to approve it with you before shipping.

    I talked with customer service today because the status online said “Contact us for status”. The CS rep informed me that ALL orders using the code were cancelled because of the error. When I told her that I knew some orders had not been cancelled she got very short and said she didn’t know. I am fine that they cancelled my order b/c I understand the mistake, however, do I don’t understand the need to lie to customers about it.

    Just want to warn all of you to check your credit card accounts. I got a call from their ‘Collections’ unit because they were trying to charge my card 26.99 and it would not go through (I used a visa gift card which had only about $5 in it). I cancelled my order after letting her know what I think about their ways of handling an error on THEIR part! I asked her if I would have got a call if the charge had gone through and she said ‘well, no.’

    wow, can’t begin to say what a mess this deal is. I called to check just now and Victor who is supposedly a manager just told me that all orders using the code are cancelled and there is a new code available for $25 off $50 and free shipping. I just said it would have been nice to know that it was cancelled and asked how I could ever order again, and not wonder if they would just cancel my order w/o letting me know. He agreed that it was poorly handled and said that they have posted about this on the woman within FB site. Bummer but I’m just out a little time.

    I have yet to receive my e-mail although my gf did. I made a purchase that actually cost me $26 out of pocket, and her total was only $10. I wonder if they will allow my order to go through because they are actually receiving some amount of money? I haven’t been using my correct “billing addresses” on any orders as of lately either, wonder if that will be a factor. I just want my money back if they cancel my order. Under my shipping status it says “Order processed for shipment” which also says 2 items instead of just the ONE I purchased.

    i have to say their customer service is beyond horrible. Some of them are saying it was an invalid code, when it was a valid code where some people were meant to have $50 off $50. I was told on the first day that I couldn’t change or cancel my order since it was already shipped. Obviously, that was a lie or they wouldn’t be able to cancel it now. My other thing is they flat out cancelled orders – wouldn’t it have been better to at least hold our items to see if we wanted to apply the new codes to purchase them? They definitely lost a customer.

      Same here. I knew there was a good chance it would get canceled, so I’m glad I didn’t spend much time picking something out. I know that’s what upset me about the medco fiasco…that I’d spend over an hour picking & choosing what to get. Cheap boots would’ve been nice, but no biggie. (Oh, and I ordered right around noon CST)

    I got the same email, but they have charged my account already. I emailed customer service and hope to hear back with a date that I can expect the charges to be reversed. I’m not upset they canceled the order, it’s totally understandable, but it pisses me off that they would go ahead and charge my card for goods I will not be receiving. That doesn’t seem right at all.

    I don’t think that it is so bad. They did after all give us a 50% off coupon!!!! I think that is pretty good. I had no problems with them in the past, and I will continue purchasing from them in the future. The CODE was not a good code, it should have not been posted, that is all. We didn’t know about it, but hey $50 off $50 seems a bit too good to be true, don’t you think?

      They put out on a second code later in the day on Facebook themselves that gave people $50 off of $50 and free shipping – that was their mistake. The first mistake was someone leaked the first code that was a real and valid code, but was just intended for a selected group. Happens over and over again of people “sharing” codes that shouldn’t be on all these sites. It causes a lot of problem for everyone – the company, those who were intended to get it and everyone who tries to sign up and has to go through all the chaos like this.

    I got the same email. For those that have been charged, it was probably pre-auth. Its pretty normal for companies to do a pre-auth while preparing to ship, if thats the case it would just fall off your account.
    I appreciate the fact that an email was sent with a new offer, most companies Ive dealt with that have had problems like this cancel without any notification whatsoever.

      I received the same email. I thought it was a well written response & an appropriate move for the company, except that 1) the code was NOT invalid and 2) they were several days late in getting this email sent out to customers. It should have been sent immediately upon realizing they could not honor orders, not leaving people in the dark & then charging/freezing their funds.

        I think you are absolutely right on both points! It WAS a valid code – and so was the one they put on Facebook later in the day – where they are also not honoring when it was giving people $50 off their order.
