I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I have created 3 books so far & was impressed with each one. It was easy to create. I am in the process of creating another one. $8.99 is very inexpensive for the quality of the book!

I got in on the last free Picaboo and I have to say I was VERY impressed with the quality of the book. I plan to make one for my son every year until he’s 18. It’s a great way to keep memories. You can add text and backgrounds and it’s so neat! I take all my pictures with a digital camera and rarely print them so it’s nice to have these around. ๐Ÿ™‚

Nicole, that is a GREAT idea. I’m horrible at printing out my pics or even starting my daugther’s baby book. I’d love to have a library of my baby’s pics over the years. Thanks Collin for posting another awesome deal!

  3. Diane

I am so excited! I haven’t done one of these, but seeing the great reviews makes me want to make a book of our wedding photos.

I just sent away for one a couple weeks ago. it said the card and the $1 rebate would come seperatly. i have recived the check but not the gift card has anyone gotten thiers yet?

    • Tara S

It depends on which one. they could take a month or sometimes more. it also depends on when you requested them. hth

    • Jess

I got a gift card for doing the diaper deal at Riteaid and submitted it 9-27-10, it says it shipped today 10-15-10. HTH’s :0)

        • Jess

If you sign in to your rebate account it should have a date shipped under your rebate status or atleast mine did.

          • lilroysmom2

wooo hooo i got it in the mail today! now i dont know if iwant to roll it into other rite aid deals or if allowed by a prepaid card and use it to earn points on swagbucks? hmmm i am having way too much fun with this! i spend 11 dollars that day and could justify it because i needed babyshower gifts anyway then i got a one dollar check back and 10 dollar rite aid card i love it! money that keeps on giving LOL

  5. Lana

Thanks! I want to do a book for my FIL for Christmas as he lives 500 miles from us and we don’t see him very often.

  6. Jennifer

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the book after the order is made?

    • Shevin

The last one I did only took about a week or so to get in the mail. I love it too!

    • Stephanie

I received mine in less than a week.

      • Jennifer

wow, that’s fast! thanks ๐Ÿ™‚ also can you start creating a book and come back to it or do you have to create and order all in one sitting?

        • Sheila

YOu can save it and come back to it. You download the software to your computer that they use to create your book. HTH!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I got mine just a few days after I ordered it. I was very impressed and the book was beautiful!

  7. nonebetter

I created this book and will defintely be doing another they are great and very high quality!

  8. Laura

Ooohhh, I want one too! : – ) THANK YOU!!

  9. Kara Graves

I am so excited about this! I just received a CD in the mail from our photographer who was sweet enough to give me all the pictures she took of my son (newborn-one year) and I can’t wait to get a book with all of my photos in it!

  10. Annette

I made one of these last time they offered it. Great book. I make books for family for Christmas gifts, they always love them. Especially those who are out of town, they like to get up to date photos. I also do a family book every year with the highlights of our year. It helps me stay on top of our pictures.

I just tried to make one, for a second time (i did this a few months ago), and even though I used my husband’s email address, it’s still telling me “this coupon is for first time customers only”…does this mean I can’t take advantage of this deal again? Or would I need to use a new computer or what? Bummer that I spent so much time on it!

    • Krista

I would do the live chat and tell them it’s not accepting your code even though you’re a new customer. I wouldn’t mention anything about your address, just your husbands.

  12. Nans

This offer is ONLY for a 20 page book. Still a good deal! Just wanted everyone to know that, because I had to delete a few pages and combine some photos to get this to work for me.

    • Krista

The last time I did this deal, I added pages, which I had to pay for, but they still took off the $40.00 or whatever the amount was for the 20 page book. Just and fyi for others who might need more pages. I think I paid $13 instead of $8. Totally worth it! ๐Ÿ™‚

      • Jessica

Thanks for answering my question…I am having a hard time deciding on what type of book to make!

  13. K

At one time I think there might have been a group on deal for a gift card for photo books that could be combined with one of these free photo books to pay shipping.

What company was that? Do these deals happen often?

    • Krista

I got that groupon deal last time. It was 25 for 100 gift voucher for picaboo. It was totally awesome! I used the gift voucher to pay for the shipping of the free book. I still have a ton of money left out of my 100 voucher. It can be used with any promotion because you enter it like a gift card rather than a coupon code.

      • c j

I was just thinking that. I still have my groupon!

      • Priscilla

will I find the groupon deal offer on the Photoworks website or is there a website called, groupon where I can purchase the voucher? Thank you!

        • Renee

The San Diego groupon is offering the deal today.

  14. ashley h

Can you make a cookbook out of this like at Walgreens? I was going to make one at walgreens for my grandmother, but if I can use this, I will.

    • Laura

Yup, they have a template and everything for a cookbook!

  15. Ruth

I just did one of these – with the prior offer – and it is wonderful!

  16. jamie

Think I am going to give this a try! The question is whether to make it for myself or as a gift!?! ๐Ÿ™‚

  17. Sheila

I made my free book last time around, and tried again this time with a different email address for my mother-in-law. I made the entire book and went to submit and it knew I had already made a book and said for first time users only. Anyone know how I can get around this for my M-I-L?? Thanks!

    • Megan

make sure you are “logged out”

  18. Linda

Do you know if Picaboo requires one to have written permission to use professional photos in these books?

How many photos does an 8.5″ x 11″ book nicely hold? I know it depends on how many / page and the size of photos.
