I got in on this deal right after it was posted. I had a little trouble with the website, called customer service and got great help. I got everything Collin did (just substituted 4 packs of training pants for the diapers) and the customer service rep did the biokleen bag as a separate order. Saw in my email inbox that everything is shipping out (but the Nivea on backorder). I can’t wait to see if everything comes through! Fingers crossed!
Customer service said they sold out and therefore could not do anything but give me a ten dollar credit. ;( (I ordered 1 hr after Colin posted)
I already got this in the mail! I can not believe how fast it got here!!! Everything was in order minus the nivea which said was on backorder. The bag has tons of great goodies! Some things are full size like a deodorant (several dollars on its own), a full bar of soap etc… Well worth the $$$. I hope everyone else has as good of an experience as me!!!

I got an email yesterday confirming my order, however this afternoon I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled. It’s very frustrating after spending the time to decide what I wanted to order, then to find out it has been cancelled. Is this normal for them? If so, I don’t think I will waste my time in the future.
Since some of you are still receiving your orders I decided to double check on mine. It shows that it has been shipped and only the backordered items were cancelled! Woohoo! Sorry about my earlier rant! lol
Has anyone’s order shipped? My nivea is still on back order and the rest of the order it says “unknown” for the status.

Mine shipped yesterday and should be here Wed. Total was $27.90 and I got the sample bag- at least that’s what it says shipped! Yay! I was getting worried! Hang in there- hopefully everyone gets theirs too.
i just got off the phone with CS and they actually issued me a $5 credit because my package has not shipped yet. The man (forgot him name already but he was very nice and helpful) said some item from my bag had been “misplaced” but has since been located and packed. He said he was sending the packing/shipping dept. a note saying to hurry it up and then gave me the credit for the inconvience!!! Yah!!
Woo Hoo! I came home to find 2 drugstore.com packages outside my door! I got everything I ordered except the Nivea for Men Body Wash (says it’ll ship separately when available) I got the 120 seventh generation diapers for my daughter, and all the other free samples from the order as well as the Biokleen tote chock full of stuff!!! Very pleased with all the awesome goodies (all natural and organic) in there; not bad at all for $27.99!!! 🙂
I got my free tote on Friday and today they delivered the diapers. But to my surprise I got only 35 diapers instead of 140. Had to call them and they said they’ll ship me new case of diapers again, for free.
SO bummed out. UPS damaged my package in shipping and all that was in the box was a pack of paper towels. Of course they are out of stock on the Biokleen and other freebies so they can’t send replacements thus I canceled the order. Bright side, they told me to keep the paper towels for free but I was like a kid at Xmas looking forward to the sample bag 🙁
My package was returned to drugstore.com b/c it was damaged during transit. I got an email from them asking me to call if I wanted it shipped to me again (of course I do…I ordered it, I would like the products I ordered! Just thought that was funny and obvious). I called and had no problem. I will be getting a few different packages this time though due to back orders, but they are rushing the shipping and I am still getting the sample bag! Tim, the guy I talked to, was awesome, very polite and helpful.
I’d call them again and see if maybe you can resubmit that order. You never know, it’s worth a shot! 😉
I received my package today…very happy…I had ordered some method products instead of the diapers. I received the biokleen bag with GREAT samples, an extra Tom’s soap (3 in total) and a schick razor sample. Thanks Colin!!!!!!

most of my products came in today, incl the bag. pretty good samples lots of teas and food samples, some “medicine”, toiletries, etc. Don’t know if it is really worth 40 bucks, but I still like it,
