Important Info- Sorry guys- I am on the phone now with a representative from drugstore.com who said that they do not allow the bag to be sent to anyone with any other discount on the order, OR any freebies at all. (I called them because the bag wasn’t showing up, and one of the earlier posters suggested calling the company to get that fixed). The rep. also said that they will be going back through all the orders placed, and if anyone has the bag on their order who has another discount, then the biokleen bag WILL NOT be shipped. 🙁 Bummer!

funny, I ordered yesterday, got the Seventh Generation products, all the free samples, free shipping, sample bag, etc. I just called the customer service number and spoke to a rep and asked them if any of my items would be removed from my cart (I let her know what my “friends” had been told), and she said “No”, they are not removing anything from anyone’s purchase and that I would be receiving all of the items in my cart. I guess they are not on the same page after all. I did receive a confirmation order with everything still on my order.
I knew it was probably too good to be true- I saw Medco written all over this! Should’ve not wasted my time! Thanks for the update!!

I’m not sure if this is true but I got a shipment confirmation email about the sample bag this morning. I did have to call and have it added but they were very friendly when i talked to them. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see what happens!
I have a UPS tracking no. for the sample bag and I used all the codes available. I did have to call and have the it added, but it looks like it indeed shipped.

YAY, it worked for me, I got the samples and the sample bag. I chose not to do the seventh generation deal instead I got lots of Burt’s Bee products for Christmas presents. I remember submitting the welcome20 code but now that I look back at my transaction the 20% didn’t come off. What should I do? Should I call drugstore.com to see if they can apply it or should I edit my order and redo everything? It says ” By Editing this order will cancel your original order and start a new shopping bag with the items from this order already added”. When I try another order to see if the code will work, it says “There is no current promotion associated with the code you entered.
Please check the code and try again. “
Did you open another new account? You can only use welcome20 with a new account. If you tried to edit a past order, you will probably won’t be considered a new customer.
Hummm…as I am looking at posts…that would be false advertising. Especially if nothing is mentioned in their site about one discount canceling out another. By law, they cannot do that. It is just like going to the store and purchasing something marked 1.00 bit should be 10.00. They have to honor their advertisement and give it to you for a buck.
I went in and looked at the small print and it says “Cannot be combined with some offers” in small print. In my opinion, they should list the other offers, to me it sounds like they are picking and choosing what offers to honor and what offers not too. I am disappointed, but remember, you can choose with whom you shop…and you can also let places like the BBB know about your experiences with people in customer service.
They still shouldn’t be sending confirmations to people that include the bag and discount if they are no honoring it. If they try to charge me for the bag, I will be reporting them to the BBB immediately.

I was ready to hop on this deal, then saw all the problems everyone is having, and the ones you all have had with them cancelling your orders in the past. Although it sounds like a great deal, money is too tight right now to “try” this out. I can’t risk not getting the sample tote or having to ship back some of my order if they cancelled part of it. Well I put in my order and got 3 12-packs of tp, the nivea body wash, the ring, two free bars of soap, and the sample bag- all for $32 shipped. Hopefully everything comes! I have had very positive experiences with their customer service before (although no else seems to be having any luck with them) and I plan to call them if my entire order doesn’t show up. Yeah I understand, but before I even couponed, I would spend $40 on Olay at full price! So to me, all this for $50 is not too shabby, considering that it is all high quality items.
I am very aware of quality. A pricey hand lotion that has a great texture (not greasy, etc.), makes my hands soft, and has a scent that makes me happy (I love REAL lavender oil scents), is worth more money in my book that cheapo lotions that I really hate and end up unused.

I placed an order and my husband did. I woke up this morning and the biokleen bag had been removed from his order. It said nothing, it was just gone. Nothing has been removed from my order. Keep a close eye on your orders, because it looks like they are in fact removing the bags as some people were told last night..
I just got my shipping confirmation for the bag- and they charged me the full $40 for it! They were so nice on the phone when I talked to them last night, I hope that they resolve it.
Just got off the phone with them again. They’ll credit the $40 back to my card, but said it will take several weeks to do. I think this is the last time I do business with them.
This company is so messed up! They remove promotional items, they cancel orders and don’t honor their promotions after you order. The problem is that it’s not just a case or 2. It happens way too much. I decided not to shop from them afte they kept changing my order total and removing promotional items from my cart and charging me more as I was still shopping on their website. As if I wouldn’t notice lol I could never trust them. I’m surprised so many people are willing to deal with such an unreliable company. I really hope you all get what was in your cart but I’m sure we’ll hear a lot of complaints after you receive your orders.

Well if they ship it separately, its on them because shipping one item from the rest if the box would cost them more… I really want the free bag and my seventh generation products bc it was a great deal. Seems there have been a lot of companies who are advertising great deals and then get overwhelmed and cancel orders or they realize they are loosing money and decide to cancel orders. Either way, if they do that to me, I will probably not shop for them again.

I thought I followed all the steps, but had to hit “back” once while checking out because I was interruped by my kids & didn’t get the 20% off code entered right initially. Anyway, the end result was that the tote didn’t show up on my order, I was hoping it would show up on another screen after I paid, but it didn’t. I’ve sent the company an e-mail, and so far the response has not been satisfactory, but I am politely trying to resolve the issue with them, so I hope their customer service department can help me out.

According to customer service this morning, the offer of the tote with the freebies was intended for returning customers who received an email. This was not an offer attended for everyone.
Joy, thats not true. It is on their website when anyone visits it. I have never purchased nor visited drugstore.com and my order confirmation shows that it is shipping seperate from the nivea which is OOS but the rest shows everything I ordered plus the free bag. You must have gotten a cranky CSR!
and, now the free sample bag isn’t anywhere on their website at all…hmmm…

Was thrilled to see this. I used my paypal money that I had from taking surveys, so in retrospect I got everything for free! YAY. I decided to look at my order confirmation after reading all the comments. The $40 bag was not on my order! I would have totally missed it if I hadn’t read the comments. I too talked to Johnny on the phone and he was great! I told him that a friend had talked to him as well and said that he was great to work with. He gave me his extension and he also told me that he was the only Johnny and that I could ask for him if I called. I suggest not dealing with the bad CS reps and just asking for Johnny. If you need something to talk to him about…he is in Nova Scotia and wants to move to New Orleans. 😉
Placed my order last night, but it didn’t have the sample bag on it. I went ahead and called them this afternnon and spoke to an extremely nice lady who said they were having technical difficulties so she knew that I wouldn’t get the sample bag unless I had called in, which luckily I did! After putting me on hold for a few minutes she came back and needed a new credit card number, since she couldn’t duplicate my Paypal info from my order last night. She confirmed it would be shipped out separately, but I would indeed get it! Just checked and I got an email confirmation confirming the shipment! YAY!
