What am I missing here? I added $40 worth of Seventh Generation products, followed all the links, and I’m not having the tote bag added to my order. It reads (on the drugstore.com page) as if I have to purchase an additional $35 worth of products from the Green category. I totally want this deal, any suggestions?

Yes. I wonder if maybe they’ve changed the offer in the last few minutes? I’m going to try again using a different browser. The funny thing is, all of the cleaners/diapers/wipes in my house are Seventh Generation, so I would be thrilled even with the discount, but the bag sure would be a nice bonus.

I placed an order for myself the first time, and then one for my Mom. I only realized when placing the one for my mom that the bag wasn’t there. I went back and added a bottle of dish soap for around $3 and then the bag appeared in the cart. The price may drop too low with the 20% discount, so I’d suggest adding another Seventh Generation product and see if that helps.
With that said, when I went back to adjust the FIRST order, the prices of everything (in my order) had gone up. SOOOOOO.. I just called to ask them to add the product for me so that it would go through, and the lady said that the promotions could not be combined. I’m guessing that’s why it didn’t work?? 🙁
For some reason that tote wasn’t on my order either. I gave a quick call to the 1 800 number. They said that because of my discounts it brought it under the $35. She said it is just a computer glitch and sent the tote out to me for free in a separate order. No hassles, no probems.

NOW, look to the left on the category options and click on green & natural, THEN you will see the banner. Follow everything else step by step and it works!! My total was $29.78!

had to call the customer service number. The link for the free bag is not working. Just had to have them create a new order for me with the free bag and presto…crisis overted! Give them a call…they were super nice!

If your order is too heavy, it won’t ship free. I had to switch out detergent for paper towels.
detergent worked fine for free shipping-all the 7th generation did…but I did try to put a box of clif bars in, and it told me it would eliminate the free shipping cuz of weight.

You may want to try calling customer service and see if they can add it. I read a comment from another reader and they were able to do this!
I had to try calling about 10 times over 5 minutes, but then got through within 2 min to an operator who was extremely nice and said the tote would ship out in a separate order. I looked back at my account and sure enough they fixed it. Thanks — crazy great deal on the green stuff I love.

Thanks for the deal, but I think they lost my business the last time they had that “great deal”. I never received the gift bag even when I called customer service about. I was not given the items for a penny like it said I would, called about that and said I would get a refund, but never got the refund. Had several of my items removed when shipped and when I received the package a bottle of soap was open and spilled all over everything. For those of you having trouble getting the free shipping: The reason is because you are over the free shipping weight limit. Look at the ounces of all your products, and try to replace heavier ones with some lighter ones. Keep trying until the free shipping shows up again. I originally had a 62oz tub of bleach in my order, but had to forgo it in order to get free shipping.

A good deal, but I just stocked up on 50% off 7th Gen stuff at Fred Meyer this week (they only have this sale 2x a year so I stock up) plus they take coupons… so the stuff was about 1/3 less (or better) than this deal.
