For a limited time, Hershey’s is offering up a special promotion where you can snag a Snapfish Photo Mug or a Personalized Desk Calendar for FREE (all you will need to pay is $2.99 shipping). And the best part is that you do not have to purchase any Hershey’s products to snag this offer!
Here’s what you need to do…
* Head over here and click on the “Enter UPC’s” button
* Enter your birthdate and register/log in to your Hershey’s account
* You will then be asked to enter your UPC codes. Click on the “Don’t Have UPCs” link, and the UPC boxes will automatically populate with valid UPC codes for you to use.
* Click on the “Next” button
* You will then need to choose whether you want to create a FREE photo mug or a FREE Desk Calendar
* You will then receive an email with a unique redemption code. Follow the instructions in the email and create your free item.
* I chose to create the FREE photo mug. Please note that I did not see the promotion applied to my order at checkout until the very last step (after I entered my credit card information). See the picture below…
**IMPORTANT NOTE: The Hershey’s offer page states that you will be required to pay $4.99 shipping and handling and the Snapfish site even stated that I would need to pay $5.99 shipping and handling at one point. Woo! I got the calendar, originally 14.99 for 3.24 (added 25 cent sales tax). It wouldn’t process my billing info if I entered in my CC info (the site must me overloaded!), but it went through if I used Paypal.

oh and its either the free mug or free shipping, though it does give you a discount automatically.
I have tried using paypal or debit card mine keeps saying stack overflow.
It’s telling me my credit card has been denied, but I find that hard to believe.
That keeps happening to me as well. I have NO idea why. CC is fine, I’ve used it today.
Once the code is added to your snapfish account, it doesn’t expire for a while. (I think mine is good till 2/4/11). I’m gonna wait till after the holidays when I can order some prints and other items and hopefully snag free shipping too!

I too got stuck for a while at the payment page, but just tried again and got through! Their website must be getting slammed! : )
Didn’t work for me – took forever to process for the $2.99 and my order confirmation charged me full price. I did the live chat with them – they do not speak English – and they will only give me the $9.99 off as you are not “supposed” to get the $3 off shipping as that is 2 promos on one order.
i had the same problem and was charged the whole amount. It came out to $17.xx. I did the live chat and explained what happened and after several chats back and forth. I asked them to cancel my order and refund the amount i was charged or credit me $14.xx to get my mug for $3.24 which is what i agreed to when submitted my order. I hope this helps!
they’re wrong. the offer that is posted in your account (the one that doesn’t expire til feb or whenever) is titled FREE mug for 2.99 shipping. so you certainly get both.

Be careful. I think their site is getting slammed. My order total was $3.18, as it was processing (took a few minutes), it changed and charged me FULL price for the mug plus $5.99 shipping!!! I am currently on HOLD w/ customer service to either cancel or get it adjusted – just be prepared!:) Update: They agreed to charge me only $3.19 and adjusted my order. Glad they did’nt just cancel it, which I thought they would do since so many people are placing orders!

Does anyone know if you can do the collage mug 11 oz or just the 1 picture mug. One is 9.99 and the collage is $12.99. My credit just says one free white 11 oz mug, but doesn’t say if I can or cannot us it on the more expensive collage mug.???
It took me a while to get the payment to process for my “free” mug. My page reflected a total of $3.19 for shipping + OH tax. Then, I got a confirmation page showing that I’d been charged $17.10 ($9.99 for the mug + $5.99 for shipping + tax). I called customer support and waited > 30 minutes for a rep to take my call. He said he’d give me 25% off my mug, which I refused. Before he resolved my issue, the call was disconnected. I’ve sent an email, but won’t get a response until at least tomorrow. Anyone else had better success with their Cust. Svc. dept.?
UPDATE: Apparently, Live Chat is the only way to really get things resolved. Within 1 minute, “Ram” assured me that I would receive a credit and only be charged $3.19. Took an hour of my time, but it’s correct. Yippee!

Don’t try to re-input your coupon code on the credit card ordering page. I did the first couple of time and it wouldn’t accept it. After I left the code empty, it worked. Hope it helps

You have to follow the link in the email with the code, I tried to just go to snapfish and put the code in there and it didn’t work for me so I went back and re read the email and there is a link.
Check your spam folder if you do not get the email. That is where mine went.
