So leery of doing any ordering through Snapfish. After initialing signing up with them (many many months ago) to take advantage of a free offer they had, they later canceled my order saying they didn’t anticipate such a high demand and offered my a less expensive product to appease me. Now reading through these comments, it just seems like more of the same. Snapfish needs to get their act together if they want to attract and then keep customers.
It worked for me, but I had to have exactly 50 in my cart. I had less before and it was charging me. I chatted with a person from support. They said that the code was messed up and that after I placed the order that I could chat with someone again and give them my order number and they would refund me. Nice customer service! But then I put exactly 50 in my cart and my total came to $0. Great deal! Thanks!
Hmm why is it saying my shipping is like $5.xx? And its only taking $3.44 off with that code?
I ran into they charged me 8.42 problem….. but with customer service live chat the problem was resolved and I will be getting my free pics… live chat took all of 5 min and they sent me a refund email in 3 minutes. Great customer support!!!

i have another credit for 50 prints in my account. It keeps wanting to take that deal and make me pay shipping. So i put in the other code & it wont allow it. How do i cancel out the 1st code?
You can’t. I just went ahead and paid the shipping for those 50 and then got another 50 that I wanted and didnt pay anything for that! So, I was able to get 100 photos for 3.46!

This worked for me. I thought I already had a snapfish account but turns out I didn’t!?! So I got 50 free credits for that, too. I uploaded my photos. Added 100 to cart. Got 50 free for being new and 50 free with this coupon code. It took off the shipping for the 50 free for this coupon but not the first 50 free. So I ended up paying only 2.77 for 100 photos! Thanks, Collin! I wouldn’t know what to do without my Hip2Save!

Everything was going awesome for me. I checked out and submitted my order with it showing 0.00 as my total. Then the next page was my receipt with $8.25 as the total. Weird!!! It’s too late for me to chat, so I really hope I can get it resolved in the morning!!

customer service immediately went in and manually fixed everything and gave me a refund
I chatted with someone and he said he refunded my money and that I’d receive an e-mail confirmation ‘soon’. I know they’re swamped, but neither has happened yet…

I did live chat last night. The woman was only willing to give me 50 free prints, not the free shipping. I asked her to cancel the order and when I explained that the coupon is for free shipping as well, she didn’t offer to still give me the prints.
When I checked out it showed zero due, but then when it went to the summary page it shows I will be paying eight dollars and something.

Need frames? Rite Aid has frames for 50% off this week, PLUS, you get $2 up rewards for each frame. And I didn’t see a limit. $9.99 frames were $4.99, then I got $2 back, so I paid $2.99 each. The smaller ones were $5, and I paid $2.50, getting back $2 each. This was a N.C. ad.

I had to chat with CS because I had a credit for 1 free print in my account and I tried to do 50 total (including the previous free print + 49 more) and it wouldn’t work until I did 51. So it actually worked in my favor as I got 51 for the price of 50………..a whopping total of FREE.

Just completed mine for 50, and was charged shipping. Got online with the Chat and it took a while for them to respond, but I kindly asked them their suggestion on how to proceed with the checkout if the offer from the code was still charging shipping. The person eventually advised to click buy now and once I had an order confirmation, they’d issue a credit immediately for the charges. They did just that and I got the email before ending the chat.

1st order was fine.. total was $0.
2nd order they charged me..(that was with all his info and his email) … BUT again my Credit Card.. And it did charge $8.50..
i got on the life chat and it was fixed..

I ordered and at one point it showed the discount but then when I tried to check out with paypal it required a credit card. I entered my information and then all of a sudden my order was processed WITH the full amount charged. Ughhhh. I sent an email complaining about it. Hopefully they will fix my order.
I did it twice! once under my name, once under my husbands and I got 100 prints free!
I had to use a different credit card on each 🙂
