   I’m using MacBook Safari and it worked for me! It did give me an error one time b/c I forgot to put male or female. Hopefully, it will work for everyone soon!

   I THINK IF IN THE PASS IF YOU GOT ONE IT WOULDN’T WORK.{B/C I GOT ERROR OR SITE DOWN ON MINE} BUT THEN I DID ONE ON MY HUSBAND NAME AND EMAIL AND IT SAID IN 6-8 WEEKS HE WILL GET HIS IN.

    Used an iMac OS X 10.6.6 and Safari version 5.0.3 (6533.19.4) – I got the following error message “Site is not available now. Please try again later.” Then, I tried the 1st initial thing, and it worked. If you use the back link, don’t forget to select the location where you found the info.

    Tried again to request a booklet for a friend and had to enter the info 3 times. I think the site’s just quirky. When I requested this last year, I didn’t have any problems.

    Be sure to READ the error message, it’s very specific (i.e. invalid ZIP Code, e-mail address, etc.).

    I got mine after using my first initial of my name and I have IE. This is so weird, I wonder why? Also, I have now requested this book each of the last 4 times it has been available and have never recieved it. I don’t think I am going to try again.

    Got one! I tried for 10 minutes and then took someone’s suggestion of typing in only the FIRST INITIAL OF MY FIRST NAME and it worked!

    Such a finicky website! Finally worked for me using IE on a Windows 7 laptop. I also used my first name rather than my middle name, which I usually go by. Thanks, Collin! Good luck to everyone requesting this booklet. 🙂

    I have tried for a month now also… nothing!
    I used Google Chrome and Internet Explorer… still nothing.

    Nevermind… typed in A in the first name box instead of Ashley and it worked… thanks for the tip!!!

  I used fire fox too and it gave me that at first. but i went back and only used my first letter of my first name and it worked. so maybe you need to try that. Good Luck 🙂

    I have requested and actually received this booklet in the past. This time around the site is just being uncooperative – which is very frustrating. Is it possible it is detecting if we are not new to the site?

    I used internet explorer and got the error message. I then only used my first initial and last name and it worked. For those of you having problems try just using a first initial and last name. HTH
