If you like them on FB, it will post ” Your FB Name likes Couple Place by K-Y Brands” on your wall…

(easy to remove, though…just a heads up)

    • Trish

LOL – that is what I was thinking – no way here:)

    • Maggie

      LMAO

    • cd

ha! i did this yesterday, and was trying to rush through and get it off there before someone saw it. A while back, there was a free condom one that you had to like the page for. Yeah, maybe a 2nd account would be an ok idea.

    • Anon

Didn’t post on mine. I have security settings really tight though – that’s probably why it didn’t.

      • john

See… the KY can help in this situation too!

    • Jenine

I think this would give my extra nosey grandma a heart attack considering I’m single and have two toddlers! LMBO!!

      • The Paid Housewife

        “nosey grandma” LOL

  2. RK

Create a seperate FB account just for coupons…I use my name backwards and my junk email address…I dont have any friends so I like anything I want and not bug anyone…

    • Lisa

      Good Idea! Thanks!

    • Steph

This would be a good example of something that I might want to do that with!

    • dani

If they catch on that you have two facebook accounts they will delete both of them as it’s not aloud per their terms of use.

      • Laura

My dog has a facebook account… he Loves coupons!

        • Jennifer S.

          so does mine ;p

        • Dawn

that’s really funny…thanks for that! lol

        • Paige

I love that! Gotta do it for my puppy. I hate all the nutty updates that I get on my personal FB when I “like” for a coupon.

    • Mileth

I like your idea. I’m gonna do it right now!! Thanks!

  3. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

@ RK SAME THING HERE πŸ™‚ – Diff FB account just for Qs

    • Laura

And the great best part is if there is a great coupon for something you really love you have to Facebook profiles to print it off of. I got 4 of the Oscar Meyer Carving Board $2 coupons because of it!

  4. letty

I can never print these coupons it says to install java printer and I do and it only prints a thumbnail photo of the coupon item but not the actual coupon. I tried on ie and firefox…

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I had the same problem but they seem to print just fine in safari hth!

    • JaiMchl

Hit the back button…whenever I go to print smartsource coupons it says the same thing “install java” but I know its on there…one day I hit the back button (cause Idk) it said coupons printing so I HTH

  5. hi

Does anyone know if Target accepts ip coupons for this high value? My RiteAid store does not (there is a super good sale next week where this product is on sale for $17.99 and you get a $5 up – $7cpn -$3 VV cpn)
πŸ™ I am debating whether I should give it a try at target …any input?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

do u have a couple different rite aids around you i just bought some today before i saw next weeks circular.. my rite aid took 2 7 dollar internet coupons i bought two at 19.99 boget one 50% off so my total was 29.98 then used two 7 coups and 2 vv coups and got a 5 dollar up reward cost me 9.98

      • Anon

Even if your store took it, you shouldn’t use IP coupons > $5.00. It is in their policy that they do not accept them. Your store will probably get in trouble for it and since RA HAS a published policy we should all make sure we follow it and not try to ‘get away’ with things.

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I didn’t know they had a policy about internet coupons… i didn’t try to “get away” with anything…

      • hi

        no. just one RA.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

target sale next week at 14.99 use it there

      • hi

        great, thanks πŸ™‚

    • Anonymous

Clicking on the link causes the virus and messes up your computer, happened to my sister.

  7. Jamie

I didn’t want to post either. So instead I clicked the link for their website (either on Hip2save or when you go to Facebook- without clicking “like”… I can’t remember which page it was on). Anyway, there is a coupon there for $5 off, along with 2 other coupons for KY stuff – one is for Liquibeads, which I haven’t seen before (and really helps with not having to use KY stuff as much)!

    • Brenda

Thanks for this idea! My local Rite Aid won’t take Internet coupons over $5. Now I can use the $5 one plus a $3 Video Rewards coupon.

  8. Tiphanie

That is funny. All the KY coupons. I see Collin posting them all the time and I always wonder why do people need so much KY? lol

    • fran

Tiphanie, did you see Collin’s list above for all the different uses for K-Y?
You might want to stock up on it now πŸ˜€

    • laura

some people just aren’t as lucky as others and need KY! nothin’ wrong with it! motherhood has caused me to need it more, i’m sure other moms can attest to this πŸ™‚

      • hlmh

just wait till menopause – you will need a bucketload.

        • Selina

You ladies are great. I am laughing so hard in my office right now.

        • fairydust

          ROFL! Yep

        • Lisa

Kinda gives bucketlist a new meaning.

          • Jaclyn

“Kinda gives bucketlist a new meaning” LOL!!!!!

        • Barb

OMG I am dyin here LMBO

        • lisa

I am sadly just finding this out! I cut these coupons because it is time to give in, get over my embaressment and fix this issue!

          • Mary

Don’t be embarrassed…it’s just life and you are in good company : )

        • Gracie

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH! I hate this menopause thingy! It came way too early for me! And let me tell ya…. the gel stuff is much better cause it is no fun AT ALL to reach for that liquid stuff in the dark of the night and squirt it allover the place. That stuff can get real cold let me tell ya! uhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmm!

      • Ashlee

Amen! I love breastfeeding my son…but for the next year I will need LOTS of KY.

        • Tiphanie

LOL Just saw the list and wow. Is that for real? I have 2 kids and pregnant with 3rd. I’m 31 guess i will be needing it soon. lol I better start stockpiling. : ) I love this site it really funny. I think im a little niave when it comes to this stuff. No one ever taught me about it. lol

  9. rachel

stock up wioll u can just like toothpast etc. Especially if it is a moneymaker. anyone know if the riteaid deal is for the month. My store was of course sold out and it was 5.50 the cheapest. I haven’t seen any intense etc that is less then 15 so not sure where people r getting those. Anyone know how much the kiquibeads r?

    • siobhan

get a rain check! my rite aid never has any of the sale items in stock!

      • chandell

that is so funny that you got a rain check for KY!! LOL

    • coralie

the kind for 4.49 was in the feminine aisle, not the family planning. i love money-makers!

  10. Brenda

Arg…I was just looking at Rite Aid’s policy and yeah, their limit is $5. That stinks! I’d really like to be able to use the coupon, but how?? Not too many places take coupons for over $5. πŸ™

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)
    • misstracy

they will still take it or adjust the coupon down

  11. dreamofsavings

i picked up the virus too. Thank God for computer protection. It seems like for any link you click on.

  12. sarah

  14. Navi

So my husbands friend who’s in charge of IT for his company checked out my computer yesterday and warned me that all these sites that I have downloaded to print coupons are bad… They bring viruses withthem and are not safe for my computer. He also explained why my computer has slowed down so much…. Heads up to you all…. You might want to get your laptop pc checked out to prevent personal info exposed.

    • Cassie

Yeah I learned the hard way! My hubby is in the process of reinstalling windows and everything else after wiping out the entire hard drive (after backing it up). Is this really true, that all these sites I print coupons from caused this? Sooo frustrating!

      • Carol

This is not true, well, not entirely. Trusted sites like Coupons.com, SmartSource.com, Redplum.com and any “Bricks” coupons are SAFE. Same with All You coupons and coupons from sites of that sort. I do not even have a virus protection on my computer and my computer is always clean when I do a system scan every month. I wouldn’t suggest printing coupons from CoolSavings.com – I find them to be spammy and could contain Adware. Any site that has you doing offers before you actually get the coupon could be leading you to a virus. Good luck!

      • amy

actually, yes. Everytime we get a new computer, my husband cringes cause i want to use it to print more coupons. It definately blogs down your computer. He is always having to fix the issues.

    • Barb

welllllllllllllll thats cus you didnt use the KY with ANTI VIRAL!!! duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh LMBO

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

        @Barb: Good one!!!! Bahahahaha!

  15. cd

KY makes great lipgloss…sounds like some really crazy pick-up line, lol

    • Paige

      LMBO!!!!

  16. naomi lachance

I just called my local Rite Aid and they said they would in fact honor this $7 coupon! She said the problem becomes when the dollar amount goes over the price of the product, that is when they will not accept them. Maybe its up to each store how they interpret the policy.

    • Brenda

Apparently it is up to each store, as I called mine and they said they wouldn’t accept it. πŸ™ BUT, someone in another reply mentioned there’s a $5 coupon at the KY website, so I’ve printed that…and THAT I can pair with the Video Rewards coupon. Put those with some UP rewards I already have, and there’s a free Valentine’s and 26th wedding anniversary (the 16th) gift for my husband. πŸ™‚

  17. katrina

lol…as in bolts. Too funny! Thanks for posting the list, great!

  18. laura

another good use for KY is holding little ribbon bows on baby girl’s heads! that’s what they did in the hospital when my daughter was born, hehe!

    • cd

      i remember that!

    • aysha

how so? you rub it on the bow?

      • Tiphanie

I use toothpaste. It works good. Just a little bit holds a little ribbon bow in place on bald baby heads!

        • peever

Have you put toothpaste on your skin and left it there before? It totally burns. I wouldn’t use it on a baby’s head.

    • Julie S.

I could never get the bows to stay on with KY. This is going to sound horrible… but I know a lot of people that do it..I used elmers glue, it non toxic πŸ™‚ It’s the only way I could get bows to stay in both my girls hair, I tried everything. And it washes out really easy.

    • Sam

When I was 15 (and very naive) my cousin was born and my grandma told my aunt to get some KY or cairo syrup to use to keep the bow on my cousins head. So as my uncle is heading out the door to the store I yell out to him ” Don’t fporget the KY”. Not knowing then the other uses for it besides attaching bows to babies heads.

  19. Nicole

If you go through swags to print the coupons do you get the virus too?

    • Tara

I had serious issues when I tried to do the swagbuck thing. My computer was so slow and had a ton of spamware running in the background! We deleted it and cleaned the harddrive and I choose not to participate in it.

  20. Josie

Great “alternative” uses of KY Collin! I’m too embarressed to put this up on my blog..three kiddos later and you would think I would have grown up by now! πŸ˜‰

  21. Takako

Makeup remover?! Never heard of it. Anyone does that and how works? Just curious.

    • Deb

Gee, I can even remove under eye mascara with a chapstix-any greasy thing will do the trick:)

  22. chelsea

This is so weird but I have known people who used it like hair gel to put a little ribbon bow on a baby with no hair. Worked great! Because of the general nature of the product it is super gentle.

  23. Heather

I never have any left for an alternative use!

    • ANDREA

      ROFLMAO!!!!!

      • Craig

        LMAO!! great comments tonight!

  24. Janelle

thanks for the tips! i have a necklace chain in a knot, thanks to my 3 year old daughter, that i’ve been trying to figure out a way to get it fixed! break out the ky!

  25. Lisa m

    I needed a good laugh today…..thanks everyone

  26. Yvette

Does anyone know if you can use 2 $7 and 2 $5 coupons at rite aid? Also, rite aid has a video value reward for ky.

  27. Ashby5122

yes BEWARE!!! I got a virus on my computer this am from coupons.com

    • Paige

When I started couponing in the summer of ’10 I could have sworn that I got one from them too!

  28. LaToya

Bought 8 KYs….then went to my grocery store to coupon…the KYs were in the trunk…I told the carryout kid to go ahead and move those bags to get my groceries in….he moved the bags and the KYs fell out….>awkward<

    • fairydust

      LOL!

    • Ms.Dee

      LMBO………..

      • Craig

He was thinking, oh yeah, somebody is going to have a great valentines day! lol too funny.

        • Trish

ok – this is so off topic – but reminds me of the time my brother in law was helping us move and some of my lingerie fell out the bottom of the box – now that was awkward! LOL

          • mom2aakk

well, we had a dresser that we gave to my mother in law and we thought we had cleaned everything out good and she found a condom in it! I wanted to die!

    • Lora Reynolds

      Ha, that made me laugh!!

    • Kim N.

I’m dying laughing just picturing this incident…would be a funny video.

    • Jaclyn

OMG! That is too funny! I can not believe I got enough nerve to buy 2, never have. My face would have turned a thousand shades of red in front of the carryout boy! After my first baby I still had my mom go to the store to buy tampons because I was too embarassed. I would also send my husband in to purchase tampons while he told me how ridiculous I waws being. I’ve gotten better but I still get embarassed buying these kinds of things. LOL!

  29. LaToya

    duplicate post

  30. VERONICA FRANCOIS

At my RITE AID they had the KY jelly products in two different sections. Some were in the aisle with the pads and tampons and the other’s were by the Pharmacy with the Condoms. Another place to look to see if you can snag some.

    • Paige

      Good tip! Thanks

      • Craig

Yep, was able to find this 2nd 2 oz that way! Woohooo.

  31. Deb

These posts remind me of the many uses of Stayfree Pads.
I think the most clever has to be attaching them to a Swiffer, but then again, the fluffy and hygenic slippers are a hoot too!

    • Stephanie

When my husband had surgery on his leg we used stayfree pads to cover his staples. It helped absorb the blood that was oozing and it was MUCH cheaper than the gauze squares that were suggested to us to use. Made for some funny pictures though πŸ™‚

  32. Tanya

This post, although informative, is completely hilarious! I can just imagine buying it and trying to explain to the checker that its for an ice pack. lol

  33. Sherrie

my (face) cheeks hurt from laughing so hard!!

    • Sarah C.

      Maybe you need an icepack.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

the Ky style ice pack?? lol

  34. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

haha – I don’t want to stock up. I can just imagine my husband opening the bathroom cabinet and seeing a shelf full of KY!

    • Tara

He might get the wrong idea….or think he is going to have an awesome Valentine’s Day! πŸ™‚

  35. Lisa

Hmmmm…shave my legs with KY, then give a massage with KY, all that can lead to trouble and more need of KY…

sorry, TMI, but couldn’t help myself πŸ™‚

    • Chantal Riggins

LOL, love all the “other” uses. Thanks for the deals!

      • Craig

LIke the SNL skit where Christopher Atkins demanded more cowbell, MOAR KY!! lol

  36. Paige

I don’t know if I would feel right using KY on my lips as gloss. Can you imagine the looks that you would get if you pulled it out of your purse in public???

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Maybe she meant the other lips.. *blushes*

      • Tara

OMG! I serously just busted out laughing! I can’t stop giggling! My husband is looking at me like I am weird….laughing at the computer!

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

YIKES!!! this one really got me laughing!!

        • Anonymous

          Me too

      • Paige

Wow…SAHM’s are closed dirty minded little freaks! : )

        • Paige

          You made me blush!

  37. NolaGirl

    Macs rule….virus-free.

  38. aysha

does it really work for excema? i would try anything for my dd skin! but this?…hmmm

  39. Anny

This post made me LOL…”Loosening of tight nuts” hehehehehehe….Thanks for making my day!

  40. Lisa Waddle

Loosening of tight nuts (as in bolts) Too funny, thanks for the laugh!

  41. Linda

I have also had issues with the internet today. I was booted from coupons.com this morning and a lot of warnings popped up. Scary!!

  42. Ralph

Boy, lots of “DRY” people in here! A backdoor guest is always best!! LOL!

    • Lisa

      Butt out, Ralph!

      • Trish

        lol…

  43. Sharon

LOL! I guess if you’re a camper and a minimalist, a KY should be on your “must bring” list – the options are limitless.

Seriously, there are some products that should be kept in the bedside drawer and reserved for specific purposes. The list provided leads me to believe there is a woman out there somewhere, whose toddler’s zipper is stuck and runs to the bedroom to grab the lube.

  44. Julieanne28

After I wipe the tears from my eyes and can see again I will try to print the coupon….thanks for the laughs!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

no kiddig!! the one about the “other” lips really got me laughing!

    • Lisa

      Oh, nooooooo. Now what, Zack?

      • Zack

Well, I am hoping this is an old article so some of the stuff is not true anymore. It looks like some of it is true though. If, after reading the article you are still comfortable printing and using coupons from coupons.com, go ahead and do it. I still am, but I would not download anything, nor would I click on any “pop-ups” that come up while on coupons.com. As Collin said, if you have a Mac, you appear to be ok. Also, my finace’s computer is not a Mac and did not need any downloads to print.

My best advice would be to have the person most familiar with computer lingo in your life look at the article and have them advise you on what to do next. The article give some steps on how to fix some of the issues.

        • Lisa

I’m doomed. The person in my life who is most familiar with computer lingo is my
husband and he’s already skeptical of the risks…
Not sure what you mean about downloading anything (guess I should have read
the whole article). Didn’t we need to download the program just to be able to print?
          Thanks for your time, Zack.

          • Zack

Yes, I think a download was required. Most likely, the reason people are seeing performance issues is because their security let something through. The Coupons.com download puts a lot of tracking stuff on your cpu. I would download malwarebytes (make sure you get the right one from cnet.com) and run a scan. It is a free and trusted program that I have used for a while to find untrusted things that have landed on my cpu.

            • Lisa

              THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  45. Tonia L.

I am just cracking up at all of these post like a mad woman. LOL

  46. dwagnfly

Reading Collin’s post regarding the many uses for KY…. Floor Wax? I can just imagine my mother-in-law asking me how I got my floor so shiny….. oh dear. LOL

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

And how do you find this out…. Spill a bottle of it and your floors shine? Or did someone ask themselves one day “I am out of my floor cleaner, hmm, maybe the K-Y will shine the floor”

      • Julieanne28

or maybe someone found out accidently that it shines the floor….can u imagine stopping mid um stride and saying, “omg honey look how shiny that KY made the floor”! bahaha

  47. Julie S
