$1/2 Soft Soap hand soaps in 1/30 SS
On sale at CVS for .88 cents each.
Buy two and after coupon just .34 each

    • curious

The coupon in my 1/30 SS has expired,

      • Donna Mc.

Grr! I just noticed that myself when I went to use it today, that it expired 2/19. That’s odd, because the body wash coupon just above it worked yesterday at CVS. Why do they put out coupons like that together in the same insert with two different dates? So annoying! I really wanted this deal!

  2. Alyssa

My store let me use both the $3 off coupon for the oral B toothbrushes and the BOGO that expires today! The lady wasn’t very optimistic, but she scanned the $3 off first then the BOGO and there were no beeps! There is a 2 brush limit for the ECB deal, so $3 MM!

As always, be on the lookout for clearance. My store had men’s Nivea bodywash regularly 6.29 marked down to 1.58. I used a $2 Q and got it free! Awesome!

  3. Connie

Hi Collin! Just an FYI – you can’t use 3 .55 cent off coupons on the Zone Perfect bars – they are clearly labeled one per transaction.

But, if your people still have the $2 off of 3 singles or 1 multipack coupon that was printable from the Zone Perfect website (exp. 4/30/11), I got a great deal last night:

    3 bars x $1.59
    -1.59 (CVS B2G1F)
    -2
    =
$1.18 for three bars, or 39 cents a bar!

  4. Brandy

I’ve got a question. If I do the $10 ECB w/ $30 purchase and I have a $5 off $25 purchase and what I have planned to buy totals $30.50 before any q’s, if I use the $5 q, will I still get the ECB? I guess my question is are the ECB determined by your grand total or subtotal?

    • mel

ECBs print based on you meeting the requirement before tax & coupons.

  5. rae rae

today i got 4charmin 1softsoap 4 mt dew 2 crest prohealth 4 dawn 1gillette proglide razor 2 thermacare heatwraps 4 puff kleenex 2 oral b toothbrushes 1 cascade 1 pantene for 37 dollars im new to coupons but i think thats not bad?

  6. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I picked up 4 of the oral B powered toothbrushes for free. I used 2 BOGO coupons that were in a previous insert and then the 2 $3.00 off coupons from the 2/27 P&G insert.

    • RH

      I did the same! 🙂 🙂 Exciting!

  7. Donna Mc.

CVS in DC, M street has CVS brand 2.4 oz ProVitamin 2-1 Silky Smooth Shampoo/Conditioner on clearance for $1.49, and if yoru store has that clearance too and you get a red machine coupon for $1 off any CVS hair product, this comes out to just .49 cents.

  8. nancycrom

Wanted to let everyone know- some of the Zone bars are on clearance for .37 each. The other flavor was 1.49 on sale b2g1. There’s 2 .55 q’s from inserts. Go to their website and there’s 3 other q’s: 1.50/3, 2.00/3, and a b1g1. There were only 5 clearance bars left in my store, so I also got 4 of the others. 9 Zone bars for .23 all together with the q’s! If you have enough clearance bars, you can get even more for free because CVS gives overages on their q’s.

  9. hajra

I am planning to shop at CVS this week for the 1st time,so needed some help. How soon does the ECBs expire, and can I use the ECB from 1st transaction to pay for the 2nd transaction.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    • rae rae

about a month in my store yeah i did two transactions today.the first was to get my ecb and the second i paid w my ecb

  10. Amber

Didnt get to read through all the comments, but I noticed the other day while checking out at RiteAid that the Ensure coupons say “Limit 1 per transaction”….

    • mel

Yes, Ensure, Glucerna, Zone Perfect coupons all say Limit 1 per Transaction.

    Will this work?

The 2/27 P&G has a q for buy an oil refill, get the warmer unit free. There was a tear-off pad next to the oil warmers for a $3.50 MIR on the warmer. I’m not sure if you can get your money back on something you didn’t actually pay for or not….

  13. TROMPETAZ

Wish I could remember which insert this was in, but one of the Feb inserts had a $2.00/2 Hersey Drops bags, which for me last week the magic coupon machine kept spitting out $2.00 CVS coupons for Hershey’s Drops, so
Buy 2 Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups on sale 2/$5.00
    Use 2 $2.00 CVS coupons
    Use 1 $2.00/2 MFC= $6.00, So they are FREE plus a $1.00 Money Maker!

  15. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Just got home from CVS and wanted to share this:
I was looking at the Crest that was free after ECB to make sure that I was selecting the right ones and that my coupons matched (75c off and $1 off). While I was doing that, the lady who was working there was putting up clearance signs on the Aquafresh Extreme Clean: Freshening. It was selling for 75% off– $1.04 a tube! So, I thought to myself, “Hey! I know that I have two $1 off coupons in my handy-dandy binder!!” (So glad I put off getting the trial size!) So, I grabbed two of those (in addition to the Crest). I may go back and use my 50c off each coupons if I get the chance, but I’m really stocked up on toothpaste at the moment…

Then I turned around and they had Colgate Wisps on clearance! The 4 pack was 64c and the 8 pack was $1.12. And I had two 75c off coupons for those. I got one of each size because I wasn’t sure if I would get overage or if I’d have a problem with the coupons. So, I got 12 picks for 26c.

So it was a good day for me at CVS! I felt like I was in a Follow Me Monday video! I’m still pretty new to this and was skeptical that anyone could just run across those awesome deals… But I did!!

  16. Christie

The Hershey’s drops/Reese’s Pieces stand-up bags are on sale 2/$5. If you got the coupons from the magic coupon machine last week., they were for $2/1. You can stack these with a mfg coupon (I believe it was a Smart Source) $2/2. You end up with 2 bags for free plus $1 overage. Be sure to get something to cover the overage – my cashier made me throw in something else for $1. OOPS – I just saw that someone else posted this!

  17. Faye

    oops..got the answer above. ^^’

BTW, I found Johnson&Johnson lotion / Aveeno Baby on clearance.

  18. Emmakayte

    Hi,
Does anyone know if the P&G buy $30 get 10ECB’s is working on presale prices? Does CVS work off presale prices for their sales. I know some of the grocery stores in my area do and that is when I make out really big!

Thanks in advance for any help you can give!

    Emmakayte 🙂

    • Dawn

They work off of the price listed, but before any coupons you use.

  19. Dawnbi

Okay, so last night I thought I would try “rolling” my ECBs for the first time to do three transactions at CVS. I had read all the information I could find and watched some videos, so I thought I had a good understanding of how they work. I spent a good deal of time figuring out how to maximize the ECBs to get the products I wanted with as little OOP as possible, and was happy with my plan so off I went. My first transaction was:

    2 Tide
    2 Bounty
    2 Dawn dish soap
    1 Covergirl mascara

I used $1 MC on each of the items with the exception of the mascara, which was a substitute for the Charmin I had planned to get (and had a good coupon for), but which they were out of. I had the $4 off $20 CVS coupon for registering on the website. My total was $24.88 after coupons, but over $30 before coupons, so I qualified for the P&G $10 ECBs. Yay!

For my second transaction I had planned to buy two Crest toothpastes using a $1 MC for each one and get back the $3.29 ECB, I had thought that I would use the $10 in ECB from the first transaction to pay for the purchase, have $3.42 left in ECB, then add that to the $3.29 ECBs from the second transaction to pay for the the third transaction I had planned to do. BUT NO! I did not realize that I would not be getting “change” back for my ECB. So, I had to change my plan on the fly, which really stunk! 🙁 So here is what I did:

4 Dove Men body wash, using a $1 MC for each one.

My total was $15.96 before tax. I used the $10 ECB from the first transaction and had to pay $7.66 OOP, but got back $5 ECBs.

    My third transaction was:

    2 Crest toothpastes
    2 Emerald Nuts

I used $1 MC coupon for each item, which made the nuts FREE. I paid .73 and walked out with $6.58 ECBs, which seems like a really odd total to me. All-in-all, I spent $33.27 OOP. I guess I got some good deals, but I am eager to get this all worked out so that I can lower my OOP. It seems like I should have been able to get it lower, but I can’t figure out how. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

    • Ellianakate

always start out with a transaction that should yeild you Free after ECB’s or moneymakers, so your out of pocket expense are always only money to pay for the product but your get it back in ECB, then plan another transaction that will give you ECB’s back for buying the products, use ECB’s from Transaction #1 and you get back your money from ECB’s in Transaction #2. Then use your ECB’s in transaction 2 to pay for items that does not print you ECb’s and you walk out of the store paying only OOP for your Transaction #1 purchase. Good Luck.
I.e Transaction #1. I would have stared with Crest toothpaste and nuts, pay my OOP get ECB back
Transaction #2 buy the P&G products, use $4/20 and ECB’s and pay the difference OOP
Transaction #3 buy the dove and Use my leftover ECB’s and come home with $5 ECB
      IHTH

  20. Belinda

There was a coupon pad next to the Coke display for $1.50 off diet or caffeine free
12packs good on any 1 so next time on sale this will be great look for it to tear off

  21. cassiesoren

Good week at CVS! I ended up with over $27 in ECB’s which I am now going to use to buy 2 HP ink cartridges. They are buy 2, get $10 Ecb’s. At $21 each, they’re more expensive than the $15 I usually pay at Walmart or Target, but after using my ecb’s it’s a much better deal!
    2-HP ink $20.99=41.98
    -$27.58 ECB’s
    =14.40 OOP (+10 ECB’s)

This definitely makes up for all the Wags stores being out of the Motrin deal! 🙁

  22. Chelsea

I just went to CVS, bought the Crest Pro Health multi-protection mouth wash and the 4.2 oz Crest pro health toothpaste but I only got 1 $3.29 ECB back? It says limit 2. Did I pick the wrong thing or did they just scam me?

  23. kidsallgone

You should have gotten 2 ECBs for $3.29 each (provided you bought the correct items…which it looks to me like you did). Not sure why you didn’t. Take your items and your receipt back there, along with the ad and ask them. Or rather call them and ask to speak to the manager and ask him/her before you go. If you bought a wrong item, just go back for a refund and ask the manager since you made a mistake by buying the wrong item, would he let you buy the correct one and have him/her print out the ECB for you then. If both items were correct and it was their mistake, the manager should offer to print out the ECB for you. Hope that made sense. Good luck 🙂
PS..not sure why you didn’t do 2 transactions so you could pay for the 2nd toothepaste with the ECBs from buying the 1st one. Just curious. Not meaning to be critical 🙂
