These mini photo books are small, but I think they would be really cute as a thank you gifts to your bridesmaids. I just want to vouch for this company… We used them to make our wedding photo album 2 years ago (and spent a couple hundred dollars on it!), and the book turned out absolutely beautiful! I found it to be much higher quality than Shutterfly and those other sites (although I do use and like other photo sites). We were very impressed with how it turned out.
When I try to download the “My Publisher” software Norton says “it has determined the software to be unsafe”. Anyone else getting this response from their antivirus? I want to do the books but definately don’t want to install unsafe software. HELP!
Yes, it said I was the first Norton user to download this program and they are unable to see if it’s safe…? So I removed it from my computer and was waiting to hear if other people tried it… I hope so I really wnated to make these books..
When I put my email address in it gave me a code that says it expires on XX, 2010. Has anyone else got this? I don’t wanna sit here for an hour creating these books then it tells me that my code is expired….
Ok never mind, just got the email that now says it expires in April of 2011!!!
I got the same thing, but I noticed in the email they sent me, which also includes your code, it has an expiration date of April 7, 2011. So check you email for that, and you should be fine!
Does anyone know if you can make multiple photo books? Or do you have to order multiples of the same one??
I just ordered 8 of the mini-books and only has to pay the less than $2 shipping!! But sadly yes you do have to order all of the same books and you can not combine coupon codes. It gets very confusing when working the website because you can only order one item at a time but call the 800 number if you get stuck and they are very helpful. I hope these turn out as lovely as I’m expecting.

Anyone having problems with My Publisher after they downloaded it?..
I’d also like to vouch for MyPublisher – their books are SOOO nice. I also made my wedding album through them, and I LOVE it. I’ve recently been making albums of old family vacations for my mom for gifts – she gets TONS of compliments on them. I’ve also tried other photobook sites, and I have to say that MyPublisher is much higher quality than some of the others. The pages feel like cardstock, they’re so thick! They’ve also got great customer service (from my experience). AND, they have some great sales every now and then. The ONLY things I don’t like about MyPublisher are that you can’t order two different books in the same order (you can only order multiples of the same book), and you can’t manually adjust the layouts (I bet they’ll have this option soon, though – they’re constantly adding new features).
My sister says My Publisher is the easiest/fastest to download pictures to. That’s an additional plus in my book. And the quality really is nice.
I just ordered 8 books and total cost is $1.69. I used my son’s 3 month old pictures to make these. They make the perfect little “brag books” for the grandparents and great-grandparents to show off! 🙂

It’s working for me! I’m so excited about this one- my sister gave me a photo book from My Publisher for Christmas and it was very nice, so I’m hoping the mini photo books will be too.

I’ve used Mypublisher every year at Christmas for the past 5-6 years to make a book with pictures from that year. They are fabulous quality and the only site that I use. You won’t be disappointed!
Need clarification: According to H2S the coupon code can be used for $20 off any order but the email implies only for a photobook. Does anyone know for sure if there are any restrictions on what can be ordered with the coupon???

Just FYI I actually used the “chat feature” and spoke to an agent who confirmed yes in order to use the $20.00 credit on the mini books you would have to order duplicates of the same book…I guess I’ll be skipping this deal I dont have children and there is no major event coming up in my life so I cant really think of a good idea for making 8 books that are all the same? If anyone has any ideas for someone like me, I am def. open to suggestions! I mean I dont really want to waste the $20.00 credit!

Oh I have lots of ideas…make mini albums of a family vacation, and give one to each family member, favorite memories of 2010 with your friends, or pics of a big family get together. I like to use deals like this to do nice things for friends/family. Hope this helps you.

I downloaded this yesterday – in spite of the Norton warnings some people were getting. Oh, so mad at myself for ignoring those warnings! A virus has taken over my laptop today. I can’t say for sure it was MyPublisher, but its the only thing i’ve downloaded recently. My laptop is completely paralyzed by a program caliming I have spyware – the program is called “System Tool” or something like that – and it wants me to pay $59 to get the spyware off my computer. It won’t let me do a thing other than pay $$ – which I won’t do cause I know its a scam. BE CAREFUL!!! And I hope its not MyPublisher, I hope everyone elses PCs are ok. And it’s just a coincedence.
I downloaded it with no problem and I actually use Norton too…so…not sure what the issue that some people are having is. Try using Spybot or Malware bites to remove whatever is attacking your pc. They are both free to use.
I downloaded it and now the software won’t open. And I also can’t shut my computer down. I also can’t remove the program that downloaded.
This program does have glitches in it so please be careful. So far it’s working ok now.
