   Lily: I have had problems with getting my cash back from shop at home as well…. I no longer use them 🙁 I haven’t had ANY problems w/ Ebates though…..

   I find this site really interesting but I have a couple questions . . . like, I’m reading through the website and I’m not sure how it actually works? Like, why do they give you cashback? How can you shop somewhere else and this site know about it? I’m very, very confused. Can anyone explain?

  Great questions! When you sign up for ShopAtHome.com and shop you favorite stores from our site, we let the merchant know that you came from ShopAtHome.com. The merchant gives us a commission for the sale so we deposit the indicated cash back values into your ShopAtHome.com account. When your account reaches $20 we mail you a check.

    Shop At Home is my favorite. I would say 90% of the time it gives the most cash back and has lots of options! Thanks for the giveaway!!

    I have had nothing but problems with shop at home. I can almost count on half the time them giving me the wrong cash back amount, or it never showing up. I have had to email them (only form of contact) when there are issues this time for the 15th time. This is not easy, an your purchases become allot of work researching everything when wrong amounts and cash back get posted. I am DONE using shop at home and have never had ay issues with ebates

  Yes, shopathome have more cash back than other websites, but you have problems getting cash back every time after you use them, you have to send email or call them again and again to try and fix their problems. it’s very very tough.
  I’m never using shopathome again, my husband will not use them either after he get last cash back.
  Ebates is very good one.

  I completely agree with you. There is always problems with ShopAtHome when their customers want their money. I joined Ebates 2 days ago and they are much faster and more professional. Yes, the cash back amount is higher on shopathome(dot)com, but good luck to get your money. They do everything to prevent their customers from getting their money (cash back). You have to fight, you have to email, you have to call… many times… to get your money, the money you deserve. ShopAtHome is pretty much a scam. They do what they can to “encourage” their customers to give up without getting their money.

  I have just received my check from Shopathome.com. So I have to be honest with you and Shopathome and let you know about it. However I am still not sure whether or not I should keep using Shopathome to get cash back. Too many problems with them.
