I was just about to order from them yesterday in order to get swagbucks for doing so but when I ordered the cheapest arangement I could find, the total came out to be $60!! I thought that was nuts considering I was planning on buying a gift to go with it. So I ordered from a local florist that was almost as expensive. Wish I had seen this before. Take advantage of this offer people, it is the cheapest you will find believe me, I wish I would have waited!!

I have only had one experience with Pro Flowers, and it has been negative. My husband ordered roses for me for Valentines Day one year. They were supposed to have arrived on the day. They came a day late, and the heads of the roses were already drooping. By the next day, they were totally drooping. My husband contacted Pro Flowers, but they did nothing at all to remedy the situation other than to say they were “sorry” and offer to give us a whopping discount of 10% off of our next order. The roses he got me on Valentines Day from the the local grocery store looked better and lasted longer.
I had that happen before with them dying right away and I called and they sent new ones. When those died right away they just refunded my husband. I was pleased with there customer service. I guess your person was having a rough day.
I am glad you got better customer service from Pro Flowers than we received. We will never waste our money with them again.

I have ordered from them before and was happy with my order. Nothing above & beyond IMO but I felt like it was a good deal. I suggest having flowers delivered about 2 days before you want them so they have time to open up.
My boyfriend ordered flowers for my birthday they were wilty already…but then he ordered flowers for easter and they were beautiful!!
We’ve had hit and miss. Ordered from them maybe 5 times and had trouble 2 of the times. However, the customer service was superb and they refunded all our money for both the times we were unhappy. Just sent flowers to my mom last week for her birthday and in the picture she texted me they look gorgeous.

Don’t fall for this from Pro Flowers. Last night I ordered a bouquet that cost 19.99. Well after all the misc charges that they claim you can get back it was 43.50. I clicked onn the link for free shipping and it was a site to sign up for that would cost me 12.95 a month unles I cancelled throught the 1-800 number listed. To me this was just a hughe gottcha to get people in to buy from them.

I just purchased 2 beautiful items using 2 vouchers (2 transactions) for my mom and mother-in-law. Both were originally $29.99, on sale for $19.99. With $9.99 shipping, my order total came to a little over $30 with tax. Once I applied the voucher code, it eliminated the extra and said my total was $30 and with the voucher I owed nothing extra! So two beautiful orders shipped for the $15 voucher code only! No extra cost!
I ordered the Mamapedia through ebates and with the promo above so that came to $12.96. I went through Swagbucks to ProFlowers, ordered the dozen Lily’s for 19.99, plus 9.99 shipping and some random fuel charge. After my $30 voucher from Mamapedia I paid 2.91 on Proflowers. Subtract the $9.99 rebate, I think it will come to 5.88 total. Plus I did receive the swagbucks which is 1.5
$5 gift cards to Amazon. Even if the 9.99 rebate never shows, I am very happy with the deal.

i just did this deal and got the $19.99 roses with NO VASE. the vase adds on extra fuel charges and what not. My total came to $32 and change. The voucher took off $30, so only $2-ish total. (only paid $12 to mamapedia because I had some credit). I also did both mamapedia and proflowers through ebates for a little bit more back. Just be sure to read the rebate terms carefully. I”ve had nothing but postitive results from ordering through ProFlowers. I also earn swagbucks by going to the tab at the top Go Win..then Earn…then Special Offers. I think it’s under Radium One…and also FTD has a link to ordering through them as well. Whenever I order through them they offer me up to 50% off on my next orders.. they have much to offer, but you do have to be careful and don’t push submit w/o first reviewing your order and all the hidden costs.

I didn’t think you were supposed to check the box if you wanted the rebate because it says to check the box if you don’t want the magazine OR if you want a rebate instead, to mail them your info. It *is* confusing.

You have to enter the voucher on the review order page NOT the payment page. You will need to enter a form of payment first, then move to the review page.

Okay I figured it out! You have to enter your credit card info,and on the next page you can enter the code before actually paying. I thought my order didn’t qualify or something and I was trying different arrangements and all…
You can’t enter it in the coupon code section. You have to enter your credit card (or whatever option) and then on the next page you enter it.

In the woman’s day rebate, you WERE required to print and mail 3 things: The rebate slip that is a clickable link under the woman’s day offer on your order review page. I am actually on the phone with Proflowers and am not happy! For Valentine’s Day my husband had flowers sent to me day 1 and then candies day 2. The flowers were brown and wilting when UPS dropped them off at 8pm! So I called because my husband was so upset. They did offer a refund of store credit. Well I just tried to use it to split the $90 amoung two purchases, since it never said you can’t do that. Well now they placed one of the orders and I have lost $45 in store credit. The man on the phone is saying sorry but there is nothing can do. I just lost the money. He said that someone can call me in 48 hours to discuss but that won’t help for the other mother’s day gift. Also my mom received flowers for her birthday and they were just as bad as the flowers I received. I honestly would not use Proflowers again if I didn’t have this store credit!

I did the same thing. If you created an account, you can login and click VEIW/PRINT order. The page looks exactly the same as the order confirmation page EXCEPT at the bottom is the magazine rebate information. I’m hoping that will work.
