    Just placed my order and I got this: “We are currently experiencing problems with the Let’s Do Lunch promotion.” My order went through with the item I ordered, plus the deluxe sample and the rewards sample, but not the Let’s Do lunch sample 🙁 Hoping they will fix it!

      Call them! I just got the same message with my order so I called (888-763-1361). I mentioned the message and the rep confirmed they were having some issues with the promotion and asked for my order number. I gave it to her and she said she was adding the item to my order immediately.

      She also said if I ever have this problem in the future, give them a call immediately and they’ll fix it right away. Great customer service experience!

    I just placed an order also and received the same message, but at the bottom of the screen it said all orders placed between 9 and 2 would receive the lets do lunch sample in their shipment…so here’s to hoping:)!!

    I just placed my order and also received the message that they are experiencing problems with the Let’s do Lunch. I’m not one to leave anything to chance so I called customer service at 888-763-1361 and the customer service rep. apologized and modified my order to include the free gift so I would highly suggest that anyone placing an order call and do this in order to get your gift!

    FYI – for those who got the message about a problem with the promo – the free item SHOULD appear on your order summary. It did not appear in the email sent to me prior to my call, but after I called them, I checked my order history online. The item has definitely been added to my order. If you’re questioning whether it worked for your order, I’d suggest logging in to look at your order. If it’s not there, call them – they were very nice to work with and added it immediately.

    I had the same issue with the Let’s Do Lunch promotional item, but one quick 3 minute phone call fixed the problem.
    And, just a question… did anyone else get 2 $10 promotional codes when they signed up for the Pretty Points? I just signed up after reading Collin’s post (usually order from Sephora), and I had those 2 codes in there. So the Softbox Lipgloss Collection ($29.00) along with the 2 deluxe samples and the “Let’s Do Lunch” promotional item only cost me $9.00 shipped!
