THANKS, I NEED SOME PAPER TOWELS 🙂

  2. Becky Hermann

I used my coupon today and got lined paper for my coupon mini-binder for 79 cents! Woo hoo!

  3. lifeasacouponjunky

thanks so much ! going to hit this deal up tomorrow !!

  4. Maria

Woo-hoo! I was hoping to score some cheap paper towels with this coupon!

  5. Nicole

hmmm so would i be able to use my $1 off one bounty 6ct or larger from the p&g mailer with the $3 coupon?

    • Deanna

It sys minimum purchase requirement of $3 must be met w/ purchases to which no other coupon or instant savings offer applies. Now i’m wondering because that will still be met after the $1 Q. Guess i’ll try it and see the worst they can say is no! 😉

  6. Deanna

Will be grabbing a couple of these tomorrow. Hubby and i used a couple of these Q’s today and got some good deals on back to school stuff for our daughter. Loving this Q!

    • Pattie O

Were you able to use more than one coupon in one checkout? Or did you have to do separate transactions? Or different stores? I’ve never used coupons at Staples before and would LOVE to take advantage of this deal!

      • amber

The coupons states that you can only use one coupon per customer per day.

        • Anonymous

You are correct Amber, but you see, she was with her hubby, so thats 2 customers. :p

          • jennifer

My store told me that me and my hubby were in fact the same customer and wouldn’t let us use more than one coupon. They said that although the coupon states one per customer, they really mean household or family…

          • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes they let us(hubby and i) each do 1 transaction. My dad and i went today and they let us each do 1 transaction. The sign says 1 coupon per customer per day and we are each a customer! 😉 Used the $1/1 P&G Q’s to score them for $.99! Woo Hoo

        • MsMoneyStretcher

there actually 2 versions of this qpon..each w/ a diff code:
          1 has a limit
          1 doesn’t

        • Amanda

Is it one coupon per customer per day, or one coupon per customer per day per STORE? Because I work in Boston, and I can get off the subway at 3 different stops and go to 3 different stores. I’m actually thinking about doing that this afternoon. They really wouldn’t know if I’ve been to other stores, except if I get the Bounty at the biggest store, which is the one closest to me, and then walk into another Staples carrying it.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I have looked at both coupons and I can not find on either one of them where it says any kind of limit like you mentioned….

      • rita

The limit is posted in the store, they have a sign up, and the employees will tell u

  7. Kathy Patrick

Thank you so much, I will pick up some bounty tomorrow. I have used my $3 Staples coupon for Poland Spring Water at Staples $3.99 using the coupon just 99 cents making each bottle less then 5 cents.

    • Carlita

Thats awesome !!! I saw that also need to score some water :-)))

  8. Nicole85

I haven’t used this yet, but I know I got my coupon binder supplies cheapest at Staples. (baseball card inserts and dividers) so this may help get them even cheaper.

  9. Christy Lighthouse

Our Staples had Deer Park 24 pk water for $3.99 which is awesome since we’re going on a 12 hr road trip next week.

  10. Kelli

Can the Q be used more than once? I used it today with my rewards, got a wireless mouse for $7.47

    • katie Martin

It says Limit 1 coupon per customer per day. So I would say yes.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I do not see that anywhere on the coupon…I used 3 today in 3 separate transactions…no problem.

        • rebeccafer

I think they changed it because I used two yesterday and I swear I not only read it to make sure I could use two but I asked the cashier to read it to make sure I wasn’t missing it. Today I went to print it out again and noticed that it now says a limit per day, per customer. I can’t blame them though!

I bought a printer yesterday because while talking to my husband, I asked if he needed anything from Staples to which he said he was on his way there to look at a printer. My husband needed one for our business and he was going to a totally different Staples so I told him to wait, I have a coupon. While checking out the deals at the one I was at, I noticed a $300 printer that was on sale for $50.99 because it was the last one and the display model. I got it with the $3 coupon to make it even better, lol. I also got a really cute turtle magnifier for $2.50 and added a whomping huge lollipop for $.50 for my 6 year old. I love the magnified glass for my desk to read that teeny tiny print on my coupons! 😀 Today I got some two packs of Post-it pens on clearance for $1.50 each and my daughter got a cute notepad and a key chain flashlight. I paid $1 extra for that because it was something I really wanted to use after she’s done with it … which will be in a day or two, lol. I did notice they had Charmin Basic tp too as well as Cottonelle. I can’t remember the price but if you’re in need of tp, it would be a great price with the $3 off! 😀

    • Kathy Patrick

My coupon said it must be surrendered when using. But you can print more then one. I have two local Staples and one of them posted a sign “Do to the overwhelming response to the $3.00 coupon they can only accept one coupon per person per day” My husband and I each purchased a case of water.

  11. janae

I found some EXPO dry erase boards (about 8×11) in the learning section. One side of the board has a few of the solid and dotted-lines for kids to use when learning to write the Alphabet and the other side is blank so they can write or draw pictures. It comes with one marker and it was on sale for $3!!! This will be awesome for my son while we’re working on his alphabet and writing his name!!! We also spotted sticker packs that were $2.29 and $3.19 that will be great for learning charts so my husband grabbed one!

  12. Melissa R.

I took the kids and let them use their own coupons to purchase items from the $1-$3 bins for their Dad for Father’s Day. The totals were exactly $3 and they didn’t even have to pay tax. I told the kids…this was even cheaper than Dollar Tree! I love giving my kids coupons to use on things they want to buy – hooking them early on coupons!

    • Tiffany

I had a vision of little kids at the register with their coupons in hand and it made me smile. Starting them out young 🙂

      • Kristy

Hehe, I’m picturing little kids that need to stand on tip toes to even reach over the counter.
        xD
This image is absolutely adorable, so thank you for that.

    • Thriftymomof3

I like how you think! I’m teaching my children the value of coupons as well!!

    • MsMoneyStretcher

OMG!!!! awesome idea.. will have god-son this weekend, and he always gets a $1 toy when we go to target … he will go bananas 4 this 😀

    • Debbie

I will definately be printing an extra coupon for my son to use. Great idea. Actually I will print 3 for him, to ensure that 1 will make it to the register!!!

  13. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I bought 3 padded mailers for .99 cents each.
The next day I bought 2 trail mix snack bags by the registers for 4.00 – 3.00 coupon= $1.00

  14. Carissa

I got Arrowhead bottled water for $.69 plus CRV tax! But $1.89 is a great price!

  15. Maria S.

So far, over the past two days, I have purchased 2-24 packs of Ozarka bottled water for just 99 cents each pack. I’m stocking up for hurricane season, “knock on wood”, here in Houston, and will also use when away from the house during the summer. I’m going back to price check the paper towels because the location close to me has them priced at $6.99, and will also be buying my child $1.00 craft items, and some value priced erasable letter practicing boards. Thank you for posting the coupon yesterday.
(Just fyi to anyone, you might find this coupon isn’t as fun as I thought it was going to be to use, both times the coupon was called in to check if it was valid. I was able to use it both times, but I was just waiting for a “no” because of how the coupon was printed, etc.)

    • aesha

good to see some one else from houston on this site– 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I’m also a fellow Houstonian =)….great deal on the water..I will have to go check it out tomorrow!

  16. Deb

Ha! I got the same deal today! Was quite happy to walk out w/my Bounty!

  17. Ashley

There is some Scotch Packaging Tape on sale for $3 (down from $6). I got it for free, no tax! They also have blue painter’s tape for those who are doing any summer projects.

  18. Kari H.

You do know there is another $3 coupon on their website as well, so $6!

    • Pattie O

Where do you find coupons on their website?

      • Kari H.

Click on the weekly ad and to the left it says “A special offer for you and all of your friends…”. It is ANOTHER $3 coupon.

        • Pattie O

Thanks! I looked at the flyer 3 times recently and never noticed that lol

          • Kari H.

Yeah, me and my husband were talking about what we could get with the coupon and I saw that and clicked on it and got all excited to see another one!

    • Jodi

anyone know if you can combine the two? I printed both and they have different coupon codes….

      • Amalia

I can’t get it to print to a normal size. One printed way too small, second printed full page with only part of the coupon on it. Any Ideas???

  19. Kelly

Paper is on sale after easy rebate for $2.99, so more free coupon paper!

  20. suestuff

My 16 year old daughter and I went today each with a coupon. We each got 5 Bic Permanent Markers. They were 5 for $4.99. You could pick out your colors. I got a brown one that covers marks on our kitchen cabinets way better than specially designed pens for this. We paid $2.15 each after the coupon. Thanks for posting this!!!

  21. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Made a few trips to different stores and came home with 2 24-packs of poland spring water for .99c each plus crayons, colored pencils, broad markers, glue sticks, pen refills, memo board, post its, etc. all for another $1.50. Grand total was $3.48. PS – used a $2 staples reward to get the markers that were more expensive since I didn’t know what else to use the reward on.

  22. willow67

Would be great if the closest Staples wasn’t over 50 miles away 🙁

    • jmartcougar

      I agree lol

      • Mary

If you have Office Max close by, they take competitor’s coupons! That’s what I did today!

  23. Olivia Douglass

My husband & I were just talking about how we needed paper towels! YAY, I will be getting some of these tomorrow. Thanks!

  24. Lindsey

I grabbed some packing tape on the way home from a dance class. It’s Scotch brand that’s on sale for $3 with a dispenser and everything! We are completely out of packing tape and will be moving soon; love it when these deals show up when you need them most. 🙂 Hooray for coupons!

  25. Jenn

My staples has a $1 section (like Target). My husband is deploying so I was able to get a pack of 2 hand sanitizers and two 8 pack tissue packs for free! They have a ton of other items too- like soaps, cleaning products, and a bunch of useful misc stuff. Check for this area. It was right in the front of my store.

  26. KeepUp

I turned mine into a money maker! I got the HP Everyday 4×6 photo paper 100pk for 9.99 – 3 coupon. Paid 6.99+tax and submitted $8.99 easy rebate online! $2 money maker 🙂

    • Nicole

they’ll deduct the amount of your coupon from the rebate, fyi

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

They do…I was going to do this today, I never had them deduct coupons.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

No…they deduct it if you are getting Staples rewards not for a rebate!!!

  27. Priscilla

I’ve used the coupon twice, I got a 24pk of bottle water for .69 after the coupon! I also got a stapler for $2 (9.99- $5 easy rebate – $3 coupon)!

  28. Jayna

I was able to get 3 hand sanitizers and a pack of the jumbo clips for free!!

  29. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I let my 2 girls pick out items from the $1 & $2 bins – didn’t have to pay tax even! To think that before starting to coupon I’d always taught them nothing is free 🙂

  30. Araceli Andrade

You come up with the best!!!! Thanks!!!

  31. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

FYI there was a $1 off Bounty 6 pack in this past Sunday’s paper making it only 99 cents!!!

    • Roger

I wonder if anyone has tried this without problems. The $3 coupon states “with purchases to which no other coupon or instant savings offer applies”.

      • Mysterious

I was wondering that too. the paper towels at my staples are $6.99 – $2.00 instant savings making them $4.99 I didn’t think I could use the coupon with it because the coupon says not valid with any other instant savings….

Collin??? Is this true? it sounds like other people are able to get the paper towels.

  32. Crystal

I got copy paper. Maybe not the best deal, but I needed it. Also, my 20 month old son made a transaction. I’m a new couponer, so I planned to go back daily thru the sale to get supplies to start my coupon binder. Now, I’ll be getting some paper towels too! Thanks!

  33. Jenny

FYI there was a $1 off coupon in the p&g saver from this past Sunday’s paper making the pack only 99 cents!!!

    • Guest

stink, our coupon was only for .25… but every penny counts I guess.

  34. Annie

Can we use this coupon at Office Depot?

  35. Ivey

I got a pack of makeup remover towelettes, hand cleaning wipes and 2 pack hand sanitizer for FREE…my nice cashier let me use 3 separate coupons in 3 separate transactions but when I went back after work the lady only let me use one she said due to the overwhelming response….oh well….what was the answer on being able to use a MFG coupon and the $3 coupon together?

  36. HEATHER

Thanks! I got a cube of paper clips for $2 and a lint roller for $1. There was no tax either, so I paid zero. I will be going back the next few days for more. It does say on the coupon one per day.

  37. Mollie Rosenblum Hughes

I got school supplies for my kids. They allowed me to use 3 coupons in 3 transactions.

  38. Becky

I found a $1, $2, and $3 bin at my local staples and in the $3 bin i found a 16 pack of recordable cd’s (which i LOVE because thats what i store all my pictures on). I printed off 6 of these coupons just in case they would let me use 1 per transaction and they did ! So I bought 5 packs of CD’s and 1 HUGE package of paper clips ! =)

  39. Kristy

I went with my mom, so I got some sharpie pens – Okay, yeah they’re expensive, but I absolutely love them both for taking notes in class, and sketching/drawing.

And my mom got this fridge deoderizer (I have no idea how well it works, but my fridge smells funky – joys of apartment life, haha – so we need something and arm & hammer isn’t doing it.) which was $2 and a lint roller for $1. And like others have said – No tax!

Definitely going to go back tomorrow too, probably to both Staples around here. Yay! =]

    • Kristy

      * deodorizer

  40. Laura C

I went in with my 2 boys and their school supply list for next year and let them pick a little bit fancier version of one item than they would normally be allowed to get. We each did our own transaction. The cashier (who can sometimes get grouchy about my coupons) was surprisingly willing to do the transactions for us and treated my boys just like any other customer which was really nice. My 8 year old picked some nice quality mechanical pencils, my 6 year old picked an orange Avery binder, and I got some magnetic clips (great for holding school papers) and the total oop for the 3 transactions was $3.18+tax.

  41. brittany

this is what I am doing. I have $20 in rewards and want to convert into cash.
    hp 4×6 photo paper 9.99-8.99 easy rebate x 2=19.98
staples copy ream 8.5 x11 copy paper 5.99
    scotch tape .99x 2 =1.98
    total = 27.95 – 3 staples coupon -2 scotch tape coupon=22.95 -20 rewards=2.95
then submit 8.99 x2 for photo paper and 3 for staples ream and .30 in rewards.
22.95 – 21.28 = 1.67 for everything and the remaining of my rewards spent turned into cash!!

    • Elaine

Be careful. I’m not sure which you are doing, but they handle rebates and rewards differently. Coupons won’t reduce the amount you get from easy rebates, but they will be deducted from reward amounts.

  42. Tia

There is also another $3 off any $3 purchase – completely different coupon code. You have to click on the weekly ad, then on the left hand side there will be a red rectangular box that says “A Special Offer for You & All your Friends” Shop. Save. And Share. Click on that red box and the coupon will appear. Both coupons have different coupon codes but the same language on the coupon, they look different too. Same valid dates as well.

What I’m wondering is, can you use the two different coupons with eachother? Let me know what your thoughts are on this…I have mixed feelings.

    Thanks!

    • guest

not sure but it looks like the answer is no. my local store was so mean that the manager said i could only use 1 the entire week! i messaged corporate on facebook and they told me it’s 1 per day per customer. what a lie.

    • Guest

my staples would not take both coupons in one transaction so we broke it into two. still a sweet deal. I had no problems using two, since they are different coupon codes they are different coupons

  43. Michelle

🙁 I would so love this deal! I wish we had a Staples here!! I think I need to move!lol

  44. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

The Derr Park water is on sale for $3.99. So with using the coupon, I paid only .99w/tax. Sweett!!!!

  46. Ashleigh

I purchased a package of 1000 colored paper clips that was discounted from 7.99 to 3.00, used my 3 dollar off coupon and walked out with it for free… along with three magic tapes that were reduced to 97 cents and with the $1/1 coupon for Scotch magic tape I got them for free!!! I plan to go back and get some dividers for .49 after I use the 3 dollar coupon!

  47. Carlita

I used my coupon yesterday on some multipurpose paper…

  48. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

does anyone know if Sam’s club accepts coupons?

    • Cheryl

Ours does not. I have asked.

    • Guest

nope. All You had an article about that a couple of months ago. Sams is the only one that doesn’t.

  49. Collin (Mrs. Hip)
