I contacted customer service about it. I spent time making a 4th of July card and was told it didn’t qualify for the promo. So, I then created another card and when I went to order the code had “expired”. I was frustrated over spending the time making them so contacted customer service. They contacted me back saying the card was ordered and I was charged only for the stamp but I never entered my credit card info and it was a NEW ACCOUNT that I signed up for today. Anyway, I can’t see any order history so not sure what the customer service rep was referring to in the email. Very frustrating!

We have blue laws in CT, too. I moved up here from FL where you can buy wine in grocery stores AND on Sundays! First time I asked where the wine aisle was in Stop and Slop, they said, ‘You have to go to a package store.’ A what? I’m not mailing anything! Mama just needs some vino.

I just ordered mine – Tallahassee – and the site said they might delay it and ship it special in hot weather – plus someone 21 or older has to be home to sign for it. I’m betting that means you can pick it up at the PO if you’re at work.

I had $20 credit on lot18 site…ordered the coffee at $19.99 4 days ago….(using credits…no OOP expense) BUT when I go to view the order it says order has not shipped…..4 days is well enough time for handling….but not only that I have contacted them 3times and left voice messages….still no phone call, or email. I did get a confirmation email. But that’s it.
My question has anyone else placed an order with them?…if so what date was ur’s placed?, and what date did (if) you received it on?

Thank you so much for posting this! I just got 2 bottles of wine today and paid $2.99 out of pocket! I was so surprised when I opened the box and there were 2! I thought it was just one bottle coming. I must have ordered a special with 2 bottles LOL! I think I’m going to hide them away for Christmas, but then again I don’t know anything about keeping wine, maybe I should just give them to my inlaws and say Christmas in July, don’t forget I gave them to you when December rolls around?
