Starbucks: Treat Receipt is Back
If you have been reading Hip2Save for any amount of time, you likely know that I am a coffee addict! One of my greatest pleasures in life is sitting down in my favorite chair in the morning with a big cup of hot coffee. And when I am out and about, I find myself pulling into Starbucks to grab a coffee. Clearly, I do not need anyone to twist my arm to venture into Starbucks for coffee no matter what the time of day; however, now that the Starbucks Treat Receipt is back, you’ll definitely find me at Starbucks more than I care to admit! 😉
Through September 5th, make any Starbuck’s purchase before 2PM and then enjoy any Grande cold beverage for just $2 (plus tax) after 2PM the same day at participating stores in the U.S. and Canada. Just remember to show them your receipt when you return! Sounds like a plan to me! 🙂
(Thanks, Becky & Short on Cents!)
Yay!! Thanks for the heads up!
Hmm. There’s a Starbucks in my grocery store. So I could go at 1:50, get a coffee, and then get a free one to pop into the freezer on my way out. 🙂 Sounds great. Thanks!
OT: but good news! remember that target jif sample? Well Instead of one of the cups they sent me a coupon good for one FREE 8 pack! Go check your mailboxes! 😀
Yes, I just used my free product coupon at Walmart! I was so excited to get free peanut butter:)
rock on!! will try at walmart since my target is out andfar away. i saw it was a manuf. cpn but didn’t want to go through any drama to use it. great news that it worked for you! thanks for sharing!
YEAH! I got it friday myself –awesome 🙂
I got the 8 pack coupon too—but my Target doesn’t carry it! I have to drive 20 miles to the SuperTarget I suppose. Mine also doesn’t have Wonka Bars anymore. They used to carry both.
You can use this coupon at any store. It does say Manufacture coupon so don’t drive to your Super Target.
Really? That’ll teach me to pay closer attention. LOL. Thanks so much!
i got my free Target Jif peanut butter coupon….i am no where near a target though! hahaha
Use it at any store that takes coupons and sells the 8 pack to go.
The drink can be as expensive as you want too! So as long as it’s a Grande you can add extra shots, flavor, milks whatever you want!
Really? Good to know! I’ve never done this before.
My husband just came home with one! ye ha!
speaking of starbucks, has anyone received the $50 gift card yet that they won yet?
Hi Lindsay!
I heard from Ebates (the sponsor of Hip2Save’s Starbucks Gift Card giveaway) last week that they were in the process of ordering all the gift cards from Starbucks and will then be sending them out to all the winners. If you want a more definitive answer, please send an email to Robert at Ebates at rsmahl@ebates(dot)com. Thanks!
cool! thanks Collin! 🙂
Yay! I was beginning to give up hope on this one for this year. I know they started it earlier last summer! Love Starbucks!
does this include the starbucks at Targets?
It’s about time they give back to us! I try not to go in that often because its not cheap. This offer might get me back in the door. :O) stay cool everyone!
Walmart will accept the Target coupon for free peanut butter. Used mine today.
Meijer, Target and D&W in my area have Starbucks inside the stores. Are these stores participating also?
What do they have that is healthy and cold?
Yummy Passion Iced Tea……LOVE IT!
Passion Iced Tea is the best — order it without sweetener for no-cal treat!
For the record (I work at Starbucks) it’s not worth it to buy a Grande Iced Tea (no lemonade), simply because the price of a normal grande iced tea is $2 and some odd cents with tax. It would be well worth it to use the treat receipt on a drink that is $3 or more. Like most frappuccino’s come out to be around $4. With the treat receipt it would be higher savings.
get a coffee flavored frappuchino with either skim or soy milk. not necessarily healthy, but not bad and oh so tasty!
green tea frapaccino is delicious too 🙂 no whip for me though!
Thank you Collin! A peppermint mocha Frapaccino is my FAVORITE way to coll off while doing errands.
I just read on the website that Pittsburgh, PA is excluded??? No fair! 🙁 I wonder why, that seems so random…
