Actually if you look under the “my account” section your $5 referral incentive is located there. I thought I was not credited because I did not see the $5 credit pop up. I hope that helps.

I loved my sample too. I took it when i went camping. I never smelt so good nor did my hair ever look so great air drying naturally while camping. I couldn’t imagine how it would look being able to use a hair dryer and flat iron. 🙂

this is a voucher, not a gift card, correct? i just bought mine and it’s a voucher/promo code that you enter in the promo code box. this means it does not stack with any other promotions. just a fyi. still a great deal.

Just go to “My Account” and then on the right you will see “My Plum Dollars”. That’s where I found my credit.

How did you redeem the voucher during the checkout process?
When you’re looking at your cart there’s a place where you can add a promotion code. It’s right underneath the pictures of the products you’re buying and right above where it says “shipping estimates for:” Then you just apply the code that was sent to your email.. HTH
