It wouldn’t come up for me either, but when I went back and did it all over it said that the sample was already requested for my address… So it might have went through for you too.

Keeps telling me there was an error. Try again or select another sample.
Try using internet explorer. Its not working with firefox.
First time I did it, I got through but it told me my information couldn’t be processed and took me back to where I filled in my address. Re-did everything and now the last page has been loading for 3 minutes. We’ll see what happens.
After I entered everything it said please wait. Then it said no activity for 7 minutes and closed I’m guessing it went through. I guess I’ll either get a surprise in the mail or I won’t and won’t even remember anyway. Lol
page timed out – then said someone from my address requested… wonder if it went thru anyways.
It seems to hang after submitting, so I refreshed and resubmitted, but it says an order has already been submitted for this address, so I’m thinking it went through.

I got all the way thru but it wont let me enter my state….everything else works except the box to enter state. : (
Even if you didnt get a confirmation screen, your request went thru! if you Try requesting again, and it will tell you that you already requested one, which means it went thru! Thanks!!!
Really? Great! It did say my address requested one already, but then said to fix things and it would continue, so I wasn’t sure.
Mine gets all the way to the end then says order can’t be processed. Bummer.

It looks like site freezes up on confirmation but it doesn’t. I left mine alone for a few minutes and it went thru!

The last time there was one of these my confirmation never went through but the bag arrived in the mail, it was a nice suprise! Hoping the same thing happens this time!

Try refreshing the page as it seems to be available still. 😀
it freezes up during confirmation. i waited and waited and then reads it timed out. i hit the refresh page and then it reads i have already requested a sample……but i never did get a confirmation.
the first step won’t scroll down on my page, so I only see the question of gender. Anyone else have this problem? Not letting me go to step 2
OMG, my friend was just commenting on how cute the bag was from the last time they did this so I did my best to send one her way. I got the confirmation hang up but then retried and was told the address was already used so I re filled the information and sent one to my sister and the same thing. I hope they get it because it was a great catch!

Try switching to Internet Explorer from Firefox. I usually use Firefox and it wouldn’t come up. But it popped up right away on IE for me.
I can’t even get it to start. I click on it, and a window pops up with tabs, the first one says survey, but there aren’t any questions. I tried refreshing, didn’t work, I guess I will wait and hope I get it..this one looks good!
Ok, got it to go through with Internet Explorer…but still waiting on the confirmation. But like others said, when I tried it again, it said one had already been requested for my address. yay! 🙂

How long do these take to come in the mail?
I think I was able to get one. The confirmation screen just kept loading but when I refreshed and tried to submit again it said I had already requested one. I still have the bag from last time in my purse with beauty products in it.

mine didnt go through. although i did try to resubmit it again and it said that sample has already been requested from the adress above. will have to check in a month or two if i got it or not 🙂

I feel so silly because I just sent Collin this deal and totally didn’t see it was already on the page. Anyway! I had the same experience where it timed out and when I resubmitted, it told me that one was already requested for my address. Hope it goes through for all of us!!!
