I just got a letter saying i do not qualify for the rebate because the purchase date is out of the promotion date for this rebate. I purchased this on the 10/14 but was picked up my blender until the 10/17. Any one else got this?
I just got a letter for the two items I purchased too….can you say trying to stay calm when I call them tomorrow!!! I have heard they can be a bugger to get rebates from, but I followed all the rules, dates, etc….I sure hope they honor them, especially since I have cut the code out of the box and already started using one of them…..not sure I can even return them like this?? Hoping for the best!!!! 🙂
So I found out that my receipt from picking it up is out of the date of purchase for the rebate……so I printed out my purchase receipts from the online at JCP and they say the date I purchased them which was within the rebate time limit….I am sending those back in and hopefully that will work. The lady on the phone wasn’t super helpful, she just kept repeating, we need appropriate documentation. Oh well, I will give this a whirl! 🙂
Same thing 3 letters all saying I do not qualify 2 of them said I also did not include the receipts and 1 I did not include UPC label. I HAVE NEVER BEFORE HAD A REBATE RETURNED, SHAME ON YOU JCPENNEY!!!
I did the same, sent the online receipt from JCP and got the same letter again! I am so mad, now they are saying I didn’t send the original UPC and also that the date of purchase do not qualifies…
