Staples Rewards are pretty darn easy! Rewards members earn 10% back in Staples Rewards on all ink & toner purchases, 10% back in Staples Rewards on all case & ream paper purchases, and 10% back in Staples Rewards on all Copy & Print purchases. Staples Rewards are issued monthly when the value of the Reward is at least $10. Monthly balances of less than $10 will roll over each month until the minimum is met for that calendar quarter. If the $10 minimum for the quarter has not been met, the balance will expire at the end of the quarter. Rewards and Recycling Rewards are redeemable for most merchandise in Staples stores, online at www.Staples.com or by phone at 1-800-333-3330 but cannot be redeemed for or applied against taxes, cash, credit remittance, delivery charges, custom printing orders placed online, promotional products, Staples gift cards, third party gift cards, prepaid phone cards, postage stamps, prior purchases, Staples Industrialsm purchases or any purchases made on other provider Web sites.

what are rewards and how do I get them???? me love free stuff

    • Dee

Sign up for the Staples Rewards in the store or online and once they process, you will get a coupon for the reward amount emailed or mailed to you which you can use for anything in the store except other items with rewards attached to them (if you use the Staples rewards on an item that also has a reward, you will not get the other reward. It would be like “double rewards” they say).

clarification, you can only earn rewards on purchases of ink, paper copys. so not for any other purchases??

        • Collin

You can also earn rewards on specially advertised items like the Duracell batteries this week. 😀

          • TJ

So if I buy 2 batteries at 9.99 and a 5.02 filler and use the $5/25 coupon, will I still get the 19.98 for the batteries back in Staples rewards? (e.g. will I get my filler for free? or will it take the coupon off the batteries)? I’ve never done the staples rewards before, just the easy rebates.

Are Staples rewards just like Register Rewards at Walgreens?

    • Dee

No, because they are not manufacturer coupons like the WAGS RR’s. You can use the Staples rewards on anything in the store but cannot use them on other reward items.

  3. Misty

Are you able to use Duracell battery coupons on this deal?

    • Dee

      Yes you can.

  4. Louise

Collin you only get the 10 for the ink cartridges if you purchase ink or toner that same day. Just wanted to let you know. I got all excited when I saw 10 per ink cartridges then went to check their flyer and it said you needed to make a purchase that same day.

    • Collin

Thanks for catching that…I just updated the post. 😀

Are there any current coupons for Duracell out there? Thanks

    Hi,
I am having $10OFF coupon which i get from mail, i also have $5 coupon which i get from email and yesterday i got one more email $5 off on $25 purchase. so can i use all this coupon together for 2 battery and will i get 100% back in staples rewards. plz help me

    • Collin

I believe that you can only use one Staples coupon per transaction. Keep in mind that the amount that you receive back in Rewards is the amount paid at checkout after application of all promotions, coupons and Rewards redemption.

I am in NJ & the batteries were only $9.99 each! On a side note, if you still have your Onekingslane credit they are having a great sale today! The company name is Zak Designs & they have things like confetti bowls, trays & tumblers! Alot more affordable items as well! I ordered a 4piece measuring spoon set & a 4 piece serving set in fun colors for my $15.00 credit! 🙂

  8. sue

Batteries are $9.99 on sale. So put a $5 filler if you want to use the $5 off $25 coupon.

  9. vanessa

Recieved a $5 gift check in my email this week from staples, check your email.

  10. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

So we cannot use a rewards check we already have and receive the 100% back on the batteries and the $10 back on the HP inks?

    • Dee

      Yes that is correct.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thank you, I thought I was reading it correctly, but just wanted to make sure.

    • heidi

I hope I will still get the rewards if I use my saveology gift card I bought a few weeks ago. I am not a fan of staples anymore, I accidentally had some rewards that expired and asked them if they would reissue and they would not. I have since not been buying near as much stuff there anymore. I only get the real good deals. I was giving them all my ink buying and I quit. Take that Staples. 🙂

I don’t see the battery deal in my Staples ad. Does that mean the deal won’t work for me?

    • Rachel

You could always call the store & ask to save you the trip if your Staples isn’t participating. Or maybe do you have another Staples near you you could check? I have 2 Staples around me, 1 is about 10 min. away & the other is about 20-25 min.away. 🙂

SOOOOOOOO, does that you just lose your reward, if you bought something that gave you say $5 but then didn’t buy anything for many months….. is that what they mean by balance will expire. A few months back, I asked a salesperson, and she said it keeps on rolling until you get to $10.

    Thanks.

    • Araidan

Just checked into my Staples Rewards (had only $1 for the July, Aug, Sept quarter) but last week bought a ton of stuff so I’ve been checking to see if it posted and picked up that lonely $1 and it is now gone… So yes it does magically and quietly disappear at the end of the quarter if you don’t make the $10!

  13. Araidan

Does anyone know If you use the $5/$25 coupon to buy ink and recycle ink cartridges at the same time will that reduce your $10/cartridge reward?

  14. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

so batteries does not have this easy rebate? you will receive 9.99 back in Staples coupon i email? Also i purchased the batteries in store and they said that 20pack is included 16+4, but i am not sure now if they are really included or store was trying to push the sales on any batteries. Is there a list of batteries that are included?

  15. RD

Don’t forget to stack the .75/1 duracell coupon found in the 10/16 P&G

  16. Marcie

Do you have to submit a rebate for the batteries or is it automatic? I purchased 2 sets of batteries and one ream of paper and the rebate form just printed for the paper.

    Thanks!

  17. Jen G

I know that using rewards and or coupons on the 100 percent back deals, like the batteries this week, will reduce the rewards that you receive for said items. My question is, if I use a gift card will I receive full value of products?
