yes you can, print the third page and follow the address to send to under the OFFERS/REFUND details. At the end it tells you to send in a copy of reciept with the redemption cards and fill out form..which is name address city zip…

For anyone wondering if you need to print all 3 pages of the refund form, you do NOT need to do that. I only printed the last page with the lines for your name and addy, sent that with my receipt and card from the box and got my refund a few days ago. I was worried cuz I mailed it 1 day before the promo ended, but was fine. Good luck! I’m getting 2 more. Not sure if I can mail them to the same home so I’ll use a friends addy.

Okay. When I first put these gift sets in my shopping cart, they were $10 each. When I searched “Olay”, they came up with $9 each. I am glad I didn’t submit my order @ $10 each. I bought 4 sets for Christmas presents.

When you get your order in the mail… there will be a card in there that you can choose to order Allure… OR… get a rebate…

To get the rebate, do you have to purchase in multiple transactions to get a rebate or can you bundle in one transaction?

The last time that this deal was offered, I bought 2 caddys in the same transaction and noted on the rebate form that I would like to be refunded for both of the subscriptions (I included both of the redemption cards that come in the caddys along with the rebate form as directed) and they did in fact refund me for both of the magazine subscriptions! Does anyone have a phone number to call to see if we can get more than one refund per address? When I called the phone number at the top of the refund paper for the magazine subscription, they told me they couldn’t answer that and to call olay. I don’t think olay is the one to call though…….
When they had the promo over the winter, I got 3 refunds. Mailed one separate then 2 more together. (They also had shampoo gift sets then, I’m hoping they do those again this year–I loved those! 🙂

you do not have to, it will give free shipment at checkout
also, Walmart usually offers free ship to store for any purchase, you just have the online order sent to your local store and pick it up there 🙂

on the same form, you need to read it carefully. You mail in the card and the form and will receive the cheque in the mail.

I finally was able to print in chrome when i clicked on the little wrench icon next to the bookmark star button. it wasn’t working at first but i kept on trying and eventually the print option came up. hope this helps.

BTW, I bought 2 of these last month, when the refund offer had an expiration date of 9/30/11. I mailed both refunds on 9/30 and received a check in the amount of $19.98 within 2 weeks. Fastest refund ever, I think, and no problems submitting for 2 to the same address!
Thanks Jaime! I just called Olay and asked about the rebate. I was told it can be submitted toward the $10 rebate as long as you include the UPC on the basket and not the UPC found on the individual products!

the ten dollar that isamari posted is great to, but different, and if you spend $50 on products you should be able to do both. Follow collins post for the rebate. Print the third page only. If you scroll all way down where it says OFFER/REFUND details, at the end it tells you to send a copy of a valid reciept..fill out form and send redemption cards from inside packages..yeah copy. the pink rebate needs the original reciepts purchased by 10/31/11 and postmarked by 11/30/11

I still haven’t sent in my rebate from last time, I received the package too late (9/30 or within 30 days after purchase) and I’m wondering if I can still do it, because I never really understood if the within 30 days of purchase means you can still send in for the rebate after 9/30 has passed. Jojo, I would interpret the 9/30 deadline to mean that you must have PURCHASED by 9/30. Then be sure to SUBMIT within 30 days. If it were me, I’d definitely send it in. 🙂

You’ll have to send in three items for your refund:
1. Print your receipt from the online purchase.
2. Then print the last page of the online magazine form (there are three lines you fill in, by hand, w/ your info).
3. And finally, there will be a card in the bottom of the caddy that you’ll have to send in with the form and the receipt. It has a unique number on it that serves as proof of your purchase.
I just purchased my 2nd one. The first one was $10 for some reason, but the one I just ordered was only $9! I ordered the first one a few hours ago. Can’t wait for them to come in!

Yes, yes, and yes. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Print a copy of your receipt from walmart.com.
2. Print the last page (of the three-page magazine subcription form) from the link that Collin provided. This will serve as your refund form.
3. When the gift sets arrive, you’ll have to open them and remove the mag subscription card from the bottom of each one.
Send all of them, in the same envelope, w/ a little note that states you’d like 4 refunds. You should receive a check for $39.96 promptly. (BTW, I sent for two refunds on 9/28/11 and received one check for both of them on 10/15/11.)
