   Off topic, but I didn’t know where else to post it… have you found a new binder bag yet!? I am a HUGE purse fanatic, and I am in the process of trying to switch from the expandable coupon holder to a binder, but I want to do it right, and in my research I came across your old post about your bag!! (I have only been couponing since July, so I’ve been following your site after the bag incident). And I had to ask what the update was!!!

  I have been on the lookout for one to officially replace my prior beloved bag, but nothing has caught my eye yet. In the meantime, I have been using a reusable bag from Old Navy which actually works quite well. It is just not as durable or attractive as my old bag.

  Case It sells nice big zippered binders. I believe mine is 3″ with a strap on it too. It is AMAZING! I got mine on clearance after the school season started last year. I know ebay has some just type in case it. Good Luck!

  I had purchased a case it zippered binder, which i loved.. Only it fell completely apart in many places.(all within 3 weeks). I then went to the hard Avery binder.. But, it is super slippery and has slid off my cart 3 times.. and ugh.. my coupon holders all came out.. I am on the look out for another great 3 inch zipper binder

  I have had my 3″ binder for year now. Yet has it fallen apart or had the rings go bad. HIGHLY recommend it. It’s a Staples brand binder. So worth the money! (not slippery either)

  I got a ton of different Covergirl eyeshadows/blushes/concealer using the $8/2 coupon, all the different colors had different skus so I lined them all on my scanner and printed a sheet with them! Included that with the receipts – so fingers crossed they’ll accept that.

   I also wanted to mention that for the Simply Saline deal, the Nasal Saline Swabs for babies (priced $5.99 at my local RA) have a green “Try Me Free” Mail in Rebate sticker on the box. You can get the same deal on these that you can for the Neti Pot if you find one of the specially-marked boxes!

    There is also a $3 one time Nature Made Vitamin D coupon in the November savings email from RiteAid. That + the $1 manufacturer coupons should also make a nice deal, not sure any Rite Aid Video rewards can be applied to that one, maybe mix & match? I.e. 1 vitamin D + 1 fishoil?

  you can enter your receipts as needed, but wait until the end of the month to actually request your ck. If you req your ck mid-month and then want to do more SCRs, you’ll be SOL!

    Ajax Dish Soap is also a good deal. $0.88 on sale, with a November SCR of $1.50 wyb 2. So, buy 2 @ $0.88 each, pay $1.76, submit for SCR of $1.50. So, only $0.13 each!

    Do this after 10/26 when the November SCRs kick in!

  I believe that you only have to purchase one item. The fine print states…

  Purchase any one (1) Kerasal Foot Care Product and then mail-in 2 proofs or purchase (the original receipt and the UPC).

  I believe that the October Video Values Axe coupon is only valid for shampoo, conditioner or a styling item so it wouldn’t work if you purchase the detailer tool. Darn!

  My ra flyer had the the axe value pack set it looks like a full size deo, body wash,spray and shampoo for $7.99 with the 2.00 vv it would make it $6 for 4 full size items. Not the best deal but a great present idea.

    If I sign up for the Neti-Poti Rebate will I get back the amount the product retailed for before my coupons (I’m using up rewards & a manufacturer coupon), or the amount I paid for the product after the coupons?

  The rebate says “purchase price”, which I believe is the full amount of $14.99. Usually they are pretty specific if something has to be deducted. As a side note: My hubby has a neti-pot and he swears by it (not this one, but a ceramic one). It made a world of difference to his allergies. He’s so much better. Recommended it to my neighbor and he is now walking around without his facial mask 🙂

    There is another Almay deal I just spotted. There is a $1 off Almay ‘one coat get up & grow mascara’ in November Video Values.

    There was a $1 off any Almay in the Walmart inser a few weeks ago. This coupon can also be used on Collin’s deal and would make it even sweeter.

    Does anyone know how much the above mascara usually costs?

    The RiteAid store manager at my store has informed me today that they will no longer accept any home printed coupons as instructed by Corporate. Too much fraud. I don’t think that’s true since I did not see a policy change. I sent an email for clarification through the Rite Aid site, but wanted to see if anybody else heard that today?

    Couponers have never been welcome at my store.

  Hi Andrea. I had no problem using printable coupons at my Rite Aid this morning. Maybe there is a different Rite Aid in your area that you can shop? I had a problem with a grouchy cashier at one Rite Aid near me (she addressed me as “you people” when I only had 2 coupons!). I now go to another Rite Aid and they are as friendly and helpful as can be. Good luck!

  I sent an email in to Rite Aid and also tried the online chat (wasn’t sure my email had gone through since I hadn’t heard anything in a couple of days).

  Today I got a call from the district manager and he said that he would talk to the store manager. He does not want to lose any customers over coupons. There should never be an argument about that. Couponers are very welcome and should not be treated any different than regular customers. The DM was really nice. Feeling good about it and hopefully my next shopping trip will be different.

    I went to Rite Aid to do the Bayer transaction. You get $10 up for $30 purchase.I was desperate of kids vitamins. I bought 2 flinstones gummies60 ct and 2 one a Day Vita Craves 50 ct plus aleve 24 ct.
    I used $1 flinstones Q
    $2 flinstones Q from 10/23 RP
    2$3 One a day Vitacraves
    $1 Aleve
    I got 2 $2 up from flintsones and $ 10 up from purchasing the bayer products.

    I just printed some October video value coupons and they state across the top that they are manufacturer’s coupons and the bottom says cannot be combined with any other offers, doesn’t sound like it could be stacked with another manufacturer’s coupon as listed here…..

    Colin or anyone. I tried the jolly time popcorn deal, the manager would not take the coupon saying it is fir boxes. The coupon states any. What can I do? I am upset and just left.

  Ugh, I’m sorry he treated you that way. The manager is wrong if you were trying to use the .50/1 coupon from 9/18 SS. The jollytime coupons can be confusing, usually they release a $1/2 boxes coupon and .50/1 off any at the same time depending on where you live. I used my .50/1 coupon today with no problem and my cashier was the store manager. My suggestion would be to try a different store. We have 2 Rite Aids nearby and one is much more coupon friendly than the other. I only go to the unfriendly one when my first choice is out of a sale item.

  The rebate for the Zicam is for the nose spays I think. The Zicam on sale this week was for the tablets. I’m not sure if those qualify. I am going to submit the receipt info anyway though.

    I’m confused about the Xtra laundry detergent….You have posted this:

    Xtra Laundry Detergent or Nice N’ Fluffy Fabric Softener 3/$6
    Use 2 $0.75/1 regional Xtra coupons from the 8/28 SS
    Pay $4.50
    Get a $2 +Up Reward (when you buy 3; limit 2 offers)
    Final Cost $1.25 each!

    but you need to buy 3 laundry detergents. So, couldn’t you use 3 coupons from the 8/28 SS??

    And, also the total amount paid if you do that would be 3.75 and then the $2 +up reward….which means it would cost $1.75 for 3 or about 58cents each. If I’m wrong, please correct me, but this is what I figured……

    Just came from RA and found the Carmex Moisture Plus Lip balm on the clearance end stand for $1.49 ea. After $2.00 UP and (2) $.35/1 coupons, it was $.30 for both!! Also they had several varieties of Got2be hair products marked 50% off.
