I ordered some last night and it said it was already shipped. Should arrive on the 27th… so excited! Mine were $10 each though (when I checked this morning they were $9). Does anyone know if Walmart will refund the difference??
I don’t know if they will but I would call Walmart & ask them, you never know! I always figure the worst is they will say no & the best is they will say yes! Good luck! 🙂
The magazine will refund $9.99. That’s how much they sent my check for. I think it’s a max value up to $9.99 so if you got a $9 set you’d get a smaller refund.
I paid 9.70 with tax and still got $9.99.
Me, too–paid $9 plus tax and got $9.99 refund. The refund value doesn’t change, because it’s a refund in lieu of a magazine (valued at $9.99), not a rebate of the purchase price for the Venus set.
I’m pretty sure that they will do a price adjustment. I just emailed about a washing i ordered that went on sale the next week and they gave me a refund. I just sent them another email to get this gift basket adjusted because I placed my order yesterday and today they are $9.
I was just curious in case multiple rebates don’t work. $1 saved is an extra dollar in my pocket 🙂
I bought my sets yesterday for $10 each. Later on I saw that the price came up as $9. I called to ask for them to change it. They were fine with it and will credit my card within 2 to 3 days. So as long as you don’t mind being on hold for a while, call.

Laurie, I also did the deal a few weeks go, AND I got two of them. My refund check came very promptly, for $19.98. There appears to be no limit to the number of refunds you can claim, so I’ve ordered more and intend to send in for more refunds.

I think the other freebies came seperate from other companies. I am only saying this because the 1 Dove sample in front is a sample I got in the mail about a week ago. 🙂

I’m pretty sure you can get more than one rebate (I’ve read on the last post that several people did). It doesn’t state a limit per household anywhere and since the rebate is given because you are opting out of the magazine and not for the products themselves, you should be eligible for more than one (because if you didn’t opt out, you would be able to get the magazine subscription for each one).

This was also posted about a month ago and a lot of people were saying they already have their rebates back – does anyone else not have theirs yet? I am wondering if I should keep waiting or call about it. Its been about three weeks since I mailed it out.
just got my rebate yesterday.
I received my rebate today. It looked like a check, the kind that you have to remove the perforated sides. I was confused at first because the return address said it came from Glamour (magazine). I thought it was a solicitation from the magazine and almost threw it out. I’m glad I didn’t! I paid $9.00 for the set and was happy to see that the check was for $9.99.
That makes me feel better…maybe a few more days!

help please….i don’t know how to print the form!! i bought mine a couple weeks ago. when i use the link providid the page comes up just fine but i dont get an option to print. i’m not very computer savy. thank you, lori
On my computer right above the page there is a row of icons.There is a picture of a mini printer, click on that & you should be able to print. I am not computer savy either so I don’t know if yours will be in the same spot. We’ll learn as we go along. Hope it helps!

Ok so I just ordered mine but am a little confused about how to skip the magazine and get the rebate for $9.99. I followed the link but it took me to the screen to sign up for the mag. What exactly do I do, print this page and send where? Am I missing something here?
Scroll down the screen to a section called “Offer/Refund Details.” The print is gray instead of black. Near the bottom of that huge paragraph is info about getting a refund. Basically, you print the form and write your name and address at the bottom, just above the Allure logo. You have to mail the form, redemption card from inside your package and a copy of your receipt to the address listed near the end of the paragraph.
I ordered the set last time they were posted and got no additional freebies. So I think it’s just random who gets them. 🙁
I did this last year-got three sets. Even though there was NO limit stated on the subscription refund then, I got 2 rejection of subs refund because I had already gotten one. I was annoyed, haha.
I wouldn’t bank on getting more than one refund, unless you just don’t care if you get the refund or not.
oh my goodness, I ordered 5 and i would be very upset if they did not give me rebates for all of them bc I made sure to do 5 different orders to get 5 different order #’s, and it does not say one thing about not being allowed to get more than one lol, Oh I hope I didn’t just waste $40 lol 🙂

Few other thoughts on this. Since you are ordering it online you will be able to print your receipts so you could also submit this for the $10 /$50 P&G rebate.
Also, I have heard that some peope are not receiving the rebate card inside the package (mine was under the products). You have to have that card to get the rebate. Just FYI.

Several people on the other post said that they’ve submitted as many as 3 rebates, indicating on them that they wanted the rebate check for all 3 and were given such.
I just want my sets and my rebates–not worried about the samples! 🙂

Can you give more details on just how to make this deal happen. I had no choice in accepting or not accepting the Allure free subscription deal. And when I clicked on the “rebate” link it was the free Allure Magazine subscription page, that required a code, which I do not have. Can you give details on the rebate. Teri, read the very small print on the bottom of the rebate form it states if you fill in the bottom portion you will get the rebate…just check no thanks to the magazines. worked fine for me!:0)

Go to the rebate form and scroll to the bottom, send that part in with your personal info and mail it in. It’s going to take you to the Allure page but the fine print on the bottom tells you all the info you need. Just read the details of the offer.

You have to go to the site listed on the rebate card (found in your package). There is a place where you havebto say “no thanks” to the mag, and then print a rebate form. HTH!

I would think you could do both. Especially since they are different companies. I have used email confirmation before on P&G rebates with no problem.
I was wondering the same thing. I was hoping to use the Cover Girl make up I got on that great deal at Rite Aid (with the $8.00 q’s). Then I read that someone contacted the company and they said AFTER q’s. 🙁 So I am hoping this will work on that rebate. I ordered 2; I think I can might be able to find the other $30 in receipts somewhere. Maybe I should order more of these; our church does a Christmas store for the children to “shop” for free for their families. These will be great!

The rebate form says the offer is valid through 6/30/12.
Previous expiration date was 9/30 (I think that was written on the online form), but current expiration is 6/30 (also on online form).
