OK, i just got it to work 🙂 had to close all the window and open the website from the link above and register first before customize the cards.
Is the website down? Whenever I click either link or even just try to go to mypublisher.com it won’t load the page.

DITTO! I did manage to save my card, but got hung up on the preview section. I picked the “oh joy” cards, but was wondering if they (unintentionally) conveyed a little bit of sarcasm…thoughts? I was going to send those to my 10 non-religious friends.

This website is beyond painful…been on for two hours.
UGH. I give up. I’ve downloaded the newest version of firefox, uploaded all of my pictures, designed the card, and I have now reached the sign in point and tried for 30 min to get it to work and it will not!! I’ve worked on this for over an hour now and getting very frustrated! Any one have advice on getting the sign in to work?!

I had the same problem earlier. Try saving first, it will prompt you to sign in/register. Be patient when you hit send, let it process, may take a while…about 3 minutes. Then try to sign in or look at the top right and click on “My bookshelf”, then look at the left side and check off “in progress”. Again this will take a while to load your card. Try to complete, it will be very slow but it will eventually work. Try looking at other websites in between to pass the time while it is “loading or processing”. An earlier post also suggested to register/sign in first, that may help too.
My free cards are on their way! And along with the 40 free photos from Walgreens, we have 50 people on our cards list I have cards for! thanks!

Got my ten free, thanks!! No issues this morning, made them in less than 10 minutes! I now have my 20 free cards from seehere, 25 I have earned free from shutterfly, and the 10 free from Staples yesterday. Now I’ll have another 10, making this year’s total 65 free cards so far! Thank you! On a side note, the quality has been awesome on all the free cards except for Staples – you could see the design of the card right through the photos!
I ordered Christmas cards with the promotion that was posted last week, I just got them and they are very beautiful. I wanted to see if this new post could be used, even though i already got 10 for free, and sure enough, I’m getting 10 more cards for free!

I am jealous! I have tried for HOURS on this offer and today’s Tiny Prints card, and neither one will go through! And my cards were so cute. 🙁
I tried for 20 minutes to get my tiny prints to go through, keep going back to the last page of your card and reordering it, I had 5 cards in my cart, just deleted the extras when it finally went through. But i don’t think I have the patience for the publisher offer at the moment 😉

For those Struggling with the website but have used mypublisher before, try making your holiday card on the my publisher program that is downloaded when you first register. I had tried to order through the link for hours when I finally just used the program (although there’s not as great a selection of designs) it went right through and took me less than 10 minutes start to finish! You really do help out many families that would otherwise have to go without. I love to send Christmas cards but with a budget as tight as ours it’s near to impossible.

I ordered mine, and today I got an email with a code for another 10 free cards! So I will be getting 20 cards, which would have come to nearly $40, for FREE!
this publisher site sucks…cannot get to chkout even after 3 hrs!
