I called and asked why it said $101 on the email when the submit/confirmation page was $26 and she said it was because it’s a giftcard. Arg. It shouldn’t have went through saying that, then :o/ Ah, well. They were really nice and cancelled without any problems.

I Live Chatted with customer service online (available till 8pm) and they said the total charges are for $101 and I would receive an additional charge for shipping once it was processed…that was enough to scare me…had them cancel it. I’m okay with buying actual merchandise, but I’m on the indecisive side so it’s hard having to find something and have such a short window to have to do it in! 🙂
I am the same way. I think if you return something in the store you can avoid the $7.00 return fee… maybe I will try that. I just hate ordering my husband shoes w/o having him try them on…. :/

On a side note- husband stopped in and said the clothes were not of the best quality and the 2XLT was fairly narrow across the shoulders (6’6″ and 275 lbs)

got an error message when trying to pay online so called customer service and they were very helpful. actually got an item for a lower price as it was showing up $4 cheaper on their end. was able to get my husband a pair of shoes for work, 2 pairs of sunglasses for him and a 2 pack athletic t-shirts for him for the grand total of $26.81. This was such a blessing! We had a home ‘tragedy” this summer and lost everything. We moved with just a few bags of clothes at that is all. When my total was exactly $100 the code showed as applied but the dollar amount didn’t change. When I added one more item it worked.

I got my dad’s Christmas present: a sweater vest, three pullover sweaters, and one button up dress shirt for $32. Everything was already on sale from the original price so it made it all an even better deal! Plus I have two sisters that I’ll split the cost with which makes it only about $10 a piece for $270 worth of clothes. It’s really hard to find clothes for him because of his height, so this is perfect! We normally aren’t able to get him things that he really wants because we are all students (two of us are graduate students and one is undergrad), so I can’t wait to see his face on Christmas! from what i read they will put ANY order other than your first in a hold, and then cancel. It is only one per household, and card.
It’s one discount per email address, you can have the same shipping address and credit card #, just use different people in your family’s emails… worked for me 🙂
Be aware that they will cancel any 2nd orders and they ARE looking.
They are looking for orders with the same billing address and will cancel all subsequent orders.
Well, I was also getting an error message, but after 4 times it went through. Now I’ve been charged twice and PayPal is giving me a Bad Server message when I try to log-in. Ok, I need advice…I want to get slippers for the men in my family and I have their sizes but I don’t necessarily know if any of them need the wide style but that’s all they have in the type of slippers that I want to get….does any one know if a wide would still be okay for a normal foot?!

Will it work on sale items?
I have been trying for almost an hour……yes almost an hour folks….just to try to place an order….every time i would have items in my cart they disappeared, and then i had too start all over again.
Then it would take a looooooong time for the pages to load, and then again my cart would be empty.
Tried and tried but too no avail it just was not worth it!
I would loved to have saved $75.00 but the aggravation was not worth it!
And no there is nothing wrong with my computer….any other websites had no problem loading or going too, just that XL website!
I hope others will have a better experience then me.

try calling their customer service, I was having the same problem my cart kept erasing itself. It took about 10 minutes to get someone on the phone, but when I did she placed my order with no problem, and she was so nice!
I spent over an hour and a half trying to get my order through. I totally feel your frustration. I used three different internet browsers. Firefox worked the least. I was on hold with customer service for 30 minutes. When I finally got ahold of them, every item that I wanted was sold out. They were unable to get the items from my shopping bag. So, I was really frustrated.. actually, I was really mad, and I probably wasn’t very nice to the poor rep. I ended up trying again for another 45 minutes.. I finally got it to work. This was totally worth the wait because my fiancee is a big man, and his clothes are sooo expensive. I can hardly afford to buy him anything name brand. So, this was one heck of a deal for us. I got him 4 t-shirts for $32.49. I am really worried though because I have not received a confirmation nor have been charged yet.
Tried it on internet explorer and worked way quicker than fire fox.
Just FYI: the sales rep on the phone just told me that you can’t pay with your Casual Male credit card and get your order shipped to a store. If you want to use the store cc you have to have it shipped to your home. A different cc (MC,Visa,etc) can be used to ship it to the store for free. He said it was b/c of fraud. (??)
I’ve now been charged 5 times! It has depleted my entire PayPal account. I hope only one of the charges actually goes through and that by tomorrow the extra ones will be gone, otherwise it will take 7-10 days to get the money back to my account 🙁
Did you receive an email confirming your order? Uh oh, I kept clicking and clicking because it was so slow. My order went through finally and got an order confirmation. I hope that it only charged me once.
