Wow! I thought for sure i had missed out on this as i was out most of the night but i just got it to work perfectly. I got a pair of hiking boots, a pair of sneakers, and a pair of gloves for just 34$ to the store. Hubby is 6ft4 and very stocky. He wears a 4x and it is super expensive to buy things so big and tall. Thans so much, Collin. I am hoping my mom will do another order for me if this is still working in the morning. Sometimes i wonder if things will ever work out and i am so thankful for you. Got all the way thru to payment and hit submit and it should have taken me to the complete screen but it did not load. Should I try and do it again? Some of you said that you tried it again and got charged that many times. Did you ever get a confirmation email? I checked my order history and it said no orders and when I refreshed the things were in my cart still. I just don’t want to be double charged if I submit again.
i had to keep refreshing/reloading to get to step to step, system errors in between, then got to the end — one final system error. nothing in cart, no confirmation email.
It’s best to call. I tried 5 times and finally had to call. I placed 2 seperate orders and they didn’t seem to mind. They are very friendly. I placed my orders around 11pm.
That’s interesting because I placed two orders online and one came up “Call Customer SVC” so I did and they told me that only one $75/$100 could be used. I asked if my husband signed up for an account if he could use the code and she said it was a one time use. It doesn’t make any sense, but I guess she meant one per household!

I entered the discount code and it accepted it, but it didn’t remove the $75.00 from my total. I didn’t submit the order, since the amount wasn’t correct.
Did your orders deduct the discount and show the lower amount before you submitted your final order? What am I doing wrong?
It has to be over $100 not an even $100.
When you all entered the discount code, was the amount deducted from your total?
I entered the code, and it appeared to have accepted it, but the total was not deducted from my charges.
I didn’t hit the “submit” for the final action because the amount was not correct as for the discounted amount.
Am I doing something wrong? Why is the $75.00 not deducted from the total due?
Make sure your amount before discount is over 100. I did 99.99 and it didn’t show up. When I added socks to put it over 100 it showed the $75 discount in red.
For those who don’t think Casual Male XL is great quality (I agree) the code also works for the Rochester big and tall tab. These clothes are pricier but very nice quality! I just ordered my hubby two dress shirts (on sale for $50 ea) for only $12.50 each! I had to add a pair of socks from the casual male XL site because the code does not work on an even $100.

I figured out what to do. I was signing up and alot of items were in my checkout and could not clear them it said the server is timing out. I started a fresh session picked out the items I wanted and checked out “As a guest” as I was able to send to a store and use the code. As for the question it does have to be over 100 dollars. Hope I help somebody because I was so frustrated for about 2 hours last night and this morning.
