I love the ones I ordered! I ordered all different sizes and all different pictures. Very nice quality – but yes they do take a long time to arrive. I think mine took just over 30 days from the day I ordered.
I made three larges of these earlier in the year when they had the same promotion. I use mine to hold pens, pencils, markers, etc for school. My 7 year old daughter uses hers as a purse. Be careful. I ordered these last year for Christmas gifts. They were very cute & the kids (teenage girls) I gave them to loved them but they took well over a month to arrive. The shipping estimate they give you is not accurate.
It varies. I usually get the cosmetic bags within 2 weeks and bigger items within a month. They use airmail because they are based in Hong Kong. I’m always satisfied with the products though and love this company and their prices! 🙂

Is anyone else having difficulty with pic loading. It is taking so long I’m getting an error message. Not sure if its my computer or the website. I really want to do this deal. Just a heads up, I ordered playing cards last year on Nov. 18th and they did not make it in time for Christmas, they actually showed up the first week of Jan. Art Cows is located in Hong Kong and customs takes forever this time of year. Order for Christmas at your own risk.

i dont recall adding SS# info at all. I have ordered from them NUMEROUS times now and havent had a problem yet…that ive noticed. (should pay more attention to my account I suppose)
spent the time creating. Tried 4 different credit cards. Payment keeps failing—says since its overseas, i need to verify with credit card company…. Really??? Seems a little strange to me. Any one else have this problem???
I ran into the same problem when trying to order from them a few weeks back. My card simply would not go through. I even emailed them to see if I was doing something wrong. They told me the same thing about the possibility of needing to verify with the credit card company…but I just tried a day or two later and the order went through without any problem whatsoever. I just received an email that my order shipped! Best of luck with yours!
I ordered 13 bags during the last promotion they had, 3 of the bags had what looks like printing smudges on them. I emailed their customer service and sent them pictures. This was their response: “Hope you understand those are small defects and it is unavoidable during the production process.” Basically they said too bad, we’ll give you credit for 3 more, but won’t include shipping (and can’t guarantee it won’t happen again) and if I’m not satisfied with the bags I can return them for a full refund, but shipping is my at my expense still. Two of the smudges were on people’s faces and the third was on a white text area, so no way to hide that. I was very disappointed in their response and although they have great promotions, if their quality control is that poor, I will think twice about ordering from them again.
