Be prepared once you get to the store–my code showed the cashier a zero balance–after waiting 10 minutes the cashier created a $5 gift card to use on my purchases and said after putting the phone on hold” sounds like they won’t have this resolved any too quickly” sorry you had to wait.
Mine had a zero balance too, but my cashier didn’t fix it. I left empty handed 🙁
I tried entering the gift card code online and it’s showing a $0 balance…LOL
I was unable to use mine. The cashier and manager knew nothing about it or how to use the code. I walked out empty handed. So annoying.
I sent a text at 9:52 am EST & was too late to get the gift card. Bummer.
I got the code yesterday, but the Fort Worth store manager refused to honor it. I had to wait quite a long time for him to decide that he was not going to honor it, and he didn’t even bother to come out of his hidey hole in his office and apologize for the inconvenience.
