Jean, I would email Office Max customer service and let them know how you feel. I work in email customer service for a major retail company and when customers complain about just about anything, we try to make them happy. With my company, I would be able to issue you a $5 coupon by mail or email rather than text to keep a customer happy. Maybe Office Max can do the same? On another note, I feel your pain. I have text, but I feel like I lose out on some deals because so many deal apps are only for Android or Iphone and of course I have a Blackberry. I won’t when my contract is up,though!
To jump on THAT bandwagon, let me just add that some of us miss out on deals because we can’t get to a pc! I can’t tell you how many times the forms are NOT optimized for mobile devices and by the time i boot up my tablet, the freebies are gone. Oh, well – YOU CAN’T WIN ‘EM ALL and I am grateful for the little free pack of Kleenex that showed up on my desk today!
