anyone know of a dollhouse on sale thats all my 5yr old says she wants for christmas

    • misty

this is what my niece is asking for as well. The cheapest i have found is toysrus for the imaginext(?) doll house $99.00. They have the classic one and a more “hip” one.

      • joycelyn

thanks i’ll look into that but it’s kind of out of my budget level

        • Mrspurple

I can relate, my daughter wants the ultimate disney princess castle, way out of budget (150!)… I’m trying to nudge her in a different way… I cringe whenever I see the ads for it…

    • Brenda

Collin posted one on Amazon earlier today…………

Amazon: *HOT* Fisher-Price Loving Family Set Only $23.99 Shipped + More

This Hip2Save.com Deal was hand-posted on Monday, November 28th, 2011 at 11:26 am.

Here’s another Amazon toy deal for ya! Go here to score this adorable Fisher-Price Loving Family – Family Manor set for only $23.99 – down from $39.99! Plus, this ships FREE with Amazon Prime or on $25 or more with Super Saver shipping. This cute set has wonderful reviews too. Note that this set only comes with the mom, dad and baby.

Here are a couple more deals…

    • Brenda

not sure if this set is too “young”, I have all boys lol so I’m not sure ….:)

    • KateT

Meijer has one for $57 that looks pretty good.

  2. Melody

Thanks Collin! I was able to get all my Christmas shopping done today because of you:)

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Yay! That’s awesome, Melody! 🙂

  3. cwil

    You’re a rock star Colin.
That’s all there is to it.

  4. Theresa

    forever 21 has free shipping ! 🙂

    • LC

Thanks for that! Some REALLY good deals going on over there! They have children’s clothes, too!

  5. cottoncandy

r u not doing the target ad any more

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes… I sure am. I took a break last night due to the craziness of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but they will be up tomorrow afternoon.

  6. Sarah

Thanks to your cardstore info, I was able to score 90 christmas cards with 3 photos on the front for $27 (including shipping and stamps and they printed the names on the cards). I think I made money on that deal when you factor in the price of stamps. Thanks

    • Janice

I agree Sarah!! AND…we got all our Christmas cards done ..!! Early! Love that deal!! Just had to type in the addresses! lol

      • Mrspurple

I did the deal… but now I am a little worried… does anyone know why one has to enter the addresses in order to get the free postage? Do they use the addresses for anything, or do they need them because they get discounts for the postage and need the addresses in order to get the discount (if not it would be like if they were selling stamped envelopes…)? Does anyone know? The cards with postage cost less than a stamp, so I am guessing they must be getting some sort of deal on postage, unless they make up for it by collecting addresses (which I hope they don’t do)…. Does anyone know? I don’t want to spread any false information that would be negative towards their company, since it is such a great deal, but I am a bit worried… Has anybody talked with them and asked?

        • Mrspurple

          I got a response from them 🙂 :

“We do not use your recipients addresses. They will be stored to your Cardstore account and will never be used.”

I don’t know how they can do it (sell for less than postage), but it’s a great deal!

        • Aislinn Gettings

I was wondering this too and all I can think is that now you already have all your address in there and will most likely be a return customer because of it.

          • Lisa

I ordered these (better than Costco price, where I’ve gone for years). Thanks for the deal, and the person who posted add’l 30% off code! But I also wondered about the addresses. And I came to the same conclusion, Aislinn …. I will be back next year, if all my addresses are here. And I will check on Black Friday and Cyber Monday for codes first! Thanks to Collin and all of you! :o)

  7. joanna

thank you for all your effort and typing! =) helped us find good deals!

  8. Sandra

The Cardstore.com $.49 deal is over. This is the second time I have gone in, started entering my order, and then had the price change on me at checkout.

    • Mrspurple

Have you saved your order and your addresses in the address book? That way, if they have another sale, you can order them quickly! I did that and was able to reorder some more today fast!

      • Sandra

        Good idea! I’ll do that.

  9. nannyrose

Thanks for all your help today! I don’t usually get to check the site until I get off work. I was off today and had so much fun and saved so much money. ( And you have also taught me so much about saving money & good deals.) I have written down Hip2Save for my friends, family & patients so many times that I think I just need to get business cards made the next time some free become available!!! LOL
Seriously, Thank You so much helping us all out so much!

  10. Laura

As of 6 p.m. eastern, the mattel shop is taking 20% off automatically, plus free shipping, plus you can use the holiday20 code for another 20% off!

    • Mrspurple

I tried to get the second 20% off, but it knocked off the free shipping and left me with only one 20% off… is it only for certain items?

  11. Megan

Stila is having an awesome sale today too. Up to 80% off and shipping is about $6 unless you spend $50 then it is free. Ebates has 12% back today for Stila. Here is the link: http://www.stilacosmetics.com/warehousesale

  12. lindsay

The Kitchen Aid mixer is gone! What a great deal! My mom said she clicked buy and purchased it and then it was OUT! She must have got the last one 🙂 Thanks for everything Collin!! You always make gift buying (and buying for myself!) fun, easy and affordable! 🙂

  13. Devon

Just scored a bay leaf wreath (organic 16″) from lot 18 with my $20 credit! Woot! I can’t wait to get it! Only cost $.99!!! :)))

  14. Jamie

Thank you, Collin! I was able to snag a few deals that I was hoping for. Although, what do you guys think? I thought this year wasn’t as crazy as last year. I remember all the Kohls and Penney’s deals last year, the Emu boots for $35, the Discovery Store DVD’s….I saved a lot of money this year! I guess that’s a good thing. But I did wonder what people thought compared to last year. Not that this is any reflection on Collin, I just like to analyze the store patterns.

I also thought Black Friday was no fun this year when places opened so early…it was just too convenient for EVERYONE. I had more fun with just the die-hards at 5am at Walmart. 10pm at Walmart with the entire city was just silly. 😉

At any rate, maybe there are more deals to come still tonight! One can hope! Collin, you are amazing!

    • Sunflowerfla

Just thought I would chime in on the Black Friday “mood”. I totally was bummed with the stores opening that early. I couldn’t really finish Thanksgiving and I didn’t get the adrenaline rush you get from good deals. Plus waking up early just adds to the fun for me 😉

I would love for the stores to go back to their early AM opening but don’t think it will happen ….

    • katie

i agree that cyber monday was a bust! i got a few things, but it wasnt the OMG SALES kind of things that i found last year…

and ive never been black friday shopping before, but i went to my local mall at midnight where almost the whole mall opened, and i thought there were much better deals there! 30, 40 50% off the whole store, but one get one 50% the whole store, ect… i was hoping that amazing was going to have some cool deal for the stuff that i wanted to get, and so i waited til today to order them, and then nothing happened and i just had to pay the regular price for them. lame.

      • katie

amazon, not amazing. as in amazon.com….

  15. mlreynolds

Thanks, Collin! You have made Christmas shopping online convenient and affordable!

  16. blueberriesdaily

it looks like the kitchen aid mixer is now 429.99 (70 dollars off reg) NOT 259.99–cyber monday must be over for this deal.

  17. Christine

Was anyone able to order from Children’s Place today? I can’t get the site to place an order. Even tried calling my sister to try at her house… 🙁

  18. Pat

Has anybody else been disappointed by the coupons lately. I had to go all generic this thanksgiving because they didn’t have many high value coupons and even with the sales and coupon matchups the generic (store brand) were cheaper. Did get free canned vegetables with that great $1 off 4 Libbys vegetables though and lets not forget the Swanson gravy that I got after coupons 3 for 50 cents. That was cool. Otherwise I was disapponted with the coupons that came out the last few weeks. They keep getting smaller and smaller it seems.
