        I was so excited to finally get through to Steals and Deals but sooo disappointed with the product! I feel like I was mislead. I ordered 3 Cuore &Pelle handbags. The leather looked so nice on tv and it had a real fur tassle. I received the flat grainy cheap looking leather bag with faux fur tassle. I would never buy this bag. It is not a 350.00 bag. I have gotten better looking bags in chinatown. I feel like they showed one product and sent another. I cannot get a hold of the company. I am pretty upset- not only am I stuck with 3 bags plus shipping costs but now have no Christmas presents. I don’t think Jill Martin would carry this bag.

          I also received my Cuore &Pelle handbag and it is different from what was showed on the Today show. I would never purchase a bag like that. The leather looks horrible. The bag that was showed on the Today show and the bag that was shipped to me is not the same. Even the color is off. Very disappointed and would like a refund.

            I have to agree, I got my bag and don’t like it as well…I contacted them and they said all sales are final; did it say that somewhere? I am very unhappy! It took forever and I could go buy a much nicer bag for the price

            I agree with the comment about the Cuore & Pelle bag. What a disappointment! I would not pay $25 for this bag, much less $65. Cheap, cheap, cheap. And to have the order stamped ALL SALES ARE FINAL? Who does that? This is a black eye for the Today Show and Jill’s S & D. They should be embarrassed to be associated with the bag I received. Today Show, can you help us return these bags?

          GUSH I HATE TO ECHO THIS LADIES BUT IT’S TRUE THE BAG IS AND LOOKS LIKE A $65 BAG NOT A PENNY MORE AND THERE’S NO DEAL OR STEAL THERE BECAUSE THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT I PAID FOR IT. IT IS OK QUALITY BUT IT DOESN’T LOOK OR FEEL A PENNY OVER $65 IT IS STILL A DECENT BAG FOR EVERYDAY CASUAL WARE. I WOULDN’T HAD BUY IT HAD I SEEN IT BEFORE HAND AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT IF YOU ARE AFTER A LUXURY-SOPHISTICATED LOOK.

            i have purchased several bags from the steals and deals and have been very happy with them. i did get the 65.00 navy Cuore & Pelle and think it is a very nice leather purse for the price. Go to Marshalls, Ross or Kohls and you wont find a nicer leather purse for 65.00. i am not one to buy an expensive bag to impress other women with how much i spent. i buy for the look and price that i can afford. its a nice everyday purse. i did order the smaller crossbody clutch with the coupon that came with my order. So i am happy with the company product

              I have also purchased the C&P bags and some of the previous bags as well. I must say I am very happy with the C&P bag. The made and finish is very nice. It does look exactly like the ones shown on TV. I think it’s as nice as some of the bags at Bloomies selling for $200. I’d definitely buy from them again. I can’t say the same for some of the other bags from the show though.

              I ordered two Cuore & Pelle Amelia bags, one in rust and one in maroon. Shipping took about six weeks, as stated when ordered. The quality of the bags is, in my opinion, fantastic. The leather is heavy and soft, I carefully checked the stitching all over both bags, and the quality of the hardware is good. The maroon color wasn’t what I’d really call a real red maroon–it had a little more of a burnished, dark orange undertone to the red; but, it is still beautiful. The rust is a beautiful, understated shade, not a bright orange, thankfully. I’m VERY satisfied.

          I bought towels from Jills Steals and Deals. It took almost 2 months for me to receive them. The towels were so thin and quality was ver poor. I bought 2 sets and payed almost the price of the towels for S & H. The today show states the order is between the customer and company. I don’t agree withat. The Today Show is putting the items on there web site and they should know what the quality is and how long it takes to receive the items. I am waiting for a poncho but that will be the last thing I will order from Jills Deals. Jill steals from the customer who orders from her web site. Thanks for nothing Today.

            I bought the towels and received them yesterday. Washed and dryed them this morning and the seams are coming apart and the material is fraying. I also ordered the Kristen Bell purse that day. It hasn’t arrived yet. I hope to be happier with that purchase. I think the towels are seconds that I received. Wish now I had paid a few more dollars and ordered my towels from JCPenney and I would have gotten free shipping!! Probably would have been cheaper and the quality would have been better. Now I have to explain this dumb purchase to my husband. I’m sure that purse is not really a $398 value, because those towels sure aren’t a $50 value!!

          I thought the Cuore & Pelle bag was very well made. I have gotten so many compliments on it. I totally agree about China Town though. I can get a fake Prada that even the Prada sales person cannot tell the difference and it costs less than a rounding error on my real Prada.

        Wow – Do I ever wish I had read the comments listed. I never ordered before but earlier today I ordered the Lola Bernard Handbag. After everything I’ve read I know that I’ll be lucky to even receive it and if I do, it will be terrible quality. I thought that products promoted on the Today Show would be credible and a real good buy. Foolish me…..if it sounds to good to be true…..you know the rest.

        I recommend calling your bank and asking them to assist. Some banks will allow a dispute within the 60 days. I had an issue with the Danielle Stevens Jewelry that was never received. It took me 8 months to get them to credit me. Only because I waited to long to call the bank and had to continue to call and email the company.

          I know, I ordered items last year from Bremann Labs and didn’t receive the item ordered until July of 2011. I also ordered something else and never received it at all!!!! I am so reluctant to order anything at this point. Love the idea but the selections are not what they used to be.

    I love to see these deals every week, however, the last two times I have purchased items, I have still not received anything! I ordered two scarves and a sweater from Erge on October 4, several phone calls later and STILL don’t have the merchandise. Any kind of help or explanation-by the way, they had no problem taking my money!

              Me too! But my credit card was charged on 11/8. I thought charges were not to be posted until the item ships. If I don’t get the items by December I am going to contest the charge on my credit card. Never again will I go to Jill

            If you ordered from the Adina Design website be very, very wary of getting the merchandise for Christmas…I ordered a necklace for my mother last year and it took FOREVER to get it. It was a mother’s day present and I literally had to email them repeatedly (they did respond) but the necklace I wanted wasn’t available and they had to substitute another if I wanted it in time for mother’s day. Not happy at all with the product either.
            The only reason I ordered it was because of the name- thought it would be cute to give my mom something with my name on the box….novelty of it was cute – but still disappointed in the end.

              I ordered the Adina design in May and didn’t receive it until late June. I have since ordered three items that were aired in the month of November and have yet to receive them, yet my credit card was charged the day I ordered.

      I still did not get my scarves that I ordered. The charged my charge card last month. I ordered them back in october. Any suggestions as to what to do, since I planned on using them as xmas presents.

        Honestly, I’d call the company and let them know that if they don’t give you an ETA, you’re disputing the charge on your credit card. That’s an awfully long time to wait for something to be shipped, especially when you could buy something similar in a retail store.

        Yes, I agree … sometimes they take a long time, but of all the items I’ve ordered via Jill’s Steals and Deals do arrive … some come very quickly, and others come not so quickly, but they are all within 2 months, it seems.

      I think they must be so overwhelmed by how many orders they get that they don’t have enough stock and have to get or make more. I ordered these Indian headbands last Spring and didn’t get them for months. Most of these things just aren’t worth it.

    I just wanted to let everyone know the hair products are amazing. The hairspray rocks and is moveable with lots of hold. Im a stylist and LOVE these and Im pretty sure that is cheaper than what I can buy them for!!!

    It takes a really long time to get the items you order from these offers. And becareful most of them are a no return or exchange so if you get the wrong size you are out of luck. I just had that experience with the Worlds Best Bra, they say order your shirt size I did and they were too big so now I am stuck with them. The customer service rep told me to give them as a gift! Good Luck

    You touted in time for Christmas delivery. When reading the small print and comment above. I am really worried. They have a month to deliver. Should NBC be a little more involved when promoting vendors on their show?

      I placed orderf for SEVERAL XMas presents and have yet to get ANY of them. Let’s hope these “retail partners” pick up the pace and get these orders out in time for hte holidays…and I don’t mean 12/24. I have teachers gifts coming!!

        Ordered scarves from Erge and a throw from Pure Fiber in early October and haven’t received them …my credit card has been billed since October as well. …called on Nov 21st and they said they had a “huge” mailing on the 18th but I haven’t received anything yet (Nov 29th) I am beginning to think I am not getting them and I think that the today show should be more involved.     OT.. For all of you who had trouble placing orders on Children’s Place yesterday, they are extending the CYBERMON 30% off code (just type in CYBERMON at promocode spot at checkout) and free shipping today!! It isn’t stated on the website, but I called customer service and found out that way. I already placed my order – worked perfectly. The prices are actually lower today too!

    This is getting a bit frustrating! Waiting for deliveries. I have had to completley disgard orders that promised to be here in time for birthdays or other events and they did arrive. The ones that have were two and a half months in the most severe case but most are just way to late. This is after contacting the companies directly. I like the idea of companies wanting have some items go for great prices. This good publicity and I commend NBC and Jill for bringing those deals to our attention but this about to back fire. When I have to wait beyond a promised date to the point that I feel is rediculous, it is not worth it.

      Of all the things I’ve ordered via Jill’s Steals and Deals, I’ve never really been concerned as to when they would arrive … next month, 2 months, or 6 months … made no difference to me. Some time within 2 months seems to be the guiding factor, however. But I can see that it would be a concern if you want the item for a gift tied to a particular date.

    Wish the shipping costs weren’t high. I really needed a new bra, but nearly $6 just to ship 1 bra is too much for me. Yes the discount for the bra is ALOT but with shipping it kills it for me. Bummer!

    Help!!!
    I ordered items from April Marin in October as of today I have not received my items. In addition, I was charged twice for my order. I’ve emailed and called several times with no response. I emailed them again today to try and get the charges reversed but if I don’t receive a response I’ll be fighting the charges through Amex.

    Needless to say I’m very disappointed. anything you can do to help?

    I ordered the sheet sets from 10/4. Got two queen sized sets for $50.00. I love em. Such a deal for two sheet sets. Granted it took over 6 weeks to get them, but they did arrive. I think these sites get slammed due to the advertising and that’s why the longer ship time.

    I ordered the Jill’s Deal of a comforter on Nov. 7th from Bon Ton. It shipped on Nov. 13th and I received it on Nov 16th. Very pleased. From reading prior comments, I had expected a 4-6 week delivery time on the Jill’s Deal items
    . As always though, if you have issues, contact the vendor ASAP.

      My sister and I also ordered the comforters I ordered 3 and she ordered 6 they took about 2 weeks to get here but what an AWESOME deal and they are so nice…150.00 king size for 36.00 with FREE shipping…Im kicking myself now for not getting more

    I ordered the Hobo bag today and had to pay $14.95 shipping—-a little steep I’d say. I hope it’s a nice bag. Getting it for my daughter who is into name brands. This is a first for me. I wouldn’t pay that much for a bag for myself!

    I ordered a razor from eShave for my husband in April for a fathers day gift. The company sent an email saying due to the huge respond and demand for the razors if I was willing to wait until after fathers day for my order they would in turn send me full size shaving products. So I figured not a bad deal. I emailed and said I would wait….and boy did I wait. I finally received my razor in August, and the full size products turned out to be 1oz samples.WWoow! The razor, shipping cost, the broken promise for full size products for waiting after Fathers day was not worth it. I would never order from this company again.

    I have bought a number of things and have been have been pretty happy with most of the products. However, those sheets? Really? If Jill has those on her bed I think she needs to invite me over to prove it. I often need props for sets – those sheets were so horrible I wouldn’t even use them for that. Now I’m a little leery. Who QCs this stuff?

    I ordered the Worlds Best Bra in both the natural shades and the colors. I received the colors but the naturals weren’t there. Invoice stated 1 package and I was billed for all of them. I called the day I receivd them, they said they would ship them in the next 4 to 6 weeks. I called the 2nd time and was told I would need to fill out a missing package form for the post office and he would fax the form right to me. 2 weeks later i am still waiting for the form and the bras. I asked him if they had even shipped the missing bras and all he said was he would send me the form didn’t answer yes or no to whether or not they had been shipped. I am going to call today and tell them to just send the money back. I don’t wanat them this bad!

      I found that my sheet set was also defective however when purchasing this item the information read that you could not return it…Can we return the sheet sets?         I ordered 2 sets of these sheets also- They are horrible! I haven’t even bothered to take the second set out of the package. Thin, strange material with snags and pulls.

        I also read that the sales are final. Not sure what to do about it though…

        I will NEVER buy from S.L. Home Fashions again. I have had luck with other items on Jill’s segments.

          I agree, those sheets are the worst….I can see through them. They claimed to fit a 12′ queen mattress, I have a standard (not pillow top or anything) and they wont stay on the edges, plus they are not of great quality. I could have gotten a nicer set at a big box store for the same price….. I can’t imagine anyone paying full price for these.

          And the internet down/shipping/out of stock problems are getting annoying…..COME ON….your putting your name out there on NATIONAL TV…what do you really expect only a couple people to want to buy these items. Boy Scouts know it Always Be PREPARED!

          I have definately lost interest in this segment…..Needs the bugs worked out.

I ordered a bag last year for my sister and it was awesome not to mention the price was JUST RIGHT :). I just noticed somone posted that they are giving a 20% discount if you join their facebook page and send them a quick e-mail so they can reply with the code.

        I will ONLY buy leather. Leather lasts and remains looking good (I have leather bags and shoes that are 70 years old and still look fantastic), and the man-made stuff looks terrible and falls apart after less than a year of use. Also, if you don’t use it enough to make it look bad, the materials will degrade in around ten years time to this disgusting sticky mess. And all that additional plasticky trash that these intentionally disposable items become? No thanks.

          Midget I guess time will tell but when I last saw my sister she was using the bag and loved it. I like leather as well but the prices on leather bags are crazy and in this economy when I a watching my pennies give a $100+ bag as a gift is a bit steep. I plan on ordering another bag I saw on their site and I will keep you guys posted on how it does.

    We ordered some plush towels a few weeks ago, waited and waited CC got charged for the purchase and still nothing cames. Got a email a couple of days ago that they could not fill my order. That’s okay. But now I am having a hard time getting them to reverse the charge. They say that I need to give them the original order # for them to give me my $ back. I do not have this. Why didn’t they issue me a refund when they found out they no longer had the product for my order. We are starting over and replacing items lost in a fire a few months ago(we lost everything), but this has turned out to be more stealing than dealing. I do not blamed the “Today Show”, but they should watch the companies they do business with. Last year we order a nice knife set (lost in fire) without a problem. So I thought this would be safe. I really would like to order more stuff, but now I’m afraid to.

        It would be nice if I would receive them. I am not worried about how long it has taken. The problem is the company has informed me that they are out of stock,
        and that they will not be able to fill my order. They should have issue a credit to my credit card. Instead they are telling us that we have to prove that we ordered from them by giving them a order # that I do not have. But they should know that we ordered from them – because they charged our Credit Card and sent us an email saying they could not fill the order. I would be happy if I still got the order.
        I need the towels. I lost all my old belonging in a fire.
        We have order in the past without any problems.

I have disputed this with my credit card in hopes that they can straighten out the mess! I agree that the company should have refunded the money immediately, which is why a customer should not be charged for an item until the product ships out!!

I would like to get my money back (and return the threads that are left of the towels I received), but it looks like people who didn’t even get towels can’t get their money back!     Hey guys, I have ordered twice: baby genius videos, and 5 initialed metal and leather bracelets. Ordered back in September, was given periodic updates on bracelets up until last orders were shipped a few weeks ago. Even though I had received the ones I had ordered about two weeks prior. Baby Genius arrived within a few weeks of placing order. I am reading a lot of complaints about shipping and handling. You must realize that the quality and regular pricetag of the merchandise that is being offered is often purchased by people who on your average day don’t care about s&h$. Besides when Jill is making her presentation she repeatedly reminds us to notice the s&h, as well as being aware of when you need the merchandise. Hence the title STEALS & DEALS.

    I ordered the “ultra plush towels” a while back and just received them today. What a HUGE disappointment! I was expecting a nice quality towel but these are just average. To make it worse, the hand towel and wash cloth do not even match the towel. I’ll never order one of these bargains again unless I know the manufacturer!!

    I ordered a bracelet from Kensico Jewelery back in October. My credit card was charged October 25th, 5 weeks later still waiting for the merchandise. You know what they say when things look and sound to good to be true, save your money. Didn’t think you could bill a credit card, and wait over 5 weeks to send the product.

The earrings from Seah and the purse from Terzetto took about 6 weeks but I always received updates and emails when they shipped and Philosphy came really fast. Last week in fact. So all in all I’m good and will probably order again.

    Not sure when this product was offered but I know I ordered it a couple of months ago. It was a throw blanket made out of bamboo. It was brown on one side and green on the other. It also had fringe at the top and bottom. This was my first time ever ordering. I need your help in either getting the company info since I have already paid for this item. In todays economy we are all looking for a deal. NBC don’t promote companies that steal the deal from us. I am now unemployed. Please help!

    I purchased the Miracle Bra set that was featured a few months ago. Those bras are not what they claimed to be. I believe I (along with a lot of other viewers who have also complained) was scammed in to buying a useless product. The product does not even come close to being what Jill claimed they were. I want my money refunded – but the seller has not responded to my emails. I also emailed and posted a message for the TODAY show and have not received a response. BEWARE when you are buying these items so you don’t get ripped off like me. All I want is my money back. When I purchased the items there was no statement that no refunds or exchanges were allowed, but when I received the item (2 months later) it said that on the receipt with no return address or return information. I NEVER would have purchased them if I knew I couldn’t return them for my money if I wasn’t satisfied with the product. TODAY Show – Please respond. Either you were scammed by the seller, or you were part of the scam.

    I have to say I too am very disappointed in the items that I ordered from the “steals and deals” . I ordered the monogramed necklaces in Aug. thinking that they would be perfect for two very special friends who are difficult to buy for. When they arrived they looked like something you purchase at the mall courtyard.They were “marked”down from $130.00 I don’t know who would pay that kind of money for the quality they sent me.I called the company wanting to return the items as they both had stones missing.The rep. said there was nothing they could do as they are non-refundable. It was as if they didn’t send what was shown knowing there was nothing the consumer could do about it. The company was DANIELLE STEVENS JEWELRY LLC.

    I purchased two Chaps shirts in October , I just received them last week and both were the wrong size and one was the wrong color. I have the confirmation e-mail showing that the order was placed correctly. I have been unable to reach the company, I get an auto-reply saying all sales are final and the phone number says that the mailbox is full. I won’t trust any of these vendors again. I feel the “steal” is on the other end.

    I purchased two sets of the towels that were offered several weeks ago. They were terrible! After washing them five times (before I even used the towels) the lint and piling was everywhere. I know you get what you pay for but this was my first try at the savings.
    Live and learn. I will stick with Macy’s!

    I agree with the quotes from above about the Cuore/Pelle bags. Very disappointed. The shape on TV looked much better than what I received. I also bought previous bags. They do not compare to a $325.00 bag as they state they are worth. Should have kept the money and put it towards a Michael Kors or Marc Jacob bag.

    I just received the shipment of towels I ordered from the 11/1 Steals & Deals segment on the Today show. We washed one set and they came out in shreds–extremely poor quality. Then we put them in the dryer and had to clean the lint filter 3 times. I can’t believe that the towels are 100% cotton. What we collected from the washer and dryer lint filter looks like shredded paper or cellulose. These are the worst towels I have ever seen. According to the purchase agreement, they are not returnable for a refund. I think that the Today show should investigate the vendor of the towels and determine the actual fiber content. Very dissatisfied.
