Will we be able to print out a coupon or is it to be mailed to us?

    • Ashley

You can print them as soon as your purchase it, and they never expire (at least the ones I’ve bought don’t).

is it just me or has ShopAtHome been down for awhile now? I’ve tried it on many computer and different locations and in different browsers and the website isn’t pulling up.

    • Ashley

I just tried it, and it worked for me. I’m using firefox.

  3. Kris

Wouldn’t 80% off $25 be $20 leaving you to pay $5? Did I miss another coupon that brings it down to $2?

    • Angie

Yeah. I just entered the code STOCKING for a $25 gift certificate and it brought the total down to $4. Hmmmm…..

      • Jen

It depends on how much the certificate costs – $25 ones can cost $20, $15, $10…

  4. Laura

Some of the gift cards required a min of 200.00 spent in one trip? Do i understand that right??

    • Anna

Yes, always be sure to read the fine print. Some deals are better than others.

    • Leisa

lol i just read that as well….isnt a good deal if you get a $75.00 gify card but have to spend $150.00

  5. Allison Eberle

after i purchased it, it said to print out my certificate, am i getting the gift certificate mailed to me as well or do i have to print it? because i don’t have a printer and this was purchased as a christmas gift and i was assuming i’d get something in the mail. I hope i did not just waste $2.00 cause i can’t print it.

    • Jami

You have to print it, but I’m sure if it is for a gift you can make something showing the gc and then email it to the recipient or give them your info to print. Or have someone else with a printer print it for u. You can even have it printed at Staples.

Hey guys..new to restaurant.com… I like the deals..there are 4 restaurants I frequent in my area on regular basis.. let me ask this..anyone please answer..

Okay: If I purchase 10 of these deals.. but only 6 of them are $25 ones.. 4 of them are $5 for a $10 deal.. my cart total is showing $25 …so how is that? I would think that $20 for 10 of the certificates.. I even removed the (4) that are of different value out of my cart to see total..still came up 6 certificates for $21.. thnx for any advice..

Don’t forget the FEED IT FORWARD promotion that Restaurant.com is doing. You can egift a card to anyone and they get a credit in their account for $10. I just purchased a free egift for dear hubby to enjoy.

  8. Brittany

I just got $575 in gift cards for $42… Awesome.

    • Joy

Brittany..did you order exactly 21 certificates..that made it $42? how many did you buy if you don’t mind me asking..just curious how they come up w/ the odd $$ amt. if they are $2 each.. thnx..

  9. heather

It doesn’t allow me to buy GC’s with a promo code. So it leaves the GC at $3.99.

    • Jami

You have to buy an actual one for a restaurant. It isn’t valid on gift cards for the site.

  10. Jami

I just got 2 gift certificates (one for myself and one for a gift) for $4. Great deal!

  11. Sally

Ebates-Cyber Monday 2 with double cash back 30%.

  12. Delene

Got 4 for my Mom and Dad’s favorite place to eat on the water here in FL..great gift $8 for 4 certificates πŸ™‚

  13. Jolie

I thought this was great to send to my elderly parents for Christmas….until I discovered they would be able to receive an actual gift card in the mail, but would also have to go online to activate/redeem/???? the gift card when they received it. We are not a technical family, and I know it would be something my parents would never use…..And considered for myself, but I don’t have a printer to print out the coupons.

  14. Rosie

I bought four of these to a popular Steak House in our area. I printed on christmas printer paper and will wrap the certificate around a bottle of wine and place in a christmas wine box(purchased on clearance last year at Costco!). Each of my sons will receive one for Christmas. πŸ™‚

  15. Mel

Colin, What are your thoughts on using these for Xmas gifts? I was thinking about giving them to couples I normally buy just a little something for. I’m feeling it maybe kind of tacky giving a gift that will cost them money to enjoy. Thoughts?!?

  16. Angie

I entered the STOCKING code and got the price down to $4 for a $25 gift certificate, but how/where do I enter the SALE code from ShopAtHome to get the last $2 off? Not a huge deal though….

  17. kacey

I thought this was great deal to try so I purchased it when it was on sale $25 gift card for $2 each. Only thing is, it kept ringing up as $3 each, but hey its still a deal. So Ok I got it. Next day My roommate got an email for the same deal but only better. You purchase 5 gift card and get 1 free, at the same price. I called to see if I can add one more card and get the same deal but NO ( you snooze you loose was the attitude of the operator). Than, I looked up the restruants to try when I get the gift cards and it looks like everything has a limits, a gratitude fee of 18% and up, not including tips nor parkings.
Still thinks its a deal only when purchased at promotion time and its not for everyone.
I know that mostly I will end up using it, only because its so much an hassle to explaing to the other party how they need to log in to redeem the gift card before going to the restuarnt of their choice, how they will need to reserve the sitting and etc…

  18. Maddie Henriquez

So if you purchase a gift card for $100.00 you need to spend it all in that one trip to the restaurant correct?

  19. Rachel

Awesome deal, thanks for posting this Collin! We got 10 gift cards, for $25 each. We plan on using these for “Date Nights” through out the next year. An awesome treat and Christmas present for ourselves! $250 worth for just $24!! And we made sure to pick places that had no restrictions, so we can go whenever. THANK YOU for posting this!!
