not getting anything either.:( keep trying I guess..if anyone has a child with a.d.d., a.d.h.d. and other diagnosis, these balls are great for them to sit on while you try to help with homework. seriously! we used them in the classroom!
I’m having the same issue. I signed up, used the promo code, but no mention of the free ball at all.

yeah I registered but it didn’t mention anything about a free ball. Guess I will have to wait for the email.
I also did not receive an email. Maybe their site got overloaded with requests and it’s taking them some time to respond to everyone.
I actually found this deal earlier on mojosavings.com. Unfortunately, most of the deals I find on that site are either incorrect or expired. Hopefully, this will come through shortly!

One of my New Years’ Resolutions (other than getting in shape–this freebie will help with that 🙂 ) is to keep track of all my savings next year thanks to this website..I know I save a lot, but keeping track of exactly how much I am saving will be an eye opener and a great motivator for sure!!
Same here. My husband loves to brag about my savings to his co-workers, all of them seem to have wives who spend waaaay too much money. He tells me all the time: I need you to keep track of your savings so that I can tell my buddies how much exactly you are saving the family on groceries, clothing, toys, etc. 🙂
That is my plan, too. I feel like I could be saving more.

If you already have a registered account with Sears and you are using the same email address, make sure you enter the same password or the site will make you do so, losing precious time. Good luck! 🙂

I’ve had one stability ball for years and *could* use a new one… but the amount of gas needed to get to our nearest Sears store isn’t worth it. Thanks anyway! Hopefully those needing one get this. 🙂

I keep getting “We are unable to log you in to FitStudio due to an internal error. To correct this internal error, please reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password link.” even though I’m using an 8 character password with letters and numbers. (Groan.)
Registration went through VERY quickly (just a few seconds) for me on my iphone as compared to the computer which never did make it past registration part. May be worth a try for those of you that have smartphones!

I just tried it through google chrome and it went right through. I tried in IE earlier and it the little circle is still spinning.

Hi–I just signed up for this and was a bit wary after reading all of the comments, but it totally worked. At first the little circle was spinning but then I noticed that I could log on using Facebook, which I did, and it went right through. I checked my email and one came almost immediately with the coupon, which I was able to print. It says it’s valid from 12/23/11 to 12/31/11. So, maybe try logging on through FB? Hope this helps!

I signed up from their home page..and clicked on “register”. I then entered my information. THe site was a little slow..but I got my email almost instantly (mine was sitting in my spam/junk folder) and in that welcome email was a link to print out my coupon for my free stability ball! then I headed on over to my local SEars and picked it up no problem! THanks for the tip!!!!

I was having problems with the “spinning circle” going on and on. click connect through facebook and you’ll get to finish your registration. I got the email confirmation immediately with the clickable link for the free ball! 🙂

I got the email immediately. The coupon leads to an invalid link (error 1006) though!

Is the ‘welcome’ email seperate from the coupon email? I just received my welcome for registering email right after I signed up, but there wasn’t a coupon link. I have been waiting for 24 hours & still no e-mail. I even e-mailed the co. twice. While I appreciate this is a free offer, I have been waiting to go to Sears for something else since last night. I don’t want to go & then the e-mail will come. I’ll wait a little longer. I hope everyone else gets theirs too! 🙂
A friend and I signed up for this yesterday around 1:30pm we never received an email. I guess we won’t insist after reading about Sears store closings. Would love to have it though.
I first signed up the traditional way and no email. But after reading the comments here, I went ahead a signed up through facebook and received my email right away. So excited- going to pick up my ball tomorrow 😉
