  The code doesn’t work on every item, even if its on sale. I tried to get the Elf story DVD and it wouldn’t work. But it did work on the wine monkey. Also, not every item qualifies for shop runner. 🙁

  You don’t have to use a L & T card, but I kept having problems trying to choose Visa from the drop-down menu. It finally worked, so keep trying!

  Try typing in your cc number and then changing the payment type, that worked for me. Although just a few minutes ago the company CANCELED my orders so beware everyone!

  That is the problem with Lord and Taylor online–their system isn’t in real time, so it may show they have something and they really don’t. I have had a lot of problems with ordering from them online–not too big of a deal with the free ShopRunner except for the annoyance factor–their system just isn’t too user friendly.
