I was having all kinds of trouble last night.. I think it was b/c I was using my tablet and it kept kicking me off. Never could add a darn sample, always got an error message. Finally just placed my order for the solid perfume and a $5 bath ball, came to $5.44 w/tax and went through ebates for 4% back.
Just called and my order was already processed, but the rep said she’d send out one from the office. Great CS!

Just checked my order status because I assumed I would get a shipping confirmation since I ordered my items on Feb. 6th (VERY EARLY IN THE PROMOTION AND WHILE THE ITEM SHOWED IN STOCK).I saw that my order was “ON HOLD”. So I called their customer service department and here’s what I got….A VERY RUDE customer service rep who says that even though the items showed in stock when I placed the order that they were sold out and that they won’t replace the perfume with anything else.
Seriously poor promotion. I placed my order right away. If they didn’t have enough at that point they should not have held the promotion. I think this goes along with the customer service I’ve received in their store. Rude…and not willing to show respect to their customers. I won’t be buying from these guys again. I think this promotion was a joke that they ran out of stock. How many did they have? 15 to give away?

You have to call them to cancel the order. That’s what I just did, and I agree with the comment above… their customer service is TERRIBLE. They were rude to me too when I called to ask about my order. For a high end company, they really need to hire better staff.
Wow, just got an email that my order was canceled. That is really sleezy that they make up “limits” for how many people can claim this code AFTER the fact. I definitely will not be ordering from them again. There are many better run bath/beauty companies out there!

Just received my email canceling my order as well. Kind of strange since I received an email yesterday saying my order shipped. Will have to check my cc to see if I received a credit. Bummer since I rarely order anything for myself and was looking forward to this little treat.
Just rechecked the email I received from them saying my order shipped. It included a fedex tracking number which shows my shipment should be here tomorrow. I wonder if they will give me a credit and ship the items? I will find out tomorrow.
Debra, that is really strange. Keep us posted as to whether or not you receive anything. My order was cancelled. I’m curious to know whether they only cancelled less expensive orders. I bet if you placed a $100 order, it would not have been cancelled.
Ann, Guess what came today? I received the little and by little, I mean little, perfume tin along with my $5 cherry blossom soap. So you never know, even though they said they canceled the order it came today!

I have to say that I think they cancelled the orders because they didn’t want the promotion to get this big. Their system showed the perfume in stock when I added it to my cart. I got an email confirmation of my order and then three days later they are out of stock and cancelling my order. Sorry but I think very little of this company. A great company if they truly were out of stock would have offered something different to those people who’s orders went through. If their system can’t keep up with inventory then shame on them for not substituting something for those people who placed orders and received confirmation that they were getting their items. They made so many mistakes with this that I hope none of us give them our business again. It’s about principle and how you want to treat your consumers. Fact is…they don’t care about their consumer…
I agree. I got the same cancellation email. Very poor service to offer a promotion and then not honor it. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
I want to give credit to other online stores that have had similiar great deals but have actually honored them like The Body Shop and Origins. I got hooked on Origins after trying their face wash which was offered free on Earth Day 2 years ago and know I am a huge customer and fan. I buy the stuff all the time!

I received a cancellation e-mail this morning but my fed ex tracking says the package is still in transit and will be delivered tomorrow. Interesting.
Same here – I have shipping confirmation and a tracking, stating that it should be delivered today – but then today got the email saying it’s been cancelled. I’m interested to see what shows up in the fedex package!
Mine showed up today as ordered even though they said they cancelled the order. If you have a fedex tracking number then you should receive your order.

It says on the website that my order was cancelled and I received an email this morning that they were cancelling the order. But previously they gave me a tracking number, and I did receive the items today. So if you already have a tracking number, it might arrive…
I also received mine today. I got the confirmation email a couple days ago and the cancellation email today when I was at work. I was aggravated because I do not do a lot of online shopping and now this happened. However, when I got home it was there.
I must say that my bath cube is bigger than the tin of solid perfume. It does smell really great.

So…I called and told them my order was cancelled last week and now they have the item in stock and that I think they should honor my order and they said they would for those who call in. Just placed it over the phone and should be getting the order.
I was right…they stopped the promo…they were never out of stock. Not good.
