   My location’s manager in Wilmington, NC said that they’ve done this the past two years, but don’t get them until June, and the tags are good thru the end of the year.

    I live in MD. My key tag says all of DC, MD, & VA. I just purchased today and its good through December 2013 so it’s longer than a year! 🙂
