How do you know if you got it?
It keeps going back to the start page after I enter my info. Am I missing something?

I think I got one – after I pressed the Submit button it took me back to the first page. Didn’t say anything about me being successful getting one or not.
It did the same thing to me! I guess we will find out if it shows up in the mail or not!!

How do you know if you got one? i filled out the form and I hit submit and then it took me to the main screen again. Did it work?

I agree. How do you know if you “got” it? There is no confirmation information at all.
I tried it 4 times. The first 3 times it went back to the start page after I hit “Submit”. The 4th time I got a Service Unavailable Error. So I have no idea if I got it or not. LOL
Also, does anyone know if it matters if we already got one when they did this several months ago??

I got the same as above (went back to form), tried it again with my husband’s name and got Service Unavailable. I guess I’ll see in a few weeks. I’m gonna try again tomorrow if by chance it didn’t work today. Love this product!

Got one. After you submit it tells you it’s on its way and there are x amount left. It said 5538 for me.

Got one! I had to submit the form twice because the fist time i submit it took me to its home page the second time i submit it took me to a confirmation page stating to check my e-mail later on today and my free bottle in 7-10 days.
I was able to get one through Google Chrome and it gave me a confirmation.
I just tried and was able to get one. after filling in my info it says

and before I filled my info it said that there was over 7,000 left today.
I had NO problems at all getting every page.
